The location was good for the Xmas markets which was the reason for our visit. It was handy for public transport too. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were lovely friendly and very helpful. Our rooms were a little on the small side but the beds were lovely clean and very comfortable The breakfast choices were fab too

The breakfast service seemed very short staffed! There were a couple of mornings where the coffee machines were out of water and cups and people were getting frustrated that there were no clean tables to sit at! However the staff that were on duty were running their socks off and working really hard

The location of Hotel Jufa is excellent, just 200 metres from the base of the starting point of Salzburg Castle, old town. The breakfast had a lot of varieties, though it could add a little bit more of cakes / sweet stuff. The room which we stayed in had no balcony but it had big dual windows which opened to the inner courtyard. The room was of good size. The reception staff was helpful and answered the few questions which I had. There was a jazz festival going on during our visit which made it even more memorable. Good value for money and highly recommended. Would love to come back again.

It was just a one night stay, but overall it was good. The location is quite convenient, close to the city centre. Price-wise, while a bit expensive for the standard received, it was one of the cheapest options available when booking at short notice. Breakfast was good as well (there is enough variety). The staff was kind. And most importantly, we got a chocolate easter bunny :)

I found charging extra for parking next to the hotel a bit strange and unnecessary. Some of the bathroom “consumables” were not restocked, which is a bit strange for a 4* hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. We went early December to visit the Christmas markets. It was very central allowing us to walk to many of the markets and tourist attractions in the old town. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

Unfortunately there was a staff short during our stay and therefore the onsite restaurant wasn’t open for main evening meals. We had an issue with housekeeping forgetting to clean our room for our five night stay which wasn’t very good. It was rectified with a discount on our stay which I appreciate. However this only occurred when I made a very strong point of how numerous reception staff failed to sort the original problem out.

The location is fantastic especially for the price paid. Our room was as advertised and clean with functioning air conditioning. The seating spaces were enjoyable and we liked the bar area and drinks. Staff were attentive to our needs overall.

The bathroom is very small. This was fine for us in the end but just be aware that it is a very tight space to work within. The rooms are very small as well but it worked fine for a place to sleep given we were out exploring almost all day and mostly just sleeping in the hotel. When we wanted more space, there was plenty of available room in the bar and outdoor lounge areas. The breakfast was expensive for what you receive and the food was cold. We only opted to try the breakfast once given the first experience so not sure if that was the case on all days or just the one day we tried it.

Perfect location with a wonderful view on the mountains and the castle, Hohensalzburg. We didn't have particularly nice weather, but the view was wonderful nevertheless. The hotel has it's own parking, which is very convenient if you travel by car as we did. The building sits in a calm area, surrounded by school buildings, so it's really calm. Breakfasts were perfect. I love me some good hotel breakfast and, oh my god, did this place deliver :D Hotel room - we had a small room, but it was comfy. Clean, comfortable beds, just the pillows were a little too big. But that's really just a minor thing :) Staff - very nice and helpful. We maanged to lose one of our room key cards and they gave us another one on the spot, with no additional fee.

This hotel has the most amazing view from the large outdoor area, looking straight at the castle above! We came by car and paid about 8€ per day for parking which is reasonable, and the location is about a 20min walk from the main square which was just perfect. Breakfast is quite expensive but you can order an omelette in their bar for around 8€ and it was delicious. Great coffe and even midnight snack (ham&cheese toast) as the bar is open 24/7 - this came in handy since a lot of restaurants close early in Austria. The room was small but clean and modern, we even had a view of the castle.

We were a bit surprised that the woman at the breakfast reception didn't speak any english at all, generally the reception staff was a bit serious but friendly, whereas the bar staff was always super helpful and lovely!

Kids loved the incredibly nice and large play room (on two levels!). Breakfast was very varied, with high quality products, some sourced locally. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel contains numerous references to Mozart, and lovely chill out music plays in the lobby and on the terrace. The room itself was large, with comfortable beds. The bathroom had a window, so lots of natural light and fresh air. We had a kettle and several local tea options in the room, alongside instant coffee. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The toilet was in a separate room from the sink and shower, but we did come across a similar setting in a previous stay in Austria, so maybe it's a local habit. The location was a bit tricky to find by car - from the main street it looks like the hotel alley is in a pedestrian area at first glance.

This hotel has recently been remodeled and is beautiful and clean. We were pleasantly suprised by the stunning view of the castle from the front of the hotel, where you can sit and enjoy a drink and relax. The location is perfect: quiet, but still close enough to walk to the main sites. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a suburban area in the city of Salzburg. Immediately off the bike trail along the Salzach River . Excellent inside, secure bike storage Reception women named Vera was absolutely wonderful . Very helpful and exceedingly kind . Elevator to room . Our room 403 was spacious , bright , clean and had very good A/C . Bathroom great with very nice shower . Comfortable bed . Breakfast was great and probably one of best that we have experienced in over 25 years of bike journeys in Europe .
