The King spa suite was very roomy, bed was exceptionally comfortable, double shower was lovely with excellent water pressure. Lots of quality fluffy towels provided. Under floor heating in the bathroom area was wonderful, kept the temperature at a very cosy level. It was great to step out of the shower onto heated tiles. The room was clean and Basics (shampoo,, conditioner, body wash ) were all provided, plus tea coffee and milk. Just a short walk across the car park to the Bistro and a very big IGA supermarket was next door. Very nice place to stay and location was excellent. Didn't hear any noise from road traffic. When we had an issue with the toilet flushing (which turned our not to be an issue at all) staff were there within 10 minutes of reporting it. Furnishings were a little dated (but it is Ye Old Tudor Hotel!)😊 Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

I would like to see the microwave up on the bench instead of on a low shelf under the bench. It was very awkward for us old folk to bend down to use it and very hard to read the controls when it was so low. I have knee problems and it was a bit tricky getting up the 3 concrete steps to the room without a hand rail.

The room was spacious and very well equipped. Washing machine and dryer, great kitchen, microwave, TV's and WiFi. Shower was lovely, with good quality soaps, shampoo and body wash. Playground was old school, but the kids loved it, Beds were comfy and air-conditioning was awesome. Walking distance to supermarket, Toast Cafe (great coffee!), and pub, which had a playground for the kids with tasty, well priced food. Short driving distance into town. Really good, quiet location. Pool was great. Staff were lovely.

Take some old clothes for the kids for the playground, they got pretty grotty in there. The pool was deep, so little ones will need floaties.

The room was clean and had that nice little bunk bed extra section. Kids enjoyed it. I also liked the location. Even though it's not in the walking distance of CBD area, it was really easy access to Bass Hwy, and therefore no need to go through city traffic. The pool was also nice and heated, but busy when we went there. There was no need to use heating or cooling, summer time was just right for us.

We were a bit unlucky with the room service. There is no service on public holiday and Sundays, so we got our room serviced only once for a 4 nights stay. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Loved the aesthetic of the place, staff were lovely.

The heater for the room was probably a little undersized for the room, and I understand it's difficult to make bunk beds up at the best of times, Let alone trying to fit an electric blanket but the kids got a little cold during the night, but we were very thankful for the extra blankets. So not a major complaint of sorts and probably an easy remedy with just the option of an extra plug in heater.. definitely nothing to ruin the stay.. we were still very happy.

Pub on site meant no cooking needed, pool for kids fun, parking at front door felt safe. Bit of a plus to have enough seating at dining table and lounge area for the 3 of us that booked to stay in the 2 bedroom apt - as have stayed elsewhere where compact really compromises - not so here. Kitchen and bathroom had plentiful supplies.

Carpets in front area/lounge room were well dirty with lots of spill marks all over, making room feel more dirty and aged than rest of room - rest of apartment looked great. Clean kitchen, clean bathroom and clean bedrooms.

Size great for 3-4 pax. Bedding was comfy. Kitchen quite well equipped. The master bedroom has Netflix n other variety of apps on the smart tv Has a small sit out area at the back. Would be better if the apps on the living room’s smart tv. Location good, next to a supermarket and has it own bistro.

Just one kitchen towel, 2 would be ideal. No detergent for the washing machine. Electric Air fragrance too strong and over powering. We had to air the unit by opening the front and back doors..

Immaculately clean - we requested a newly refurbished room and that is what we got. Amanda on reception was amazing and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction - she checked with the cleaning team and our room was ready early so she was able to allow us to check-in early. The kitchenette was superb for an overnight stay, with kettle toaster,microwave and good sized small fridge. There was plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and glasses - all of which were exceptionally clean - cloths, dish-washing liquid and tea towels all provided. Great quality bed, bedding and towels and excellent bathroom with wonderful modern shower area. As there was a shopping precinct next door there was plenty of available dine in / take out options and even a good priced bottle shop on site!

Plumbing noises from adjoining room?

location is ideal. Services needed are all close by with the Supermarket & Pharmacy within easy walking distance. I usually enjoy the pool but forgot my swimmers this time. What I didn't miss out on is the wonderful meal my husband and I look forward to when we stay. It was excellent as per usual. I'll see you soon as I have a booking for early February (one night in King Executive Suite) & another in May (Two nights in a One-Bedroom Apartment) and I've managed to stretch to an upgraded room for the night in February even though I usually on go for a basic room if it's for only one night.

The mattress was too hard & I had a restless night sleep unfortunately. I have stayed here many times before, and this is the first time I have found this to be the case. I usually comment on how comfortable the mattresses are.

The shower and water pressure was amazing. Couch was comfy. Liked that there were mugs in the room for a nice coffee when we got up.

One staff working behind the bar and was expected to check people in. We had to wait quite a while. She did apologise but it wasn’t her fault there should have been someone welcoming people on entry and not having to go into the bar to be served. There was quite a bit of rust above the window in the bathroom. Wouldn’t take much to fix to make appearance look better.

The facilities (pool, family bistro, play area both indoor and outdoor), bottle-o near by, IGA and food places just a stone throw away. The housekeeping tidied our room and rearranged the toys on the bed very cutely. Love it.

The top bunk bed was a little uncomfortable. It got rather warm there and the sound from the aircond was really loud, keeping me up at night when I was at the bunk bed.
