Breakfast was good enough to start a day. The staff that helped with the check-in is friendly and efficient. The morning staff assisting with the breakfast is very nice, ever with a friendly smile and also helped to make us the coffee.

Bathroom was small. The room is good enough for just an overnight stay with a short visit to the Capital.

I love the Continental breakfast for $10 it was well worth the money I like it had fresh fruit also not many budget hotels provided fruit for breakfast. They had Barista style coffee and tea, I didn't go for it I don't drink coffee but it look nice. My bed was very comfortable, the shower was very good. The girl in reception was very friendly and helpful she even allow us to stay a bit longer for breakfast. Our room was out back so it was nice and quiet when we slept. The room itself was very small but it suited us it was only for 1 night.

Our room really needed a good revamp, we couldn't leave the window open the latch was broken so if we left it open the whole window would be wide open the mosquitoes and flies will come in, it was very old room. We didn't receive any hand towels so we use our bath towels to wipe our hands and face. The air condition is so old we didn't have a control to open and close it we had to climb onto a chair to open the unit up. The bathroom was so small I hate to see a bigger person trying to fit inside! Feels like I'm on a cruise ship. Parking was a bit unfortunate I didn't expect to pay $5 I thought it all included with the rate that I paid, be aware.

Look let's face it, it's basically a gaol cell with an ensuite. However, it was clean, comfortable and most importantly cheap, but you do pay an extra $5 for parking when you check in. I really hope that's a rort by the guy running the place, but I have a feeling it's just the norm.

Clean bed, economical room, very pleasant staff. Very clear written instructions about how to use the facilities - including the technology available, I was impressed and appreciated it. I had something basic to eat heated in the microwave and eaten in the cafe area, tea and coffee available in the room and the staff very pleasant and helpful. I had a change of plans and my companion couldn't come and it was easy to cancel the room.

The shower cubicle was very small and slightly claustrophobic as the steam upsets the smoke alarms so you need to keep the shower door tightly closed. It was further from the airport than I had realised but that was my error not the performance of the Hotel.Scaffolding out side the room window but it was ok.

Really appreciate the two hardworking staff at the reception, whose hospitality needs to commended. Over the two days, these two staff have been so helpful and kind. For a first timer in Canberra, I would have faced a hard time getting to places and getting my visa on time before I leave.

Just a minor concern on the shower. The whole floor gets wet all over when one has a shower. Due to cold weather then, I get so cold moving around the shower room. It would have been better if there is a shower cubicle so the shower curtains or wall keeps the water from flowing over the whole room.

The room was exactly as expected. It is very basic with limited facilities, but it was all we needed for an overnight stopover. It was decent value for money.

The common areas and stairwells could use a spruce up. There was an unpleasant smell in the foyer. The air-conditioner was noisy and blew straight onto the bed. It had no remote control and was too high up on the wall for me to reach (so I couldn't to adjust it manually). It made it a little uncomfortable to sleep but it wasn't the end of the world.

Superb customer service. Felt like a big family. Great room for the price. Kids really liked the bunk bed style. Really smart way to utilize the small room size.

The location is 20min out from the city. Which I'm perfectly aware before booking. So not really a con. But it gets me after 3 days even driving to closest shopping mall on the north side takes a little drive to get to. No EV charger on premise or nearby. Shower and toilet is in the same area so toilet floor also gets wet after each person's shower.

Good value for money. We were looking for the cheapest spot we could stay in Canberra. Bit out of town so best if you have a car. Room was basic and small but perfect for what we needed. Clean, practical. Staff were also super friendly and helpful. Aircon worked well, having a mini fridge and kettle was ideal. Bathroom was the basic small almost 'airplane' like bathroom, but was also perfectly clean so all in all, a good stay!

Rooms and bathroom are fairly small. Not much bench space in room (just small table). Not many power points (2 near fridge, one used by fridge, and 2 near sink - none near bed). Fridge also froze anything close to it and no temperature dial.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Although there is no microwave in the room, it is available in the common-area kitchen downstairs behind the reception. Very useful for re-heating food. Lots of parking spaces around the hotel. Very convenient for those driving to Canberra.

The shower is a cubicle with a step-up. There is no shower curtain, so the floor is wet. Need to be very careful when stepping down from the shower cubicle with wet feet. Suggest to put a towel on the floor to prevent slip and fall. The hotel should really put an anti-slip mat in front of the shower cubicle.

Exactly as expected. No frills but comfort where it mattered (great beds!). No false advertising and quiet despite being booked out! Staff were great and happy to help all queries.

Rooms are small, not enough space for 3 peoples bags, hard to move around with 3 adults but we knew this booking and wanted a backpacker price with added comfort and privacy. No complaints except perhaps a communal lounge type area to relax in could be an option as no space in rooms.
