The location was amazing, the Brooke Street pier and Salamanca were right on our doorstep! Just a short walk to the harbour, we loved how close the apartment was to all the main attractions we needed and wanted to see. We walked to the city too it was very close. We also got an earlier check in to our room which was most welcome as we had an early morning flight and needed to rest.

We wanted the room to be serviced on Sunday so we didn’t hang up the sign to say “don’t clean our room” however when we got back we noticed the room hadn’t been serviced. Not sure why that was, perhaps they don’t do servicing on Sundays but we weren’t told. Also, I was told we could leave our luggage at reception on our last day when we checked out as we had a late flight, but the receptionist didn’t seem happy about this and was asking what time we’d be back. We did end up leaving them and it all worked out okay.

Room was much bigger than we expected, we had 2 single and one double. All extremely comfortable with plenty of seating. It was very quiet around the area at night time. Great location, close to lots of bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and great to have a kitchen facility

We booked a car space, we were informed it was a small space but upon entering the car park it was even smaller than expected! Took lots of manoeuvring to park and was kind of pricey at $20 per night for a private car park and again the space was tiny space ! Thankfully we were travelling with a parking pro!

The location was unbeatable. Everything at your doorstep. Salamanca markets just there, great pubs and cafes just there, SkyBus over the road, everything within a really easy walk. I loved the mini kitchen with microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle and plug in hot plate. You may not want to use them after all, because the food in Hobart is cheap and delicious. Little grocer nearby in Salamanca to get good basics. There aren't many 7/11s in town so this was a bonus. Plenty of room in the apartment for two. Heaps of storage. Just great. Great water pressure in shower, comfy beds, TV (no Sky), really very easy to stay there. Staff were awesome. I would absolutely stay there again.

Unfortunately my bath was out of action. Disappointing but not a deal breaker. No Netflix or Sky, just regular TV. I wasn't in the room that much so 🤷‍♀️.

So handy to the cbd and eateries and shopping. Hobart is just lovely and friendly. Very clean room and hotel for an older facility. Staff were great and friendly

Amenities were there, but there was no extractable fan for hot cooking, which meant we had to eat out every evening. (More than enough breakfast, lunch, and dinner options in the cbd, however) More toilet paper in a family suite would be great, but if you asked, they were obviously more than happy to provide.

Fantastic location and so easy to get to from the airport on the sky bus, also a 2 minute walk to the MONA ferry pier and a short 5-10 min walk into the city centre. It was also really clean and well maintained. The staff I spoke to before arriving and throughout my stay were all really polite and helpful and they also upgraded me to a bigger room which was so lovely.

If I had to pick at things it felt a little dated and not a lot of natural light with only one small widow in the whole room both things that are not a quick, easy or cheap fix. Again that’s only me being really picky, but it was still really comfortable and clean and a great location and I would absolutely stay here again!

It was very close to restaurants, the wharf and the Salamanca market

No parking on site. Even though I arranged for parking knowing we had our grandmother and pregnant daughter. When we arrived we were told our car was too big (only a Camry) must need to be in a mini. Then told we needed to park about 10 minutes away. Which was ok! However the receptionist on checking in didn’t inform us to receive the hotel discount rate you need to validate your ticket at the Quest hotel near the car park. It was only when returning from our dinner and speaking to the lovely night receptionist, that she happened to mention it.

Location was perfect! It was across from the MONA ferry and around the corner from the Salamanca Markets and plenty of places to eat. It was a short walk to the city mall and all the shopping. Staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The room was very large with big windows and lots of natural light. The bathroom was enormous. It was excellent value for money.

The common areas could do with a freshen up, and although the rooms were good the bed could do with a mattress topper as I found it quite hard. The lift is clunky but adequate, There were no amazing views from my room, but the location and value more than made up for it.

A great location do do things in Hobart. We know it can be hard to find parking so we decided to hold off on a rental car and stick to walking for the first part of our holiday. This hotel is in the perfect spot to base yourself. Our stay was a shorter than we originally planned as we were unable to travel on our original dates due to Brisbane Airport being closed for the cyclone, but Hobart Apartments happily accommodated our change no charge and with great kindness.

Reception staff - very welcoming and friendly. Good secure off site parking available after 5 pm. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Handy location. Despite proximity to pub across the street the room was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again. Close to many restaurants, bars and cafes and the market.

The door in the stair well on 1st floor banged shut alot as a sporting team on our floor constantly went up and down the stairs. We probably wouldnt have noticed however our room was directly opposite the stair well. In fairness I should add this did not go on for hours just for a while as they were coming and going. Probably just a small job for the maintenance man.

Very close to waterfront, had a booking with kunanyi Explorer and to our suprised just about 30 steps from the apartment and few mins from everything else( salamanca, franko, all waterfront restaurants). Laundry, dryer, detergent and microwave is really much appreciated ( it's surprising how many hotel without microwave in hobart). Bed very comfy Dropped the bag before the tour before checking in and then they called us for early check in which is nice from the lady at the reception
