The staff were very friendly and informative. We were there for appointments at the Royal childrens and the apartments were only a 5 minute walk to the hospital and parking at the apartments is free and easily accessible. The beds were one of the comfiest we've ever had when staying in Melbourne. Great for families with young kids like us.

The washer and dryer still had clothes in them from previous travellers. The shower could have been cleaned a little better but maybe I'm being picky as I'm a cleaner myself.

The owners were the best part of the whole stay! They went above and beyond for us. The lovely lady who checked us in was so bright and friendly. The man carried out pram up to our room without us even having to ask. The room had everything we needed and everything worked. Fantastic location!!

There were a few things that were a little dirty- the shower drain, under a couch had some food from the previous guest. But the majority of the room was clean, functional and inviting.

Room was spacious and clean. Ideal central location to airport or CBD. A box of tissues in the room would have been nice and usually expected.

When the booking was made a specific request was made for one double bed and two single beds. This was confirmed as available when booking made and was reconfirmed verbally when I telephone the reception. It was important to have this bed configuration as the people sleeping the night was my husband, our nearly 18year old son (both over 6 feet tall) and our son's school teacher. Upon arrival it was not the case, they had been given an apartment with only 2 double beds. My husband and son were most disappointed to have to share a bed. Had it been know that the room booked was not going to be supplied, I would have booked them in at other accommodation where they would have had to share but at half the price. Really not happy!!

Have stayed here 4 times over past 10 years, great location, off street parking, easy walk to city and very convenient for our purposes. Washing machine, dryer and free detergent make it easy to bring minimal clothes. Owners are lovely, Well worth the money 😊

Nothing they can do about it now the place is built but the tiny bathroom sink annoys me every time 🙄

Great location and the staff were really helpful - advice on places to eat, where to find groceries and just generally nice - Lorraine in particular. Close to the CBD.

Accessible, Excellent transport options, lift, quite treed street. Kitchen and laundry facilities. Close to hospital and access to city. Was great.

Is on a hill but not hard to negotiate. The free off-street parking would be awkward if you had a large car.

Lorraine was super accommodating and friendly, apartment was as described. Location to tram stop is excellent.

Tiny bathroom sink

Location was great. So close to the Zoo, City and the Children's Hospital. The kitchenette, washing machine and dryer are really good for families. The off-street parking made our stay stress free.

It was a perfect home away from home. Clean and tidy, perfect size for family. Great location close to the city. Will definitely return.

The property was in a convenient location to both the city and the state netball centre and provided off street parking. The property was clean, bright and as described.
