Location was perfect. Great views, Close to shops and foodies. Room had plenty of room with plenty of crockery and glasses etc. Rooms are very quiet.

Windows needed cleaning on verandah and outside. Not enough dishwashing detergent or dish machine detergent. One big problem with the room is the glassed bathroom area in the main bedroom. Its great having a view if you're in the bath or in the shower however i doubt that there would too many people that enjoy lying in bed and seeing their partner or spouse on the throne. Ideally a blind should be installed. Also i am certain that there has been plenty of people who have smashed their faces into the glass walls when turning from the basins or toilet. I did it twice and not softly may i add. The glass needs to have frosting or markings on the surface at eye level to remind you of what you might whack into.

Location, location, location and the facilities were great

Apartment needed a proper clean - there were multiple wads of hair stuck in the carpet and lots of dust around, quality of furniture/fittings below expectation (much lower quality than the previous stay in a different apartment earlier this year). Wished there was a king size bed in master bedroom. Hot water took forever to heat up - especially in the kitchen.

The cleanliness around the bathroom. the shower traps on the floor were full of hair and grime. Also the seal around the shower needs a good clean. the shower tiles could also do with some bleach or exit mould

This is a beautiful comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Great kitchen bathroom and small laundry. Equiped with washing machine, drier and dishwasher. Effective air conditioning. Nice view of beach and boardwalk. Cafe down stairs selling good coffee. 15min walk to get grocery supplies. Safe parking in basement.

In the main bedroom on suite there is a thin window which runs from roof to the basin. Light streams into the bedroom. Also your night time shower privacy is a little compromised. I suppose you would get use to it eventually.

whole apartment,luxury forniture,full equipped,3 minutes walking distance to the beach,close to supermarket,restaurants,cafè,bus stop.Uber is cheapest than bus if shared by 3 people.

some pans and kitchen staff where not cleaned properly

Location was excellent, very handy to all local restaurants, shops etc. Good access to lots of other towns & beaches. Reception staff were very helpful in recommending places to visit.

Instructions to accessing Netflix were not as helpful as they should have been & made us think we could access several other cable services if we connected to Google Home. However we could only access the 1 we subscribe to...Netflix. Also needed help from a reception staff member to access it. Carpet & upholstery in the living room could have been cleaned better. A few of the downlights in the living room & main bathroom were not working.

The apartment had a superb view, was spacious and had a great kitchen for cooking meals. Our family enjoyed making use of the property’s fantastic facilities including pool table, cinema room, gym, pool and sauna. Staff were friendly. We would happily return for another stay.

A bit more generosity with the basic provisions would be appreciated especially by those choosing to regularly eat in. Some of the furnishings are getting a little worn out but nothing worth complaining about.

The property was excellent, staff are lovely, location and views spectacular, perfect beach holiday. Kitchen was equipped could use with extra cutlery and dining ware to reduce the amount of hand washing required. But overall fantastic

The air conditioner was lacking even after following instructions and keeping all doors close it was very poor in keeping the apartment cool we end up turning it off and resorted to keeping balcony doors open at night for the sea breeze.

The central position and convenience to the airport. The view over the ocean was lovely, I enjoyed a swim in the pool and I made use of the spa. I would have liked to use the BBQ but there was nothing to clean it with. I would recommend the accommodation to my friends and family.

I feel these apartments which are charging extremely high fees, could provide a few more of the basics. The supplies are for a day or two and when you have paid for a week or more, I believe you should be provided with more of the essentials for example, dish washing liquid and powder for the dish washer. I believe if there is a kitchen with the apartment then you should be able to wash all the dishes properly, maintaining the cleanliness for the next guests.

Great location with a small shopping centre opposite and buses up and down the coast just around the corner. You can buy a bus pass at the 7 Eleven. Lots of places nearby to eat out for breakfast through to dinner. Great facilities with well maintained pool, spa, gym etc. as well as private movie theatre and library. Lots of places throughout the building to chill out and relax inside or outside. Unfortunately there were major road works on the corner and construction behind which made for very early noisy starts to the day.

Only free to air television available. To access subscription services you had to log on to your own home account through Chrome. Could be more generous with toiletries - only one set for 7 days. Kitchen had only 2 sachets of dishwasher powder and two sachets of laundry powder and two bin liners. If they want clean dishes and empty bins they need to supply more. Really don't want to BYO or buy regular size packets of these products for a week's use.
