If you have more common tastes, the food will not suit you. But, if you enjoy food that is high-end with flavors and ingredients you won't find in your average local it is wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and a pleasure to interact with - including the Valet and night staff. One lovely Gentleman on a late night adventure we took, spoke with us about the artwork and features of the hotel which we found fascinating to learn!

My personal tastes are not as sophisticated as this hotel provides for, but this is not the problem of the hotel or it's Ladies and Gentlemen. The only downsides were the changing of the lifts which confused many guests.

The personalised experience was exceptional! They remember things about you that make you feel extremely valued. You can't describe the experience well enough in words. All the staff treat you with incredible levels of respect and they all acknowledge you, even if you are just passing them in a hallway. The views from our room where absolutely amazing, especially at night looking out over the city. The suite was extremely spacious and done up perfectly. The bed was one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone.

The room was on the 78th floor so you had to take the elevated up to the lobby on the 80th floor and the views were aw inspiring then because our rooms were special ones we had to take another elevated that only caters to the club suits we were on the 78 just under the penthouse the pool was on 64th floor and was open 24/7 and the water was great the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on in my life it was like tying on a cloud in the sky we were meant to get up a few times but just couldn't get out of bed all electric blinds and curtains spa bath floor to ceiling windows probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in and we've stayed all over the world nothing like this before but was also the most expensive but was 3 days and a special event we were there for great hotel guy

The TV was huge and pulled out from the wall 65 inch but still wasn't a smart TV and I honestly can't think of anything else to complain about except obviously we emptied the mini bar and filled it from Coles over the Rd and when we ate there in the rom for lunch or early dinner it was uber LOL as the meals were a bit much for us I did have a lamb rack but wasn't that impressed but could of just been me

The room was perfect, it was spacious and the view was spectacular. The staff was so friendly and welcoming with a fast response to our requests. The bed was comfortable and i loved the attention to details in the room. I would definitely make it my choice every time I come to Melbourne. I would also like to thank the reception and the manager as they didn’t hesitate a second in approving my request of a late checkout when they knew I had a late flight. The Concierge was also very helpful, I would like to thank both Mr. Ali and Mr. Hilerd, they made my vacation as perfect as it gets, tickets where hard to get and they didn’t rest until they got me the tickets and recommended a very good trip agency and planned it all for me, i couldn’t be more thankful

I may have a slight suggestion regarding the room dine in menu, it requires an update to include more options because I ordered 3 times but i didn’t enjoy it at all

Congratulations on your beautiful hotel; it is absolutely stunning from level 1 up to level 80. The room fitout is aesthetically beautiful and attention to detail and provisions in the common areas just as impressive. And finally, the level of service provided by staff throughout the hotel was first class. There is a reason this hotel has a 6 star rating - we didn't want to leave.

2 minor criticisms. As much as the view from check in on level 80 is impressive, having to go up to level 80 to check in/out and back down to rooms isn't necessarily convenient. Additionally, the in-room service menu after 9pm is extremely limited by choice, which was quite disappointing, particularly when charged an additional $10 for the convenience.

The hotel was sparkly new and clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and kind. The rooms are so high up with gorgeous views across the city. The room was much bigger than I was expecting and I loved the floor to ceiling glass windows which let in so much light as well as that amazing view. The desk was big and facing the windows which made it pleasant to work from. Great amenities. Lovely room space! Comfy bed. High tech features. The lobby area was delightful to meet guests. Next time I need to try the restaurants. I just loved the hotel. Already booked to stay here on my next work trip. Highly recommended!

The views Quality for our in rooms , hope the upkeep stays that way Good towels Pool was stocked constantly with towels and maintained (In pool bathrooms though shampoos and conditioners were empty in morning , had to request to be refilled ) Lobby was great and open , views lovely Restaurant simple and spacious

Restaurant over prized for what we received on the night 180$ steak disappointing and much fat Floors in our room were dusty and on cleaning them myself coukd tell not mopped well in private toilet area , rest v good Room service at one pint slow but a dining me was great and quick Monday night .

The views from the room, the lobby and the restaurants were spectacular, looking right out across Melbourne. We even woke up literally in the clouds on the day we checked out, which was an incredible experience. The service from the staff was exceptional. They provided some much appreciated surprises for my wife and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and were always super helpful. The pool is also amazing, which a great view over the city and the bay.

The hotel isn’t cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for- no complaints at all!

An exceptional hotel high above e Melbourne. The view was breathtaking. The swimming pool is simply a class act. The spa is simply one of the best anywhere in the world. The staff are decent, kind, affable, and customer oriented. Real warmth and luxurious.

Breakfast was not up to normal Ritz standard when compared to say Ritz-Carlton Tokyo. There is room for improvement especially with the choice of cutlery and tea cups. Could do better.
