Cafe attached was a bonus, and the staff in there were friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable. Property handily located - I have recommended it to a family member travelling to Melbourne soon. Nice TV. Couldnt work it unfortunately, but did watch quite a few episodes of 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown :) Building was well set up and quite unique.

There were a few places that werent very clean (skirting boards and the like) some of the fixtures were wobbly (toilet roll holder and tap in the kitchen). I couldnt find a plug for the sink to do the dishes.

The property was beautiful. Very unique but very cool. The room was decorated excellently with a great and comfortably interior with all the facilities you could need!

Nothing! Location and building was fabulous. One thing we would say is alongside the great selection of appliances you provide, potentially some salt/pepper or oil for the kitchen would be amazing. As we didn’t want to have to purchase some just for a couple nights. But this was genuinely the only tiny thing we could say about it!

You couldn't be situated anymore central. Great spot to explore Melbourne. The building has lots of history , and very impressive.

My aircon didn't work, and you had to have the light on to get the ceiling fan to come on! Once I pointed this out, they gave me free breakfast for the rest of my stay, and their cafe is fantastic.

Location was perfect with tram stops nearby and easy to get to the local supermarket. Having a pool was great for the kids. Apartment was a good size and had everything you need to cater for the family.

Start with a key for two instead of having to request it.

Location was perfect and the apartment was very spacious. Bath products provided and overall comfy place. Close to lots of good eats.

Apartment lacked any natural light, so felt like a bit of a dungeon. Fine because we were out doing things for most of the trip, but just a bit drab.

The aesthetic, beautiful building. I didnt encounter any staff thus my rating. The directions provided for check in were spot on.

Very strong water hammer in the shower making it very difficult to properly regulate the temp. I stayed on a very cold night so was thankful for the column heater, however an upgrade in heating would be wonderful.

Excellent location, close to the centre and right in Chinatown. Building has bags of character, pool and a great coffee house.

No lift access to lower ground. Not great when carrying bags. Room felt subterranean, with practically no natural light. No coffee machine.

A very simply request of supplying green tea in the room which was supplied without any hassles.

Dropped a ring, rolled underneath the bed, got a handful of dirty stuff from underneath the bed when retrieving the ring.

Great location, good process

Was harassed at the entry door by a permanent resident who resents short term stayers. Told her to take her complaint up with body corporate. Nutcases and Karens are everywhere these days.

The location was excellent, only a short walk to the center of Melbourne. The room was very clean and had a great amount of kitchen utensils, toilet paper, spare blankets, etc.

Possibly just specifying in the emails where we could dispose of rubbish bags may have been helpful. We did end up finding them though. And possibly just an extra bath mat :)
