Everything! We travel a lot and this was one of the best places I have stayed with my kids, definitely our favourite airport hotel. The pool is heated and beautiful, the entire place is immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet, the rooms were big and well appointed, the staff were very friendly, the shuttle bus was free and the driver even helped us load our bags and unload at the airport (huge help when travelling with kids!), I was able to wash and dry all of our laundry for only $2 and there was a vending machine with snacks and drinks near our room which was really handy.

Honestly, it was hard to find any faults.

Close to the airport and the free shuttle which operates 24 hours was fantastic.Rooms were well equipped and the bed was very comfortable the best I have slept on.Kettle and lots of milk etc was very good.Fast checking in.The room was extremely clean and lots of information brochures available.Room had so many extras as iron & ironing board,laundry facilities.Excellent value for money.Room was large and large wardrobe.Great shower.The curtains were a really good block out as I arrived at after midnight after 21 hour flight and needed sleep.Would recommend to anyone.

I was not there long enough

The airport shuttle was great as it picked us up shortly after arrival. The hotel itself was very clean and the customer service at front counter was great.

Lady at front counter wanted to charge $4 for my baby grandson as he needed something to eat before we had a long drive home after a 24 flight. The continental breakfast was $15 which we didn’t have as we didn’t have enough time. Thought the price for 1 banana was a bit too much. Then the lady asked cash for it which we didn’t have and would not put on credit card. She ended up giving us the banana but thought it was very stingy of her in the first place and why a cash transaction!

The staff and service was impeccable. The free 24/7 shuttle bus was incredible🤣 The bed was extremely comfortable. The freshly renovated spa ensuite was perfect. The location is perfect for people wanting to get to the airport.

Ciloms was well kept, from outside to inside. The property seems a little dated but is in good condition. Ciloms is very dormitory style, long winding corridors that flood with doors on either side of the hallways. The elevators are dated and the winding staircases as well. The smell however was also a little off putting. The smell of the complex was much of a Hospital. That hospital food smell. The room also had a weird smell I could not put my finger on, I am blaming the A/C for that. Other than the things mentioned it was a great stay.

We left for our plane at six so breakfast was not available. This was not unreasonable so we were happy. The shuttle was very convenient although he did drop us at the wrong entrance so we had to walk back a long way. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very good. Does seem a lot to pay for one night but it was the cheapest close to the airport so it must be the going rate.

Is there a way to get the skybus to the airport terminal and then a shuttle out to the hotel for people who don’t have a car? Our flight requires such early check in we stay out at the airport to make it on time. Hard to get to the hotel from the city.

I had a tv in my room and a bath although there seemed to only be shower taps so the water spilt on the floor but as I had 2 clean bath towels it was no big deal to clean up the water bed had plenty of pillows was comfortable and there was tea coffee biscuits available as well as a hot water jug and bar fridge. Clean towels facewashers soaps shampoos and conditioner the usual big screen door with curtains so was able to let in some air in the morning a chair with space at writing desk

I am a vegan and while there was options in the cafe for almond milk or soy milk which I appreciated there was not much available for breakfast options. May be I could have asked for fruit toast I am not sure about that to be honest.

Check in was smooth and quick by the friendly staff. Before we knew it we were in our room and relaxing. We then went and booked our shuttle for our early morning flight on the next day. Then it was time to have a red wine in the bar and see what we would order for dinner. It was then time for a quick rest. We both enjoyed our dinner that evening. Steak and an Asian and salad selection. Both reasonably priced and well cooked and presented. Our shuttle transfer went smoothly and we were ready to check in for our flight. We have stayed at Ciloms a few times now and have loved every stay. Highly recommend staying here .

It was ideally situated for our airport. Bed was very comfortable and cleanliness was good.. Unfortunately we were so tired with travelling we really never got to try it the facilities.. But, if it was up to the room standards. Then I can only presume it would have been most enjoyable.. They had tea,coffee and a little fridge which I thought was an excellent touch.. it kept our drinking water lovely and fresh..

I don't have any real issues with our stay. Had we had more time we would have used more of the amenities and been able to comment on them.

I love the fact that there is a shuttle bus to take you to the airport and vice versa. The bus driver and persons at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Also the fact that that there is a restaurant for meals makes it a great place to stay if you need to catch a flight or pick somebody up from tha airport. There is also a lift that takes you up to the upper levels. If possible we try to book early at Ciloms to make sure that there is room to stay.

There are dog kennels next door, but the dogs were not very noisy when my husband and son stayed the night before picking me up from the airport using the shuttle bus of Ciloms Airport Lodge. But maybe there is a possibility there to have pets stay there while travelling.

Shuttle bus service was wonderful. So easy when travelling with toddler. Had no hiccups from getting from plane to accommodation. And return to airport was organised without any issues. Buffet meals were ok, just what you need on a stop over. Perfect for a stay over until next flight. Cleaning workers and Buffet staff were great. We had a toddler who had been travelling for two weeks and they were great with her. Went out of their way to talk with her and interact with her.

Nothing, that would stop us from returning.
