Welcomed by admin staff who were lovely & friendly, room suitable and housekeeping great.

Staff at the restaurant couldn't care less, not friendly. Probably needs retraining or get alternative employment

Location can't be beaten, clos to the city and walking distance to everything we wanted to do! The rooms was clean as was the bathroom and houskeeping were doing the job everyday to a high standard:) The luggage storage room was handy when checked out as we had an afternoon flight so were able to have brunch without the worry of where to store our bags!

We had some noisy individuals in the room opposite us for the first night and then again early the next morning and we had words in the hallway when I told them to "keep the noise down" as we were trying to have a sleep in. Very inconsiderate for all of the hotel guests on this part of the floor we were staying! My wife and I are quiet tall and we suffered the small bed which had a large hollow in the middle and was not good for my back!

Location was great , only 2 staff on and lots of people waiting to check in -need more staff on

Our room was next door to a storage room -very very noisy in the morning -staff should be aware that the room next door could have people sleeping

Access to the different facilities was great. The desk is staffed 24 hours and location is perfect for access to trams and restaurants. Very comfortable hotel, is a lot bigger than it looks. The room was an excellent size with lots of floor space. Pool and sauna were a pleasant bonus.

The buffet downstairs is over priced, especially for what you get. The lack of security with the lifts is concerning, people can easily walk in off the street at night and get to any floor. The bed had a very uncomfortably soft mattress topper that couldn't be removed. A microwave in the room would be useful for longer stays.

Location of hotel, value for money, convenience to transport, shops & theatre district. Half tix located across the street from hotel.

Aircon needed adjusting. Location of triple share room, long way from lift, 3 glass doors to negotiate.

Location is brilliant - close to everything. The hotel was clean and the rooms were good.

The room staff when cleaning, slammed the doors of the hotel rooms and it made it difficult to sleep if you were in bed. Came back to the room on one day and a new beauty mirror that we’d bought, that wasn’t broken when we left the room, appeared to have been broken in the bathroom cleaning process. It was disappointing and we weren’t notified but we didn’t chase it as it was not expensive and we didn’t want to make a fuss. The hotel supplied toiletries had not been restocked with each room clean.

The location is great and the price was right for a long weekend stay. Appreciated the blackout screen, comfy bed, and quiet. The room is also a good size: you don't feel cramped. I also liked having a window I could open and the lobby is gorgeous.

There are virtually no "extras" in the room: only a small fridge, no microwave. A kettle with only tea and coffee, no cocoa. No plates, knives or forks for eating takeaway. No printed information to refer to. The QR code in the room left me cold, I couldn't seem to get it to work--it took me to a site I couldn't fathom. The room numbering is odd and the impression is that three buildings got merged together. A bit of a trudge to the elevators if you're in the furthest third. No mention of WiFi, free or otherwise.

Close to everything - especially Maxx Watts (to watch a gig that finished late). Restaurant on site - only stayed one night, wasn’t there long enough to go. Pool and gym - unfortunately didn’t get to use them. Front Desk - staff member was absolutely lovely! Sorry I didn’t catch your name. They were very helpful and didn’t rush our arrival book in. Room/Hotel attendants - Friendly, saying hello when you pass them in the hall/elevator etc… Hotel/Room is clean, you can smell the cleanliness. Super comfortable beds, extra pillows in cupboard. Tea/coffee/milk in room. Perfect air conditioning- nice and cold, especially after a hot day. It was nice and quiet. Car park options close by.

Our stay wasn’t long enough!

Excellent central location with easy walk to theatres, restaurants, shops, public transport etc. Checkin and check out was quick & easy. We had a good sized room with a vey comfortable king sized bed. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The shower had good water pressure. Room was very dark at night. Excellent value for the money we paid.

We stayed here on a day when the outside temperature was 36C/100F. Our room was way too hot upon entering it at 3:00pm. After turning the air-conditioner on, it took several hours for the temperature to reduce to a level cool enough for sleeping. The air-conditioner was noisy.

Every single thing, we really had a good trip. It was in the middle of the city. Pricing wise it was fair. Affordable. Really got more than we thought.

Car park. Very highly priced. It was too far from the hotel. Over charged. We found it could be cheaper if we had booked online. Other hotels were offering $18 but we were made to pay $45 per day. Couple of staff, only couple we found non approachable attitude towards us. But others were great. Didn't care as it happens with us every where.
