It was EXTREMELY clean, not a single spec of dust in the room. It is renovated to a high standard you don’t usually see in motels. The bathroom especially the shower and water flow were exceptional. Bedding was good quality and bed was comfortable. Aircon works very very well and all comforts provided - microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee, tea, etc. really exceeded our expectations and was such a welcome comfortable stay after a long late journey. If we ever pass through Yass again we will be staying here.

Everything was above the standard I expected.

It was very clean. They had plates & cutlery if you had your own food or got takeaway. The shower was good and all wash facilities provided. The beds were fresh and very comfy. The staff advised us of places to eat. She didn’t mention the Bowling club and we ended up going there and it was excellent, they have a very extensive menu and the meals were large servings, delicious and also very reasonable prices. Also their recommendation of Kaffeine Kafe for breakfast was an excellent choice.

The motel well and truly exceeded our expectations not only was it spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable add to this the convenience of being supplied with toothpaste, toothbrushes, toiletries and shaving gear. We couldn’t have asked for more and were pleasantly surprised.

There were other guests smoking out of our room. Suggest to ask smokers to go to the front area to smoke, and put a NON-SMOKING sign on the balcony.

This was a good find. Room was comfortable, clean and the location good. Bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Much better than the rooms I paid more for in other places on my trip.

One of the cabinet doors was broken and the AC, although effective made a really loud whirring noise. They didnt detract too much from the stay.

Our hostess was very helpful in sorting out a couple of problems we encountered, lovely manner. We appreciated having a blanket on the bed instead of the ubiquitous doona that most motels and hotels now have on the beds. The restaurants are only a few minutes drive away.

The only downside, as it is in most motels, was the size of the shower. Also I'm not a fan of rain showers.

We were very happy with our room. It was very clean & we had everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable, had a shower good, good fridge & microwave oven.

I wouldn't choose a motel on that road again as the traffic noise was bothering us at night.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, microwave, sink, bathroom essentials all provided. Large tv, table and chairs and an easy chair.

Comfortable. Easy access. They very nicely let me know that I had left medications in the fridge so I was able to get them as I was still in town. Staff were lovely.

Definately not worth $184.00. Wasnt even a lounge chair to sit on. Just a double bed and single bed. I've stayed in motel rooms a lot bigger for a lot less. Disappointed at costing and unfortunately it was the last motel in Yass available otherwise I wouldn't have paid that much. As you will see in the photos very small room for $184.00.

The room was immaculate. Bathroom was perfect with nice rainwater shower. High end finishes. TV had streaming Netflix etc. The hotel was unassuming in the outside. Never judge a book …..

Wifi was non existent but these days it’s not an issue as I had plenty of data on my mobile.
