It was a great location for our needs, as easy to access the freeway without having to drive through the city and also within the free tram area with a tram stop close by. We arrived in the morning and were able to store our bags prior to check-in and they were accommodating when I asked to extend check out by an hour so I could return after attending parkrun to shower before checking out. I also like that we booked a 2 bedroom apt but actually got two adjoining rooms which was great with our teenage children and also meant we had two bathrooms as well.

There wasn't many car parking spots and you had to pay extra to park.

The Quest Serviced Apartments are conveniently located next to Marvel Stadium and Southern Cross Station. The main entry is on Bourke Street, but you can access Marvel Stadium from Level 4. The room was large and basic. The staff were friendly upon check-in and check out.

The fan in the bathroom did not work, so it was like a steam sauna every time we had a shower. A cupboard door came off its hinges! The room rate was bumped up significantly for the Grand Prix Weekend. There is apparently parking available, but it's not advertised.

The welcome from the staff and their assistance throughout our 6 day stay. was exceptional. all the facilities we needed were in place, roomy, with large patio for fresh air. Access to food shops was within 20 metres, and the tram stop - being Melbourne a free tram - was about 50 metres away. Will look for Quest Apartments at other cities in future. We had daily room service available, but apart from fresh linen etc declined that.

Some hotels now have an automatic coffee machine. - capsule type. One would have been appreciated.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, with a balcony that had a nice outlook. The apartment had 2 bathrooms and the kitchen had everything you need with a good size fridge. Direct access to Marvel Stadium is a bonus and would be great if attending an event. Easy walking distance to Docklands restaurants & shopping. Parking on-site for an additional $40 (although tight for large cars). The front desk staff were excellent to deal with. I called in advance to organise an accessible room with walk-in shower, and they were happy to accommodate. I also requested a nice view and late checkout and was granted both. We would definitely stay again.

A coffee pod machine would be a great addition. A staff member quite abruptly knocked on our door at 10.30am and very firmly asked why we hadn't checked out. I explained we had pre-arranged a late check-out time of 11am and they just turned and walked away, without any apology. That was a shame because all other staff had been wonderful to deal with.

Location was really good for us. Close enough to walk to the ice rink (we were in town to watch the ice hockey finals). Plenty of places to eat / drink nearby. Coffee shop and convenience store a few doors down. 2br apartment was spacious enough for our group of 3 adults. Ensuite + bathroom was very convenient. Staff really friendly.

A bit noisy at times (downstairs guests were rowdy late one night, including at least 6 people on the balcony with music playing, but it didn't last long). Bed was a bit firm for me. No extra blanket (I''m a cold sleeper).

Customer service lady “Saila” that attended to me was very professional and of great assistance in ensuring I got a car park as soon as it became available and provided me with important suggestions on the goings on around the city. Close proximity to the southern cross from the back door was also a huge plus for me. In general, I’d always pick Quest anytime im in Melbourne.

I’ll have to keep checking to see what I didn’t like.

We stayed in a one bed apartment which was reasonably spacious for two. The bed was comfortable,bathroom a good size and although we didn't use kitchen facilities it was all clean and sufficient equipment provided to eat in. We appreciated the location with coffee, bars, restaurant options within an easy walk/a basic supermarket close by/excellent tram connections into city and nearby suburbs - and the ability to walk to Spencer St station (airport shuttle) just 10 mins, and an easy 20 minute stroll into the city/Federation Square/Southbank with early morning walks around Docklands. We would certainly stay here again for the sheer convenience.

Bottom sheet had stains as did one pillowcase - and we prefer daily towel/rubbish bin service. Our towels were changed during week but not over weekend.

Location was quiet and tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within the free tram zone which is very convenient. There is also a big mall with Woolworths nearby for grocery and retail shopping. The condition of the property is slightly old but otherwise still very comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 young children. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Parking spaces are limited but thankfully still available during our stay. Gym was a walk from the main building which can be quite dreary during winter and the gym key card provided wasn't working.

The apartment was really well set out, it was comfortable, conveniently located and the daily service was exemplary. It was close to transport and still really quiet. The place has a lovely feel and smelt pleasant.

What was not to like, not a lot. If I had to pick on something, the shower water tended to spill out onto the floor.

Someone knocked on the door I was in bed by the time I come out someone actually opened the door So by the time I went out someone closed and left from there I contacted reception regarding that But then they someone gave them a wrong room number to fix something But its terrible how can just open the door from outside without making sure if someone is inside or not Its a huge privacy breach
