For the price I was expecting bad things, it was very clean and recently refurbed. - It wasn't fancy, but then I didnt pay for fancy.

A kettle in the room and a mini fridge would have made much happier.

I booked a room as single and received a three-bed room. I did not mind it as it had everyting you need - beds, bathroom, tv, wifi, windows, curtains... All ok. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and all needed amenities. Breakfast was very good. You have the choice of several bread varieties, croissants, fruit, joghurt, charcuterie and cheese, raw vegetables, jams, omlette - a regular continental breakfast. Coffee is really good. Several drinks machines are available in the hotel lobby. The hotel is next to the Salzburg main train station and two small shopping centers. In the square in front of the train station you can get a bus directly to the Salzburg airport. Small transport tip: get a 24-h ticket-card for the bus instead of several one-trip tickets. It saves you a lot.

The only down side I see is that in the three-bed room there was very little storage space. Two shelves and a kind of v-shaped basket above the third bed. If you spend a couple of nights it is ok, but for a longer period of time not very practical. Not a negative point, but to be mentioned here: across the hotel there was construction going on (May 2024). I stayed during a bank holiday weekend, so nobody was actually working. However, during normal working days, there could be some construction noise.

Location was good, walking distance from city. We did mind construction works around,since it was quiet. Bedroom was spacious,and clean on arrival. Polite staff, they try to help out as much as possibly they can.

We didn’t get our room cleaned every time we left a sign on the door. After second day shower gel was finished and never refilled till we left home. Bins were cleaned just once in 5 days. Also we were planning to rent a car and use hotels parking… price was 15€ per days which seems little too much in my opinion.

Great location. Great value for room and breakfast. Every bed had a charger or usb port. Every bed can put towel on it to dry which is the best feature i ever experience. Great view. Quite. Nice bed size.

Pillow as way too flap, ask for an extra one but they say they’re fully booked so can’t give me one. No need a sensor card for the elevator, convenient for us but felt a bit unsafe. Bathroom is a bit inconvenient, but water are hot and strong.

Location was amazing and easily accessible. Though, since location is near the main station, one should always be aware. Staff were helpful with our requests and helpful with microwaving our food. Value for money

If you have big luggages, there is probably not enough space to fully open your luggage. View was not amazing but it does not matter.

Very clean hotel- great base if you are arriving by train as less than a 10 minute walk away from the station . There is so much to see in Salzburg and best seen on foot. The hotel was around a 20mins walk from the "main attractions" - I liked walking along the river with lots of places to stop and sit for delicious coffee and cake along the way.

No Kettle in the room or even a glassto get water- would be great to have this to make a cup of tea or a coffee.

The room was clean and spacious with two bunk beds and an extra large double bed. The breakfast spread was amazing, would highly recommend the hotel to friends & family. I would only choose this hotel again when the air con starts otherwise I wouldn’t be able to sleep.

That the air con wasn’t turned on, which they mentioned at the desk that it only goes on in May, the day we chose to stay was 22• and with 5 people sharing a room made it extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep.

The location was perfect. We really liked the breakfast, everything was delicious. The guy let us sit 20 min more after the breakfast was over, thank you. Juan from reception have us some hot water, cups, tea spoons and tea for the evening as I requested, many thank you my friend!

There wasn't light in shower cabin and hand soap in bathroom.

Location of the hotel placed us very close to the train/bus station. Self service laundry shared with the hotel next door was convenient.

The AC in the room was not powerful. We ended up having to open the window on some nights just to keep the room at a decent temperature. Some of our pillows had stains and markings. The restroom toilet seat was loose/broken.

It's very close to the main station, the room is clean, beds are comfortable, although it can be a bit hot in the room. Overall very pleased, there is a 24-hour registration where you can leave your suitcases which is very convenient.
