Location was good however not the location of the unit that we were in. this looked over the shops next door and the air con units went 24/7. Also there is a bakery which has a back door and in the middle of the night the workers are talking, cleaning, putting out rubbish so quite noisy. Had to keep window closed all night. Spacious unit, nice view(apart from shop) comfy beds and kitchen reasonably well stocked. Good size lounge. Cafes very close and only 20 min walk to Coolangatta.

Noise and position of that particular unit. On driveway side you wouldn’t have that issue

Our kids enjoyed their time at Kirra Beach apartments, making use of the pool and facilities. With off street underground parking and all the necessary facilities required to make our stay comfortable, we would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Whilst it’s a bit hit and miss as to the type of apartment one gets, these are starting to show their age. They have all of the basic requirements, are somewhat value for money and are located a short walk from everywhere/thing one needs including coffee, restaurants and the beach.

This was a great place to stay for a week at the quieter southern end of the Gold Coast - big apartment, we had plenty of storage and all the kitchen facilities, plates, glasses etc we needed. It was good having a washer and dryer to deal with wet towels and avoid going home with a suitcase full of laundry. We had a fab view from our balcony, and it was a nice pool and spa area. Close to 7/11 for quick purchases and walking distance to cafes, restaurants, liquor store and the beach.

It would have been great to have a few more sachets of dish wash liquid etc in the room to help keep it tidy. Some salt and pepper sachets to go with the coffee, tea and sugar would have been good - there's a limit to how much of that sort of stuff you want to buy for a week.

Brilliant location and excellent value for money. Easy check in, nice hosts and kitchen well stocked with pots pans etc perfect for self catering. Shops and restaurants stone throw away and beautiful beach across the road. Bus stop on doorstep, no need for hire car.

Perfectly fine apartment, just 2nd bedroom and bathroom a little small so big suitcase took up spare space. Apartment not flash but has everything you need. Is quiet and comfortable.

The location. The facilities. The kids loved the elevator. The spa. The apartment. Loved the extra blankets available in the rooms.

Trouble with the power to kitchen and had to flick the switch in the fuse box. Dishwasher not working properly and needs maintenance. There was an ant problem in the kitchen. Small clear type ants and it spoiled some of our food on the bench top. All were reported to reception on check out.

Tha apartments were in a great location in Kirra. The rooms were spacious with a lovely balcony. Everything you needed was there to make you feel at home. Easy check in and staff were very helpful.

The rooms were clean but not super clean. The balcony needed a good sweep down and the shower was a bit off putting with hair in the drain. Sheets were clean and towels were lovely and fluffy. Might have been in a bit of a rush to get the room ready.

We only stayed two nights at Kirra Beach apartments and would have liked to stay longer. Our apartment had great amenities, a fully functioning kitchen, great king bed and a big bathroom with a bath plus shower. Everything was spotless, the whole complex was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Pool ( even though we didn’t use) was sparkling and had it been a little warmer would have been an excellent area to hang. We ate at a Thai around the corner, had great massages next door and even walked the easy 20 minutes to airport for our flight home. Such a convenient and well priced apartment complex. Will be back.

Great location. Easy access walking in off street to prompt lift service every time and access to basement carpark. Very comfortable unit. A few steps away from cafe's, convenience store and Kirra Beach. 3min to airport and close enough yet far enough away from the busy hustle of Cooly. Nothing not to like about the location and complex.

A shame about the construction site across the road which was noisy during the day, but nearly every street has construction work going on at the moment in the area. I had the flu the entire 2 weeks stay so it would have been nice for my apartment to be serviced once a week instead of a bag of linen left at my door. One tea towel is not enough for a week so I bought more as well as laundry detergent.

Warm outdoor pool & spa were fabulous & easy to access with own key. Apartment was large, spacious & airy with great air con, very comfortable beds & settees plus all the amenities you could need. Steve was very friendly & helpful and let us leave our luggage at reception whilst we collected our hire car. There was not any noise from the airport which was a huge bonus as it’s so convenient. With the beautiful Kirra beach opposite I would definitely recommend staying at this resort. For info, we ate at Agave Rose, a nearby Asian-fusion restaurant which had delicious food & drink with great service. Lots of the local restaurants had great reviews so you will be spoilt for choice.

Excellent location. Close to everything and great ocean view. It was clean and a good size. Whale watching from the balcony.

The bed in the master suite was very hard and uncomfortable. Spoke to the managers who will pass this complaint on to the owners. Single beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning not working but this wasn’t an issue as we had wonderful sea breeze. Might be different if it was middle of summer. Weren’t told about this until we asked why it wasn’t working
