Adina is located in a beautiful old building in the centre of the city. Sitting in the foyer is glorious. Our one-bedroom twin apartment was so comfortable, although because of the twin configuration the beds were very close together; be sure you know your travelling partner well. The kitchen was handy and very well-equipped. The bathroom was glorious and the toiletries smelt amazing. We checked out the Boom Boom room for a cocktail and will definitely be back - for more cocktails and some food next time. The Boom Boom Room is located in the old bank vault and is beautifully set out. We walked across the bridge to Southbank and to QPac for a show; a lovely walk in comfortable shoes. People were everywhere even after the show so it felt safe walking.

No real drawbacks. It was a wonderful stay.

The hotel was beautiful. It is an absolutely gorgeous building. The room was very generous in size with a great layout. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked very inviting, we were disappointed we had forgotten our swimwear to try it out.

The reception staff member who checked us in was not overly interested in our stay. There was no warm welcome. She did not explain where anything was. We didn't get, "have a nice stay," etc...left us feeling a little underwhelmed to start. Don't get me wrong, she wasn't horrible, just lacking some warmth.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the Queen Street Mall and the ferry terminal. It was very easy to get around without a car. The hotel itself is very nicely restored in keeping with the Art Deco style of the building. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful,.

The hotel is obviously in a heritage building, so the lighting in the rooms has to work around those restrictions. This results in the living room of the apartment being way too dark, to the point where we didn't really spend any time there in the afternoons and evenings, preferring to hang out in the master bedroom. The room was clean when we checked in, but the day to day clean wasn't quite up to the standard you would expect, there was an old wooden spoon in the fridge when we checked in and tea bags and milk were not replenished daily. The TV's were free to air only, no pay per view or facility to mirror to the TV.

I love the ambiance of the lobby. I had breakfast ( coffee and croissants) at the San Remo coffee shop downstairs adjacent to the lobby, this was to die for. The reason for my stay was a show I wanted to watch at the Lyric Theatre, which is just a short walk across the river. Very convenient and a safe walk back even at night.

I would have liked to get some instructions as to how to use the elevator, seems silly, but I wasn't told to use my room keycard, so there was a mini panic moment when the elevator wasn't moving and I was locked in there until I figured it out. :)

The kitchen facilities are pretty handy, and it has everything you may need for cooking or a coffee time. Especially the coffee machine and the coffee are great! The facilities including fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle, dryer, stove, furniture are all very clean. It makes you feel like at home. Staff are efficient and very helpful - there is always someone at the reception to help and answering phones. The nearby restaurants provide us a lot of options for food, and the hotel is also very closed to the supermarket. There are bars at downstairs, but the rooms are still quiet. The shower water is powerful and always at the good temperature.

Everything has been great. Carpark gate locked with no reason, but there are 4 - 5 hotel staffs came to help. We waited 30 minutes for the gate to be released. The shower water goes out of the shower area, which make the bathroom floor wet and slippery.

The building was absolutely glorious - originally the old bank being built in the early 1900s and it is Heritage Listed. The finishes are beautiful and the whole place is elegantly done, right down to the sign on the fire extinguisher! We had a twin room on level 7. It was so quiet, with a lovely river view. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was fantastic and everything was so elegantly done. The aircon worked well and the temperature was comfortable. Three lifts were quick and all worked. There were plenty of powerpoints to charge phones etc. The staff were efficient, friendly and cheerful; nothing was a problem. It was a short walk to plenty of restaurants and cafes for all meals. The inhouse restaurant was booked out on the Friday night we stayed.

There are two Adina Hotels in Brisbane so be sure which one you've booked! I thought I'd booked opposite Central Station but George St turned out to be a delightful surprise.

Location, ambience and FREE onsite parking. Easiest check-in & out with friendly informative staff. Fantastic Art Deco styling and furnishings. Very comfortable bed/bedroom and plentiful bathroom/kitchenette amenities supplied. Loved the monsoon shower head. Blackout curtains made for a pleasant uninterrupted sleep. Very quiet we wouldnt have known if anyone was staying on our floor. Close to everything including a stroll across Victoria bridge to Southbank. Well done Adina.

That we hadn't discovered this hotel earlier for stays.

The style and decor of the entire hotel was immaculate, the main reason why we chose this hotel. The apartment was a decent size and the bedrooms and beds were amazing, the beds were super comfy. The hotel is in a great location

Some of the staff weren't very helpful or friendly, however some staff went above and beyond. The kitchen was a bit small for the size of the apartment. The lobby and pool area smelt of sewerage on the last day. There is minimal carparking on site, there are other car parks nearby however there's nowhere to unpack your car so you either need to walk it all the way from the other car park or unload in the loading bay outside as per suggestions from the hotel staff, and risk getting a fine.

The friendly staff at the reception, the scent that greets you at the lobby, the location, the facilities included in the room, the beautiful rain shower, the toiletries and the view of Southbank.

More of the housekeeping staff rather than the actual property... There were still some dust on the shelf in the bathroom and countertop in the kitchenette including the coffee machine and the coffee/tea/sugar container. The bathroom door got scratched and housekeeping once forgot the rubbish in the bathroom when I requested to have the room cleaned. Notified the reception and the lady took notes immediately.

Very nice hotel with great aesthetics. Feels a lot fancier than the price. A combination of shopback deals and booking.com deals meant I got a studio room for $170 for one night. I asked if staff could do anything special for us as this trip was a mini-babymoon. At check in we were told we were being upgraded to a 1 bedroom with balcony with views of the river for no extra charge. The room itself was excellent. Very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Good hot showers, although not amazing water pressure. Wifi signal was good albeit a bit slow.
