Location is perfect. Just around the main plaza.

In the room, there was this small light on the same light switch that was kept on once you turn off the light. It was kind of annoying.

Location was fantastic and very central to all attractions. Room for certainly big enough for a family of 3 and the bathroom was lovely with the addition of a bath also. Breakfast was excellent with selection of both hot and cold foods. The services was wonderful , friendly and very attentive to our individual requests. Staff were all willing to help with daily requests for information and were always very chatty and friendly. Wonderful 3 day stay overall.

Tea & hot drink facilities in the room and maybe a small fridge.

This tiny gem of a property exceeds expectations at every turn. The location is superb-quieter than the Getriedegasse but five paces from the Mozartpltz. The hosts are among the most personable and hands-on I’ve ever met. The room was spacious and modern, and the breakfast was very good. Not just my pick for Salzburg, this is one of my new favorite hotels.

There is no downside here! It’s a terrific little property that works hard to surprise and delight.

There could be more amenities in the room: conditionair, shower cap, body lotion, coffe and tea (maybe put in a coffee machine?)

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town and just around the corner from the Saltzburg Cathedral. Transportation from airport: can be accessed by bus with a €3 ticket, or with a taxi. Keep in mind the hotel is in one of the inner, smaller roads where vehicles are not allowed, the walk from dropoff point is very short, between 5-10 minutes depending the method of transportation chosen (taxi drop off is the closest). The room was clean, and the bathroom was fully renovated with excellent shower pressure. They also provide slippers for the room- a thoughtful touch that adds to the experience.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The TV was facing the couch and could not be turned to face the bed. The button to call the elevator wasn't very user friendly, which could become a bit frustrating.

Location is good. The receptionist is so kind. The room is clean.

No parking around. We had to carry out our luggage by ourselves from the city central parking. No restaurant in the hotel (they only serve breakfast). The charged me with €45 for my son just to sleep in the sofa that is already in the room! One funny/awkward incident happened that show disrespect: I was waiting with my family for the elevator and the owner was talking with one of the guest, once the elevator arrived he ask us to wait as he has important thing, then jump with the other guest and took the elevator that we were waiting :\

Close proximity to many sights in Salzburg Old Town. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful.

We chose a King Supreme room with a bathtub thinking it would be a larger bathroom. The bathtub was not in the bathroom, but was in the open in the room, awkwardly taking up space. I would choose the room without a bathtub next time.

Wonderful location, one minute from city centre. Very nice staff(with one exception.) Excellent breakfast, with preferences served individually. Comfotable beds.

Rooms rather small and plain. Very uncomfortable plastic chair to sit on. Equipment to make coffee, but no coffee powder or milk.

bathroom faucet is too high & splatters all over the sink. we had to ask for a kettle & cups to make coffee. each day they took our used cups but we had to ask for replacements. No fridge. ( pictures won’t load on booking.com site)

Best location in old town, just 5 minutes walk to the Dom, St. Peter’s Abbey, the funicular, Mozart’s house. The interior decor is very thoughtful and modern yet elegant. Saima and Britta are brilliant innkeepers who will take care of every detail to make your Salzburg stay most memorable. This boutique hotel is on a famous cobblestone street in the heart of old town. We took a taxi from the train station and it was 12.40 euros by meter—though the hotel is in a pedestrian zone, taxis can drive in. There are restaurants, cafes, bakeries, Mozart chocolate shops galore. If you need a break from Austrian cuisine, try Do Do’s around the corner for noodle soups or curry. You know how you get that “weak security” message when you sign into most hotel’s wifi? Not here—this hotel uses Apple wifi. Even though the Dom church is just a few steps away, don’t worry about losing sleep when the bells ring out because the double windows make the room completely soundproof. If you are going to Salzburg to see the historical sights, don’t even think twice about it—just book this hotel and enjoy your visit!
