Staff were helpful and gave privacy. The room was very neat with a beautiful view. We got fresh towels and items the second day without asking. Was great. It was perfect value for price. Will stay again

I was anxious before arrival due to never done this before, and communication was a little tricky (call, don't email like shy me did) but staff made me feel at ease quickly when there.

central location everything was great the staff went above and beyond when we had an issue with air conditioning we advised them before we went out for the evening upon our return they had opened the adjoining room for us to use as it was more comfortable it was fantastic that they could do this we will be returning

Great value for money, we got the trip last minute and, while we were hoping to get a place much cheaper (and much worse), this was the cheapest place we could find at short notice but having it be in the CBD, be in a great location within the CBD and be so well-facilitated was amazing. We were so pleasantly surprised with all the things that were included and how clean and how big our room was. Best value for money compared to every else I have stayed in Melbourne.

The bed was not very comfortable but definitely not bad and still more than I expected for what we paid.

The apartment was well equipped for a short stay for our family. The kitchen and bathroom had all we needed. The location was close to everything in the city. At first we thought the street noise from Lonsdale Street would be too loud but it was fine.

Our biggest concern was the door to the balcony. There was no child proof lock or a lock higher up to stop the kids from opening the door. We found this unsafe as the balcony is small, not really high and made like a metal grate. The beds and pillows were a bit old and tired. The front room did not have block out blinds and this would have been appreciated.

Loved the little separate kitchenette and lounge room which was away from the bedroom and bathroom, gave us (2 female friends) separate space when we needed it and different areas for different activities (eating/lounging and sleeping/getting ready to go out or to bed). Had all the basics and then some (stove top, kettle, plates, cutlery, frying pan, stuff to wash and dry dishes, fridge, pantry, hair dryer, etc)

Walls were very thin so did unfortunately hear a few unpleasant noises from the neighbours and the beds moved very easily so we did end up side by side at a few points just from rolling around in our sleep in the night haha

Location was excellent. Initial impression only okay, carpet in passage left much to be desired. Once in the room nice and clean. Staff accommodating professional and friendly. Was expecting coffee etc to be replenished now know this may not happen is some accommodation. Water nice and hot good showers

There was a few things that needed tiding. In the first room cupboard door needed attention. The second room the door leading to the passage needed correcting. It was noisy and would disturb if someone else was on the same floor. Maybe a bit of oil would correct it.

The hotel was in a great location. While it's in the CBD, it was nice and quiet, yet close to the green fields/ gardens and parliament building and Princess theatr;e and China Town, plenty of attentions to keep a solo traveller like me busy and feeling safe. The hotel is value for money and the room ( with a kitchette, is large enough for a longer term stayer.

While clean and spacious, the carpet in the corridor, particularly on the 5th floor where I stayed, could do with a replacement (was old and saggy). This would improve the appearance of the hotel significantly. Other upgrades/ updates (kitchen bench) in my room, can be done but not urgently..

Location, proximity of parking and ease of booking.

The check in process was a little intimidating, when I asked if I could use my vicroads licence app to provide my licence the staff’s demeanour went instantly from helpful to annoyed and remained that way. I explained that I understood that I was supposed to have my licence but had driven my daughters car and didn’t have mine but presented the solution of the app which is a valid substitute for police checking, the man checking us in just deadpanned me and said “you need a licence to check in, without a licence you can’t stay here” twas a tad rude and I hope he sorts out whatever it is he’s got going on that made him shift his demeanour so fast.

Amazing location at a fair price. Room was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Not loud at all even though the building was not very high. Easily accessible after hours with the key card even though it wasn’t staffed 24/7. Great air conditioning.

Definitely not a modern hotel. Some parts could do with a deep clean or upgrade (there was a hole in our couch and the bathroom felt like it hadn’t had a deep clean in forever). The shower was very bad quality and leaked the whole stay.
