Really enjoyed my stay at Argyle. The rooms are immaculate. The kitchen and the breakfast area were very convenient. I had my own private shelf in the refrigerator for personal stuff, and took full advantage of the shared cereal and snacks. I had a private bathroom where I could store my toiletries. The staff are incredibly friendly. It kind of felt like I was staying over at a friend's house. A real family vibe. Loved it. Hot Tip: Pilgrim Cafe makes delicious coffee and treats right next-door, and its proximity allowed me to continue using full-strength Argyle Wifi while in the cafe. Perfect combo!

Having to walk down the hall to the bathroom wasn't my favourite aspect of the accommodation, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal. Especially when I had my own bathroom. The street noise was sometimes noticeable, but wasn't too bad. I even slept with my window open at night, and slept very well.

Almost everything, very cosy excellent staff always happy willing to help. Will definitely stay again when in Hobart next whenever that is going to be. Very clean tidy and well serviced rooms.

We've found the stairs the only down side as my wife Sharon has a very bad crook left knee and finds it hard up and down stairs probably manage thank you very much for wonderful stay. Found parking the vehicle a problem as you can't park in the streets have to park in the high-rise car park which doesn't open till 6 am which makes it difficult when you're have a flight from the airport departing at 8 a.m. that's all.

Great breakfast choice, lovely fluffy towels and nice TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Friendly staff and treats left for guests. Absolutely fantastic location in Hobart. Nice that each room has it's own bathroom which is private (though separate from the room). Great value for money.

The bathroom is very cold in the winter, and having it separate from the room is a little inconvenient (though this was clear from the point of booking!)

Everything about this property was great, it was definitely one of the best places we stayed during 2 months of travelling. The check in process was easy, the team were all very friendly and provided a range of finishing touches that made you feel like you were at home. We were provided with our own lockable bathroom which was a great bonus. The room, kitchen and bathroom were all spotless. The breakfast which was included provided a range of options (toast, muffins, pastries and cereals which also included gluten free options). We enjoyed the accommodation so much we stayed twice during our trip around Tasmania and the location was very central. It’s was lovely to stay at a family run business where the team are passionate about what they do. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, I will definitely be recommending to anyone I know visiting Hobart!

Gr8 value for $$$. Seconds away from shops, food, hospital, police stn n waterfront. Loved the concept of open self serve breaking n shared fridge storage n private bathroom.

Steep steps to access rooms from entrance. Not recommended for elderly clients with mobility issues. Bathroom could have a hanging basket to store the bath soap / shampoo containers instead of having to pick it up from the floor.

The location was fantastic as the purpose of our visit to Hobart was Specialist consultation at the RHH. Overnight parking close by and places to eat. Not having traveled to Hobart before we found it so easy to find. Communication during booking was helpful and explained all we needed to know. Spoke with Ange on the phone and she could not have been more helpful. We will be booking rooms at the Argyle again for future visits.

I had requested our own bathroom and my request was confirmed - however on arrival we did not have one. No big deal as the bathroom available was spotlessly clean.

Great place to stay! The location was excellent! The rooms were in incredibly spacious, we were 5 people spread across 2 rooms and there was ample place for our luggage. Kitchen, breakfast area and rooms were all very clean. Continental breakfast had a good selection of bread and cereals. Location was excellent, supermarket next door, good selection of restaurants near by and Salamanca was 10minute walk. Excellent communication through out and we received door codes to access our rooms promptly. Highly recommend

Really convenient location right at the heart of Hobart CBD. The room and bathroom were both exceptionally clean - even though it was advertised as a shared bathroom we actually got our own assigned bathroom, albeit down the hallway separate to the bedroom. Breakfast bar of toasts and cereals was a lovely addition. The host Ange was lovely and made us feel at home!

Location can’t be beat! We spent 3 nights here during our week in Tassie. Communication before our arrival was awesome! The room and separate private bathrooms were all extremely clean and well appointed. The free breakfast is great to get you started for the day. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Hobart next. Thanks Ange & team for a great stay 😊

Nothing negative to say about Argyle Accommodation.

The location was perfect for exploring the waterfront, Salamanca markets, shopping, groceries all in a very short walk, which was done easily with young kids. Staff were exceptionally friendly, great with kids and welcoming. Parking right near the property in Argyle St Parking was also convenient. Free breakfast was easy for the kids, gave us parents the option to make our own toastie and a cuppa, for quick and easy starts to the day. YouTube and Netflix made evenings in comfortable. Great view from the balcony.
