Location, easy walk along the Yarra, tram stop out front, Betty's burgers next door, Flinders St stn an easy icon to orient oneself in the right direction. Room clean, comfortable, storage place for clothes, enough room for suitcase need to robe, personal shower. Able to drop suitcase off early, excellent. Staff great, courteous & helpful

TV not working properly, after gentleman had it working, I found how to turn it down on the back, sometimes could change channels, but not turning off. Left spotlight on bedhead goes on maybe a second, then off. Does the top drawer in robe space open or is it actually glued shut, or just a fascia. Think a towel rail would assist, I hung mine over the basin.

Staff were very helpful and when we arrived earlier than 2pm check in, they had a room ready to go which was very appreciated after a night of travelling. The location is incredibly convenient and located near major tram stops and train stations which made sightseeing easy. Overall for a budget hotel, the amenities are fine but the location makes it pretty hard to beat.

The bathroom was barely a bathroom,it felt like you were naked in the middle of room! I understand it's a budget hotel however the rest of the room is very spacious so there would have been space for a larger bathroom. We were given a dirty stained towel by accident but a quick trip to reception fixed the problem easily. We were on the 7th level which had little natural light but that could be the location of the room we were in.

Location is great, small compact hotel but just what I need for the short trip, convenient for solo traveler from airport to get to city. Great location if you're looking for accommodation for concerts etc as Rod Laver Arena and the stadium is 20minutes walking distance, and the tram line is right outside the hotel. Place was clean and I bumped into plenty of housekeeping staff. Staff at reception 24/7, it was great as I had early flight on Sunday morning and it was very quick check out process and get the security bond back to my account right away.

I was allocated to a corner room with couple steps of stair just right in front my room door , it was ok but I wasn't expecting that as I have a 20kg luggage. The standard queen room I booked was great for 1 but was small for 2. If travel with partner or family perhaps you'll need to look at their bigger room.

We got there early and although the room wasn't ready the staff was really lovely and accomodating and let us wait in the recreational room until a room was ready for us. The rooms are always so spacious and the house keepers are always so kind and lovely.

The breakfast was lacking especially when you paid for it, although there isn't really much you can offer without serving up hit food from a kitchen. The TV also wasn't connected to the internet - it obviously isn't an issue, just that the TV is a smart one so it'd be nice to utilise that feature. After a few stays it's still a little weird that the shower doesn't have a seperate light to the rest of the eoom

Staff, location, price, breakfast. I wanted somewhere convenient and reasonable to stay when I went to a show at the Regent Theatre; perfect. Breakfast was basic Continental - as promised - but comparable to what I'd have at home, and what I'd be charged $10+ for at a cafe.

No coathanger; hook inside toilet. No shower room was weird, but I knew that was the case from other reviews. Toilet door could do with a wipe. I was a little cold in bed, however I had elected to switch the heater off whilst I slept.

Perfect location, right in the centre of the CBD and close to transport links. Clean and decent amount of space for one person for a few nights.

Staff member behind the reception didn’t really know what he was doing (not sure if he was new or lack of training) but it took me about 25 mins to actually get a wash in the machine, as he didn’t tell me that the soap machine takes money but doesn’t work and then didn’t know what to do. Also wouldn’t change my cash to coins etc. Another guy did then help. He also misinformed me about checking out early morning which I rectified myself.

Its location is the best thing you can expect, it's very easy to access to many famous places just in the free tram zone. The staff is also friendly, the receptionist allowed us to keep the luggage there without any surcharge.

The room is pretty small and has no window, but it's totally ok with us because we need a convenient hotel that can easily check in in the early morning and have easy access to famous destinations.

Excellent location and price. Have stayed there twice and would stay there again in a heartbeat. You can't beat the value of this place and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Shower is hot, fridge is cold what more could you ask for! They have a cheap late check out option too.

Bit dingy, the windows have 'frosted' stickers on them so you can't see out(it doesn't look over anything anyway but would still be nice) and the breakfast is cheap but isn't that good and normally all gone before I wake up (I recommend the Tropicana juice place up the road instead). You won't be concerned about any of that after realising the awesome deal you're getting there. 100% recommend. Great for a tight budget or if you just want an awesome location.
