The hotel was presented beautifully. The staff were exceptional helpful and positive.

Advertising as disability friendly. We asked for a disability room. They couldn’t accommodate us so asked for a walk in shower. This didn’t happen my husband was unable to shower for the duration of our stay. The toilet didn’t flush properly. Maintenance was excellent but still didn’t work properly. Didn’t book parking, told there was none and then were offered parking as my husband is in a wheelchair - then charged for it.

Location was excellent, breakfast was really good and the staff so lovely! Like brekkie at home (just didn't need to make it). The room was spacious however the pillows really uncomfortable - I had to purchase a pillow and then left it behind at check out :(

Unfortunately, the works on the underground parking at the time but the staff were fantastic and so kindly understood our concerns and we felt cared for. Thank you Katelyn and James for their professionalism and consideration around this matter it made all the difference to our stay.

Excellent location, walk to pretty much anywhere in the city is so easy. The staffs are one of the best I’ve seen in any hotels I’ve stayed. Helpful at all time. Shout out to the valet parking guys they are very professional, they wouldn’t move your seat configuration (or restored them seamlessly afterward)!

it’s abit old esp the bathroom, time for an upgrade to keep the hotel competitive with others on the same price range. It was abit disappointing we have given no bottle water which again it’s almost complementary elsewhere.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Fantastic staff. We arrived early, tired and unannounced yet they were able to have our room ready several hours before check-in time. Can't stress how much it was appreciated.

A very minor complaint, I think for such a nice hotel, the breakfast buffet could be improved.

The room was very good, but there was mention of a shower robe and slippers on our booking which were not in the room. The shower head was too low, and over the bath - we would prefer a stand alone shower. The bed was AMAZING!!! Super comfy. We asked for a late check out and we were extended to midday no extra charge. Well done Pullman. The buffet breakfast was EXCELLENT - well stocked and plenty of options and really fresh.

I think the service at the roof top bar was really slow, we had to wait 15 mins at the bar for service. The selection of different types of beers was very minimal - too many boutique beers. Also we got stung for $50 for overnight parking. It would be nice to have an option for parking when we book the room for say $30 I think would be more reasonable.

Bed and pillows were really good. I woke up refreshed without the headache that I typically experience in hotels. Clean and quiet.

Instructions on how to operate the TV to get some news would be helpful. Tried calling reception, housekeeping and no-one picked up. Housekeeping was immediately cut off. I would have thought that reception would be able to answer at 9pm. Smelled musty in the corridor to the room but understandable due to the floods. Found the room a bit dim for working at the table - need a table lamp possibly?

Staff were very efficient at both check in and concierge car parking. Room presentation was excellent. Buffet breakfast is wonderful, with a very good selection. The hotel is a few minutes walk to Queen Street and everything is so close. It is a great location for all of the CBD.

TV in room is small and seems to be older style - the remote could not access the inhouse menu and a few other TV features were a struggle for it. We were told they are in the process of updating these televisions. TV was not a big issue for us but can see it could be troublesome for others. Also could be time to upgrade the pillows, they are quite flat.

We stay here for 7 nights with breakfast including.The staff were very professional and well trained specially the restaurant part.there was a chef in the restaurant ( Sujut ) he was sooo nice even sometimes brought fruits to my baby daughter to her table 🤗. Definitely will come back.

No hot chocolate in with the tea and coffees as I don’t drink either or no little biscuits Parking per day we chose there so we didn’t have to drive and find parking each day but we could have found cheaper parking especially over the weekend. I didn’t realise it was an extra cost.

Team (I think a senior team member) responded positively and quickly to my request to change rooms due to my concerns regarding the odour and airconditioning unit in the first room allocated.

Having to change rooms in the first instance. Maybe a lack of attention to the rooms and building given the age of the property?? I thought the upgrade to the balcony option would be nice not realising how tiny the balconies are. I would not pay the extra again.
