The accommodation itself was fantastic, 2 bedroom appartment with a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer as well. The pool facilities are top notch, mini golf and a few kids activities! Perfect for families. The kids said their beds were comfy and they enjoyed the little night lights above them.

Our host was so focused on trying to sell us a time share she neglected to provide information about the facilities available, where to park our car or even let us know which floor we were going to be staying on, extremely off putting! She even turned up at our door and welcomed herself inside our apartment to make sure we had our entry ticket to the time share presentation which she tried to play off as a presentation about the facilities available at the hotel. We did not attend the presentation as we were there for a nice getaway not to purchase a time share for some hotel. The king sized bed is awful, the 'partner' disturbance was outrageous, felt like sleeping in a water bed - Do not recommend the king bed at all.

The facilities were really great for our family. The pool, putt putt, playground, cafe and free bike hire came in very handy. Our 2 bedroom unit was also modern, fresh, clean and comfortable.

Not much to write here, we were on the ground floor so it didn't affect us until check out and trying to get a trolley (from the basement) to take our bags to our car, but one lift wasn't working which created a bit of chaos.

The hotel is great and everything you need. the beach at kirra is lovely.

Once the roadworks are finished on the gold coast highway and currumbin on the main highway. it will be easier to get around

Clean, our room was recently renovated. Parking easy, close to beach, bikes, little playground and mini golf for kids.

Being offered to attend a sales presentation shortly after arrival - although the staff member was polite and fine when this was declined.

The facilities were fantastic, heated pool made it enjoyable although the weather wasn’t great, free activities for us, great sized room.

The property is a little old with run down soft furnishings. Although everything was clean you could tell it had hard a hard life and is in need in of updating.

Staff were excellent. Always helpful and friendly. Location was perfect, being very close to the beach and local shops. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Great facilities for kids with mini golf and pool.

As it’s a club system staff become somewhat pushy about joining the timeshare program. Did have some awesome benefits to attending meetings however we were promised more than what we got so ended up being a waste of our time.

Check in experience was excellent. Cafe was really nice and clean with lovely staff. Spa and Sauna were great! Car park was large and accessible. Free use of all facilities including bikes and putt putt golf was generous.

Everything was great.

It was a home away from home for myself and my family, the activities for the family to do were great and the staff were amazing especially Katrina she went above and beyond for us.

On check in we were greeted by a not so friendly man. He wasn’t rude just unpleasant and it felt like he wanted to be anywhere but there. Another lady was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us.
