The pool was awesome! We stayed at an apartment so it was like one big living room, kitchen full with utensils, a bathroom with washing machine and a dryer and our bedroom. It was 10 seconds to the pool. Also, staff was very helpful and nice.

if you don’t have a car, it’s a bit a difficult to reach to the hotel and it’s not very close to the city center. There was no catering option so either you have to cook in the apartment or eat outside all the time.

Really enjoyed the stay at Paradise Link Resorts, the staff were very friendly, it was easy to find and I liked the added security of parking behind gates in what felt like a little community. The room met expectations and everything functioned as expected. The shower had great pressure. The pool facilities were also good. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Port Douglas and not be so close to the centre of the town.

Nothing to add. Location is a bit away from the town centre but a very short car ride and to be honest, we were thankful for the peace.

Balcony and pool and great value for money! Also right on the golf course if you want to play golf.

It was a car journey to the main restaurant area and patrolled beach, we had a car so it was not a real problem, there is also a shuttle service for a fee I’m told. This was the only downside, which we knew about beforehand. I would stay here again though. I could not check in until after 3pm as they were busy that day they said, which was not great as I had arrived at the hotel at 1pm when I arrived in the room at 3.30pm the floor was still wet so they had only just cleaned the room, even though I had advised reception at 1pm I had arrived, I just wanted to get into the lovely pool! Room could be noisy when occupants next door came and went as it can be converted into a double room apartment.

The resort presentation upon arrival was more than i had expected from looking through the photos on booking, Easy drive through check in with friendly reception staff. The gardens were maintained and lovely. The parking and access to the villas was even better, allowing for easy access to unpack the car. Automatic gates and code to access and leave the facility, adding extra security. The property was quiet, and the room was clean and the spa bath was a Suprise. highly reccomend.

The pool area was lovely and we often saw the Ulysses butterflies there 🦋. The bbq’s were spotless. The apartments are roomy and the bed very comfortable. The new managers are very friendly and are working tirelessly to improve the gardens. We have stayed here a few times before and have always enjoyed it.

The apartment we had this time was next to the road and was a little bit noisy.

We were greeted with spa vouchers and a bottle of champagne upon our arrival. The place was spacious and felt like home away from home. We were upgraded so we had a beautiful view overlooking the main pool from our balcony. Amenities were great. You can cook your own food in the kitchen and do laundry as well as a dryer. It was also a short drive to Port Douglas. The place was kept clean, had ceiling fans and had aircon. The staff member were very friendly and also helped with figuring out how to use the dishwasher as it wasn’t turning on for us.

My partner and I were very uncomfortable sleeping with two single beds put together. It was very hard for a good nights sleep.

The people at reception were lovely. The room itself was quite nice. The balcony gave us a really nice view of the rest of the resort and the pool. There are several pools you can swim in with different temperatures. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

The TV was the size on a monitor, so not very good to watch things on, it also wasn't smart so weren't able to use Netflix or anything like that. The bathroom didn't have ventilation, so the room would fog up everytime we showered. The sound proofing was also really awful. We got lucky most nights, but one night a couple was arguing almost until midnight, and you could hear it all through the wall.

The location was great. The main pool area was really nice. The villa was a good size and had everything we needed for the week. We liked that we had our own garage to park the hire car so it wasn’t at risk of being damaged in any way. The beds were super comfortable.

The pool chair cushions were really dirty/mouldy and very uninviting to sit on. For the most part we would take them off but find the chairs themselves had holes and breakage. The villa was a great size but felt really dirty from the minute we walked in. The carpet upstairs is covered in stains and could do with a good steam clean to make it more comfortable.

The room was a relief to come out of the heat. One problem was the "ghost in the house" had the TV on automatically and we didn't know how to turn the timer off. So we unplugged the TV. But ther pool was a lovely relief and the kitchen facilities were good. Rooms were comfortable while the air con was on

The rest was great

The apartment had everything we could wish for. It was large and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the balcony outlook onto the tropical garden. The lagoon pool was amazing and we spend a lot of time there. We loved that there was a bbq area in the pool area. We will return if staying in Port Douglas again.

The fridge in our apartment looked old and tattered on the outside. The second bedroom was positioned next to the road so was noisy at times but that did not deter our stay.
