Large, spacious cabins. Very quiet. nice spa bath. complementary wine and chocolates

Our room no 7 had a wheelchair accessible bathroom - not sure if they are all like that, but we didn’t need a bathroom with those features and would have preferred a standard bathroom. Booked this place thinking the ‘fireplace’ were wood burning. turns out they are just plug in fake electric fireplaces (not quite what we were looking for) the included breakfast was a little disappointing.

Big windows with a rainforest view, very calming. Big ceilings. Spa with a view. Comfortable bed. Great internal design. Spaceous. Very private away from other villas. Lovely fireplace. Very beautiful restaurant. Great location close to the cafes. Amazing touch with breakfast baskets. Very lovely. Every thing was well tought of. Nice touch with tea selection as well as welcome wine bottle and chocolate. We had an incredible time.

Breakfast granola tasted a little old/rancid one time. The blanket on the cauch should be washed, had a funny smell. Could use a charging electricity plug next to beds.😊 This are small negligible details but overall this was the best stay on the whole Gold Coast. Incredibly peaceful and really well maintained. Will definitelly come again.

Stunning rainforest views, spa bath, restaurant menu was lovely, bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate on arrival, breakfasts each morning brought directly to our treehouse, comfy bed, lovely mood lighting - very romantic

Fireplace was electric/fake (a Dimplex heater plugged into the wall), restaurant was lovely but even next to the fire it was a bit chilly (more heating needed), some of the wines on the menu were not available and the ones we had we a bit average, treehouse 3 wasn’t as private as the others - we looked down into the pathway that led to other tree houses

I was surprised how relaxed I felt just a few hours in to the stay. Highly recommend two nights minimum and can’t wait to return. Loved the big windows and the view of the secluded rainforest. It was even more magical because it rained the whole time. The noises of rainfall, bird songs and insects made this place exceptional. Staff were super friendly and accommodating for more towels, ice and local recommendations. Had low expectations for breakfast based on past reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Also we highly recommend the Irish pub in the Main Street if you fancied trip out.

Really minor things- freezer didn’t freeze but reception was happy to give ice. No fault to the venue but the floors remained wet due to the climate but reception gave towels.

Liked size of rooms, atmosphere, outlook, decorations. Great rainforest setting with unique lodges, although to call them tree houses is rather a stretch of the imagination - they are on the forest floor rather than in the tree tops. Very convenient location, close to North Tamborine town centre. Excellent continental breakfast with surprise inclusions. Great restaurant for celebrating special occasions although a touch pricey.

A coffee machine (pods) or plunger would have been nice to go with continental breakfast. Outside light was not working, hard to see keypad when coming back from the restaurant. Receptionist didn't seem that interested when we reported it on checking out. Is a bit of a hike from carpark to room with bags.

Lovely spot, room service on the third day. Breakfast was lovely on both days, museli, juice and ham/cheese croissant on one day, avocado, dukka, fetta and custard pastry with juice on second day. Scenery is better than pictured, like sleeping in a rainforest. Very good stay. Just keep in mind possums will jump around on the roof!

The room has stairs with lights on them. I assume they are for safety so they can't be turned off. the room supplies sleeping masks to counter this, though if you have a big head like me they can be uncomfortable. Bring your own comfortable mask if you like sleeping in the dark.

It’s a lovely location and the accommodation was beautiful. The big bath is great. And you really feel like you’re in the rainforest. Breakfast was really good. A warm ham and cheese croissant. Toast, muesli and juice.

We were a little disappointed that the fireplace was an electric one and not a real log burner, maybe we should have read the fine print? Also we arrived at 2.30pm and thought the restaurant would be open to sit by the fireplace and have some warm lunch food and a few drinks. On arrival we were told that the kitchen had closed at 2pm, even though it’s advertised as 4pm. We were told we could maybe get a drink and they could do us a platter of cheese etc. So we needed to leave the property and drive to get some food.

The location is beautiful, especially if you love being surrounded by nature. There is a spacious deck to sit and relax, whether it is to read a book or listen to the variety of birds singing. The room is well set out with plenty of glass windows to bring the outside in. It is a nice touch to have your breakfast delivered to your door each morning. Mount Tamborine has a great choice of amazing restaurants, wineries and outdoor activities.

No decent morning coffee available in the morning.

Beautiful location. The treehouse/room was so spacious. It was amazing to have such a beautiful view of the rainforest. The included breakfast was a lovely touch, we really enjoyed eating this on the balcony looking at the forest in the morning. Although it felt very secluded we were also very close to a number of cafes in town so it was a great location. We particularly liked the spa bath in the room.

Would love the breakfast to include coffee

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The heater was very efficient. Breakfast was good and very plentiful. The fireplace in the lodge was fabulous and setting was picturesque. The service was lovely as well and all the staff we spoke to seemed really helpful and happy.

The driveway was incredibly long. We booked thinking it was only 1km away from Witches Falls winery and 400m from all the restaurants on Main St and that we'd be able to walk there. But the driveway on it's own was 1km and not safe to walk on especially after dusk as there was no lighting which meant we had to drive everywhere rather than walk and enjoy a drink together. There wasn't much other then lodge and the room to explore. There were no lookouts or expanse of grounds that we felt we could walk around and explore. Again not a deal breaker because the room was really lovely.
