We had premium room. Very good one, top quality. The room is really the one you can see on the pictures. Clean, very nice colours, cosy, real wood cover everywhere. The bathroom is big with a large size shower (not a cabin!). The breakfast is also top quality. Even smoked salmon and trout is available (and immediately filled in). Many bio foods, including real carrot, apple, orange juice (and cooled in a bottle cooler). The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Easy access to the city. Big parking area in front and behind the hotel building (very comfortable). Very friendly staff! So, all-in-all whenever we shall come to Salzburg we come to this hotel. No question.

Surprisingly nice hotel for the price. They have free parking just across the street. The public transit stops are in front of the entrance, what makes it very convenient to roam around the city (we walked to downtown and rode back).

Noise insulation could be better, our room was near the stairway and we heard all possible noise happening there. Also, for whatever reason bar and restaurant was closed for the night of our stay likely for private party.

The area where the hotel is situated is quiet. The facilities were good. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious, you had plenty to choose from. There was enough parking lots to choose from and just a few feet away from the hotel was a bus stop that took you whereever you needed to go, bus tickets could be bought from the hotel reception ( I would recommend to buy the ticket that is valid 24 hours, it costs only 4,70€ per person )

Everything was good, just as stated and photos here. The staff at check in was friendly and professional. There is free parking lot just opposite the hotel. We didn't take the breakfast.

It was warm in the room and we had to open the windows the whole time, luckily the hotel was in a safe and quiet location. The room rate is high for the location bit further outside of city center and without breakfast.

We stayed in a premium room with balcony which was excellent. The room was spacious, modern, quiet with solid wood furntiure and a newly refurbished wet room in the bathroom. From what we could see, the premium rooms are a significant step up from the standard rooms. The pictures show mountain views from the windows; these are only available from south facing premium rooms. North facing rooms face on to a neighbouring building. The breakfast is in a very pleasant room and is extensive although there is little variation day-to-day. The staff were extremely helpful and generally the hotel has a warm, relaxed atmosphere. We had no problem finding a parking space in the hotel car park although be aware that there is a speed camera on the road nearby next to the railway bridge. The bus into the city centre stops directly in front of the hotel and runs every 10-15m. Last bus back is around 11pm during the week, 12:45am on Saturdays. You can buy a 'Salzburg Card' from the hotel reception which gives free bus travel as well as free entry into many of the tourist sites in town.

The hotel wifi is a bit of a pain. You need to connect to the wifi server and accept the terms and conditions at the start of each session. Unfortunately, stop using the wifi for a few minutes and the connection is dropped and you have to start all over again. We found it difficult to get a decent coffee at the hotel. Breakfast coffee seemed reasonable but during the day the only options are coffee ordered from the bar or the self-serve machine at reception. Neither was particularly good.

the hotel is very cozy, neat and cute you feel like you are with your family a bit expensive because its too simple i like that the bathroom is seperated from the toilet

the towels in our room wasn't very clean it had spots on it the hotel is very simple it doesn't look like the pictures

I really liked the entrance and staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was big and well lit with a refrigerator and lots of storage space. There is a free parking space for hotel guests.

The bathroom was not as clean and I did not like the shower curtain as it looked a bit old. Also the hotel is a bit far away from the main train station especially if you‘re relying on public transport by night.

The room was clean and comfy. The Hotel is in a Cozy place which is not crowded and also you can get to to city center by a 15 minutes bus.

They did not have a water boiler(Wasserkucher) in the room and there was only one in the Lobby and they were charging 2.5 Euro for a cup of hot water. In most hotels, there is a free water boiler that you can use in your room but here was not the case.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was good. The breakfast was excellent. It was easy to get a bus into the city.

Unable to get a hot drink in your room or at the bar area on Saturday. Had to travel into town for this.

Room was big and clean We had a really good sleep here and well rested before leaving to Italy Easy for public transportation as the bus to the city pass right in front the hotel Also the reception lady was friendly and quite helpful

If you need to checkout early best let the reception know and make sure to get your payment all done the day before, we had a bit of an issue due to this but managed to settle it fine even though we were already in Italy Price wasnt exactly budget but then again it's Salzburg,but maybe they could include breakfast or at least free coffee for the price they are charging
