As always, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The room, exceptionally quiet and comfortable with a separate bedroom and living area, both with a tv. Offering complete apartment living, this room also had a cooking and laundry area which would've suited us had we been staying a little longer. The bed was a king-size and wonderfully comfortable, I had the best night's sleep during our stay! Ample wardrobe space too. The bathroom was compact but the floor design made great use of the space, the shower was huge. Off street parking is also available at an extra cost but well worth it. The car park is easily accessed and the spaces are suitable for large cars. The area feels open despite being a closed garage.

The hotel is in a quiet street but easy walking distance to CBD. Close to Melbourne market. Beds big and comfortable. Great facilities. Plenty of storage. Great private outdoor entertainment area with views. The apartment was clean and looks fresh and trendy! Also, friendly and helpful staff. We couldn't fault it!

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had. The shower was huge and had great pressure . Will stay there again for sure!

Its not as close to the hustle and bustle of the city but its quiet for that reason

brand new facilities, friendly staff. well managed so no real need to contact the staff. Only has a pool but restaurant is currently going in next door. handy to have food works, bottle shop and cafe right next door for any quick amenities or required items. not too far from docklands and $10 uber rides to cbd. Otheriwse roughly 25-35min walk. scooters more expensive than an Uber. handy to be able to use your own streaming services on the tv’s! wish more hotels would have this!

only issue we had was the shower flooded every time we used it. but I ended up unclogging the drain as it was severely blocked and didn’t seem like it had ever been unclogged/cleaned.

Lovely apartment - good bed linen, kitchen facilities including washing machine and drier. Welcoming staff. We liked the location - a bit out of the central city. It good to walk anywhere, not far to catch the tram (about 10 minutes to free 35 circular tram route). Not far to Victoria market and Flagstaff Park. Safe to walk about day and night. Quiet. Small local useful supermarket close by.

We arrived on an early flight and had agreed we could drop bags. Unfortunately we were earlier than expected and reception closed til 8am. There was an emergency number to call but if we had known before hand we could have waited at the airport a bit longer before heading in to the city.

Its a modern, beautiful hotel, and appears well maintained. The Studio Bean is a great cafe 2 secs away. The room felt private and safe, it is a peaceful hotel.

Public transport is minimum 5 mins walk away, or 12 if you are going by train. Late check in is an absolute nightmare. The hotel changes their policy post booking on late check ins and fail to communicate that this procedure is done with a security firm. I was left waiting outside for 30 mins after midnight. To date the hotel has not changed their communication or processes around late check in. It is appalling and dangerous. To note no one is monitoring the cameras, and the doorbells ring to no one. Security takes 30 minutes to arrive, in essence this makes a joke of hotel security.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, good location, friendly staff and value for money. I also liked the in-room Chromecast option. Good showers. There is also a little kitchenette, with washing machine/dryer, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc. so you can have a little snack or breakfast. This place is also walking distance to Aldi and Foodworks, so it's quite convenient. Totally recommend this place if you're here for long stay in Melbourne because it's basically a little apartment and a home away from home. It's about 15 mins walk to QV market free tram zone, and located in a rather quiet area of Melbourne.

Housekeeping can be a bit inconsistent, sometimes they will forget to replenish the towels or mat. When you arrive you might also realise that there is also no in-room slippers, but you can request both towels and slippers at reception. (I only found out after seeing some guests requesting it) Also, reception is not 24 hours, so if you need to ensure that you inform the hotel if you're arriving late at night!

I enjoyed considerably the scenic walkability of the routes which were accessible to the Melbourne City Apartment Hotels, particularly with how it is situated right within Melbourne City. Furthermore, the hotel staff that we interacted with were all quite genial and amiable, as well as the lobby, common areas and especially the rooms being of such a picturesque and modernly updated design.

Although there were a plethora of highlights from our stay with Melbourne City Apartment Hotel, perhaps one minor area for improvement could be possibly updating the channels which are available on the provided televisions within the bedrooms? We had noticed that there were some free-to-air television channels that were not viewable or reachable, however, as previously aforementioned, these are slight adjustments to be made for an otherwise exceptional and exemplary stay.

The room I was in was beautiful. Fully working kitchenette, comfortable bed and very quiet except for my neighbours, but the staff were so kind as to move me to a different room as I'm noise sensitive. The second room I was in was incredible. The pool and spa were awesome to have after a long hot day and the location is amazing, thought you'll have to walk up to North Melbourne for decent coffee (and a 10 min walk). I'll definitely stay again!

The walls between apartments aren't entirely soundproofed so if you get noise neighbours, you'll hear them! But otherwise, it was perfect – I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in town :)

Im not happy at all with the hotel, the cleaning staff come to celan my room and lose a big stuff bear that was a present, when i enquire for it the cleaning staff told me they will look for it. I thought they may took it with the old bedsheets, but they didn’t come back to me. I made the complaint in the reception and after 3 further complaints they just told me they can’t find anything completely ignoring me whit no care about guests property it could be my passport, laptop or anything they wouldn’t care terrible service , no apologies no care
