From the moment we arrived the staff were beyond amazing, so polite and were very helpful. The casino suite was stunning and absolutely perfect. The amenities in the room were wonderful and very classy. We ordered room services a few times and the staff memebers that delivered our orders were very sweet, they were truly delightful. The gaming areas were clean, the staff on the floor were amazing especially when all the gaming machines went into lockdown. The bar staff make excellent cocktails too. Plus the price of everything was very reasonable and actually cheaper than we were expecting.

I went to stay at the hotel due to a family emergency and Mum was in Hospital. They went over and above , grant gave me a umbrella for my travels back and forth to the hospital. I stayed in room 307 - it was huge ! so much room . Grant took my bags up so that i could go straight to the hospital. The lady that checked me in ( i am sorry i remember her and said hello a couple of times on my way past reception - but i dint note her name ) She was also awesome , she sorted out this special room and it had a huge bathroom. The great thing was that i could get food at any time i was back from the hospital and had room service a few times and also breakfast in my room before the early start. I also had dumplings at the restaurant in the casino side of the hotel and charged it back to my room - easy . Location was perfect - taxi rank across the road - i would say dont use the taxi rank - i am going to raise with Brisbane council as year on year the taxis on the rank - dont just take fares first on the rank they want to know where you are going and say - nah i am waiting for a fare. Had the same from the hospital - even calling using the cab company phone ( twice - no show ) Use Uber - they were there in minutes and cheaper .i really enjoyed my stay and will be back with my husband . Lots of restaurant choice and is a heritage building - nice high ceilings and lots' of detail. Bed was also perfect !!

Nothing to do with the hotel it was perfect - just didnt enjoy being messed around by Taxis when time was valuable

This hotel has a lot of old world charm with comfortable large rooms and bathrooms. Very central to city and easy access to river cats to visit other suburbs. Easy walking distance to South Bank.

The treasury is actually two buildings one being the Casino with accommodation and another a short walk away. Easy to confuse when booking. Also very confusing on arrival and departing especially if you are leaving early from the car park.The rooms are old and dated but comfortable. Could not access the balcony also disappointing. All in all not what I expected but comfortable.

The room was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. On arrival, the reception lady was friendly and kind

I felt deeply upset and angry because my partner and I noticed dirty black women's undies on the bathroom floor. Turn me totally off. I've been in. Room not cleaned. There is so much dust on doors . I felt sadness and angry with the receptionist lady that she really didn't care about how I felt about our room, not being hygienicly clean. Angry paying for car park not acceptable.

The bathroom was spacious! We only needed the room for one night, as we were up for a party so really only in it to sleep and shower, but if we had more time, we would have had a bath as the bathroom was lovely! We also garbed room service when we checked in and had the antipasto board and chips which were a little pricy upon reading it however, well worth every cent, much larger then we expected and the nicest smoked ham I have ever had.

We were on the first floor (which is fine) however if it was for a longer stay I would not want to be in that room as there was no way to open any windows.

The room was exactly how it was described on the website and in the picture, with stunning views of the Brisbane River and South Bank. The room is spacious, clean and the decor transport you back into a Victorian time period. The bed was so soft and comfortable, with crisp white sheets, that made you feel like you were sleeping on feathers. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them, especially on New Years Eve and New Years Day!! The location of the hotel is ideal and in the best part of Brisbane. With Queen St Mall just across the road and South Bank over the Bridge that leads to the Art Gallery and Museum, this makes the Treasury Hotel the Ideal place to stay in Brisbane!!

I know you would hear this a thousand times, but I would have loved to walk out from the room to the Balcony!!

The location. The prestige of the property and the history of the building. The various sitting areas for guest. The size of the suite. The extra touches to make our stay extra comfortable.

The lack of signage in carpark showing where to park which would be convenient to the hotel. Had to ask for help by another person in carpark who knew exactly where and what to do and went out of her way to make sure we knew how to get to hotel from carpark.

We loved our stay, The professional service from the staff that truly went above and beyond never have i felt more welcomed at a hotel. The room was amazing large and spacious that screamed out luxury, bathroom was amazing and bed was super comfy. Food was excellent super yummy, we had free breakfast with our stay and the lab restaurant did not dissapoint the staff were super amazing and again very professional and welcoming and the best breakfast we had on our trip. If I had to rate the Treasury out of 10 I'd give it a 12 just could not fault this place.

It is a beautiful heritage hotel full of old world charm. The atmosphere is wonderful. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating, with lots of information about the hotel and the area. The food and drinks we had were lovely and good value.

We were told that the hotel is up for sale. Hopefully the new owner will keep the hotel as a heritage one, as it will be very sad if we lose this historic venue.

I love the old building that makes up this hotel. It is stunning, and i'm glad they put effort into maintaining the structure. The room i stayed in was large, with a nice bathroom and views of the river.

Unfortunately, it feels like they need to update the interior decorations. Some things felt old or didn't work (e.g. carpets, sofa, obvious peeling paint in areas). I think an interior renovation will definitely bring this hotel back to a high class standard.
