Room was as expected: clean, tidy, well appointed; even had a little bench top stove to use if I wanted to cook. I especially liked the ample covered space to park my car (didn't have to try and squeeze into a tiny spot). Location is nice and close to shops and food. Grounds and layout is quite nice and spacious too, you don't feel like you're packed into a sardine can. Little to no noise from neighbouring rooms either, so must have decent insulation. Air-conditioning was well appreciated on the hotter days. Free austar tv was also good.

Could have used a steak knife in the cutlery draw, but that's a minor gripe and really the only problem I came across.

Very handy to the pub where we got a great meal, also close to other Takeaway food outlets. Although the motel is right on the main highway coming into town from the south, it is very quiet. I have been staying at this motel for work and privately, on and off for many years and they always provide a clean room at a affordable price

Nothing, as stated- it is a very clean and tidy motel with clean rooms with fully contained kitchen and comfortable beds. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice affordable motel.

Convenience, kitchenette, comfortable, and reasonable price for a long (10 day) stay.

Construction (road works?) workers regularly stay here with their big noisy trucks which start up early mornings and there were several nights of clanging noises as various machinery was maneuvered onto semi-trailers at some crazy mid-night hours. So, if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat - this is not the motel for you.

The staff member on the Saturday 2 July was so warm and welcoming after our long journey by car from Cairns. My apologies I don’t know her name , but she was very helpful in advising us all the small details of where to go shopping and how to get to the university my daughter will be attending and it made all the difference to our feeling welcomed . Having travelled a lot in my work as well as having run a very successful Airbnb , I really appreciate clean motels with fresh , good quality sheets , bedding and bathroom towels and Jeffry’s Motel provided all these basics in a very high standard .

Convenient to all touristy spots being central to most places. Although no restaurant the hotel was directly across road. Large room. Couldn't hear traffic even being on a busy road. Friendly staff who didn't want you to hurry up especially when one is in holiday mode.

For our taste beds could be softer.

We stayed one night as a family of 4 and would have stayed more if we could.

True older style units BUT the cleanest we have stayed in for some time now. Comfy bed great shower preasure. All staff friendly can't complement them enough. Stayed twice this mth + another booking for the end of August + I will add probably the cheapest in Toowoomba. Close to shops + eateries, what more can we say. Well done, Management + Staff 🥰🥰🥰

The Location was absolutely perfect for what I required. Walking distance from food venues and supermarkets. Everything was at your fingertips. The staff were absolutely lovely. I visit Tooowomba regularly and have stayed a couple times at this Motel and will continue staying.

There is only one minor thing to fault - the Pillows were very thin. I typically travel with my own pillow so usually not a problem but I forgot it on this occasion.

WE STAYED IN THE DISABLED FRIENDLY ROOM AND IT WAS CLEAN. BEDS COMFY. GOOD WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER AND A SHOWER/TOILET CHAIR WAS SUPPLIED. MY DISABLED MOTHER FOUND THIS ROOM VERY FRIENDLY TO USE.ALSO HAVE TO MENTION THE EXCELLENT TAKEAWAY MEAL WE GOT FROM HOTEL DIRECTLY ACROSS THE ROAD. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE STAYING HERE AGAIN

HAD TROUBLE GETTING PAY TV TO WORK 1ST NIGHT BUT SPOKE TO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WOMAN AT RECEPTION NEXT DAY AND WAS FIXED IMMEDIATELY. NOTHING I DIDN'T LIKE

Fantastic location, price is great. So many motels over charging. Recommended it to many others who were in town for the same event. Dated but certainly clean and tidy. Nice size room. We will be back same time next year.

Blankets are very pilled and felt strange. But otherwise fantastic room.
