Staff was very accommodating on arrival. Very helpful and friendly. Pleasant staff during our 5 nights stay. Accommodation was clean, tidy and comfortable. Bath was very much enjoyed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom had a few dark hairs left high up on the wall. Bath had a grubby spot in 1 area. Bath spa jet outlets are aged looking, but does not affect the use of the bath in anyway. Bath was enjoyed by all. Only unpleasant part of our stay, was 5 adult men bouncing a ball in front of our balcony/unit in the carpark, at 6am! For over an hour, despite the massive grass area next to the carpark the adult men could of happily played in. Like all other families did who stayed 1 night. Overall lovely place to stay.

Good value for money considering the peak school holiday season. Quiet location. Only 10-15 min to Canberra City by car. All the basic things are in a compact two bed-room cabin.

Nothing much but it was advertised as a "Villa" but our room was a "Cabin" which looked a little bit dated (but was well maintained) and closer to the entrance. The "Villa" looked newer and maybe bigger and away from the entrance. I would like to try staying at the "Villa" next time if available - I saw the past reviews before finishing my review and noted that Booking.com does not accept the term "Cabin" for any room type. Maybe you can change the term, "Cabin" to "Lodge" or upgrade "Villa" to "Residence" and "Cabin" to "Villa"?

Friendly staff, value for money and quite lovely environment.

Unit was not that clean as expected, dust and kitchen was not clean. Quite old unit need a good renovation. Had problems with door, things like towel hanger in the bathroom was falling apart but in one request maintenance came and tried to fix.

It was perfect location for us to do lots of day trips around canberra and still come back for a relax. Loved the spa!!! It had everything we needed and was perfect for the 6 of us. Very clean and we were worried it would be cold but it was warm and cozy.

Cooking utensils were very warn, frying pan was burnt and not good to cook with. More pans would have come in handy and no sponges or scourers were provided for dishwashing purposes. Otherwise beds and everything else was great.

Comfortable and clean

Several things in our apartment weren’t working though staff addressed it quickly, the kitchen was not equipped for 6 people. I also think given the cost of accommodation, a guest shouldn’t be threatened with a $50 for leaving dishes unwashed.

We love the location - as exhibitors at the Royal Canberra Show, the Carotel is so close and with inbuilt kitchen facilities after long days at the show it makes life sooo much easier

The pillows were a little hard for our taste but that really isn't a fault - we had a good night's sleep and that's all that matters.

Location was great for us. Close to the Hockey Centre which was the reason for our visit. Accommodation was warm with the heating on. Nice hot shower and added benefit of a spa bath. Quiet location. Plenty of room for the three of us. I think 8 would be very crowded

There was only one Wine glass and no microwave bowls to be able to heat food. The bed was a little uncomfortable for me. Two singles put together to make one large bed. My wife had no issues with the bed though.

Excellent Location and arrangement, anything u can think of is available. Kitchen is well equipped and just awesome arrangement. Fully Operational Reception (Which sometime is a problem), prompt after our service and amneties.

WiFi is really poor, One can’t manage any type operation to carry out and as remote location mobile network is also low. With Fibre/NbN network, installing good router system may help this.

Fantastic spot. Fantastically run. Bob was so kind and had our room ready, cosy and warm when we arrived later than expected. It was a great spot, very quiet next to a lovely green field but close enough to the main road to get everywhere easily.

The cleanliness and the ventilation of the unit. Relatively big shower place. The two rooms contain good size beds suitable for two families with children or 6 people to stay. Comfortable beds even made me have good dreams during my stay there!

It might be better to take the door stop off at the bathroom, because it was possible not in the suitable place.
