Situated on the ground floor with a view back over Launceston, the apartment had everything we could need. The complex was very centrally, close to supermarkets and more importantly, close to coffee and great food outlets.

Although the apartment had all the facilities, the seating area in the lounge was pretty uncomfortable. The two couches and the chair were all devoid of any foam padding internally. It was like sitting on a dining room chair.

the staff were exceptional on our first day, I got lost turning into one way streets etc. We were guided in and a staff member met us at the door and was so pleasant to us. The studio apt had everything we needed, a comfortable bed and glorious view over Launcestion.

The window in the shower opened directly onto an open walkway to other apartments.

Well stocked with crockery, wine glasses. Nice towels. Small fridge n microwave. Good heating. Close to restaurants and shopping. Lovely staff at checkin. Bathroom large. Spa bath wonderful. Will return again and recomended. Good parking. Love table n chairs outside room for a drink.

Bed could be a bit more comfortable, but i am fussy with mattress, and prefer pillow tops. However. A good nights sleep was had.

We had an apartment on the top floor and the views from the balcony were fantastic. The apartment was small but had plenty of room for the two of us. It included a fridge, microwave, iron, basic crockery - so was fine for a short two night stay. The spa bath was nice to relax in as well. Walking distance to the city also, as well as UTAS Stadium. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The bathroom could do with a paint...there were some old mould stains on the ceiling around the shower curtain track (the curtain had been removed) and some mould around the window sill (all old stains so we weren't too fussed). A new/better fan may help as when either of us showerd the whole apartment filled with steam (even with the balcony door and bathroom window open). For the price though it was great value for money if you're after somewhere basic close to the city.

Tidy, clean, basic 3 bedroom. All the needs you want, oven dishwasher microwave. Beds were pretty comfy. Aircon if needed. Staff were super friendly.

No fans if hot in bedrooms. Fan in bathroom super noisy. Dining chairs falling apart, leather coming off. Apt smelt weird like mothballs, bit old age. Noisy as we were on bottom floor, apts above, could hear walking around etc. Earplugs needed and were used.

The close location to CBD. Great view over the city. Good Air Conditioning. Excellent Pressure and Hot Water Shower.

Oven had no Baking Tray nor Flat Grilling Tray. Microwave did not operate properly as the turntable was inoperative.

Being on a hillside the view from our room over the city was great. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The reception staff were friendly and informative. Short walk to CBD. City Park close by.

Furniture and decor a little dated but not a major issue considering the room was self-contained and had everything we needed.

Our room on the 3rd floor had a nice view over Launceston. The apartment was spacious and provided us with all we needed for a couple of days stay. The location is good, close to the city and parks.

The bathroom was starting to show its age but was clean.

The only negative I have was minimal to say the least. The bathroom was a bit tired but super clean and the water was lovely and hot, so not much of a negative at all really😊

The central location with parking suited our needs. We needed the twin bed with kitchenette which although very small did have all that was necessary. The unit had a pleasant outlook and beds were very comfortable.

The room was very small for 2 people.
