I had an outstanding stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! This is truly an exceptional hotel, offering a fantastic location and first-class service. The location is perfect—right next to tram line 2 and all the major museums, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Despite being in such a central spot, the hotel remains wonderfully quiet, with no street noise to disturb your peace. The cleanliness and attention to detail in both the rooms and facilities are second to none, and everything is well-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The variety was incredible, and everything was incredibly fresh. The selection included a wide range of cheeses, delectable sweets, fresh honeycomb, freshly squeezed orange juice—definitely the best I’ve had, and so much more. The little touches, like complimentary champagne, really set the experience apart and made it feel extra special. What truly stood out, however, was the professionalism and warmth of the staff. They were always incredibly helpful, cheerful, and genuinely eager to ensure we had everything we needed. A special thank you to George and Tomas, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, with a top-tier breakfast and unbeatable service. I’ll definitely be returning!

The experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out was nothing short of magnificent. The staff was absolutely fantastic, helpful, patient and informative. The breakfast was great and comprehensive. The location was just right, a bit away from busy streets and very near the largest Christmas Market in Vienna. Easy access to Uber to go around the city and very reasonable prices. The room was very comfortable, and they accommodated all our needs. We will stay there again when visiting Vienna. Thank you for making our experience in Vienna a great one!

Nothing negative to speak of really.

Very nice hotel, it was a lot smaller (building wise) than the picture made it appear, our room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and easy to get around in. Tap water at the hotel was spectacular and I couldn't get enough of it to drink, if you let it run for a minute or two it gets very cold. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Knockoff coffee maker and pods in the hotel room were worse than we typically find. Bartender wasn't very skilled and options for drinks at the hotel were very minimal to premade options. By opting out of room cleaning we were offered a free wine at the bar, however we were unable to redeem it due to the bartender not being knowledgable about the offer.

Great hotel, large decorative and comfortable junior suite, comfortable large bed, great shower, clean room, mini bar, coffee machine with capsules, blackout curtains and blinds. A relatively small kitchenette equipped with an electric stove, sink and some cooking utensils. Lovely design and very kind and helpful staff. Superb and delicious breakfast. Quite close to Many attractions (about 20-25 minutes walk). Close to restaurants, SPAR and other shops.

A shower designed with a transparent window painting. A sliding door to the bathroom and shower that does not lock. Can be problematic in some cases, not in ours.

Exceptionally wonderful hotel who treats guests like royalty. We felt like kings and queens during our stay. The staff is incredible and the breakfast was like staying in a restaurant. There was so much variety and fresh fruit and options and everything was buffet from 7-12n. That was amazing. It allows for a more leisurely vacation. The food was exceptional as well.

They were doing construction on our floor. The would leave pieces of furniture, wood, tools, etc. in the hallway and talk loudly. My parents wanted to rest in the afternoons and often were disturbed by either hotel staff or the workmen about one issue or another. I booked a cab for our early flight out of Vienna and got a call at 10:30pm (after being asleep as I had to be up by 4am) asking me details that I had confirmed with the person in morning of the same day. While I appreciate the thoroughness, I don't appreciate the lack of professionalism.

The fan of the ventilator at the bathroom works all the time and is noisy .Maybe it was faulty . You should book a room facing at the back of the hotel because of roadworks in front of the hotel .on monday they used heavy machinery at 5:45 ( who in his right mind starts construction work at 5:45 in an area where people live?) for an hour and after that they stopped making any more noise. I have booked two rooms and the one facing at the back was perfect.

We have chosen this hotel by chance, but it has exceeded our expectations! In this hotel one is immersed in the atmosphere of the end of 19-th/beginning of 20-th century. The entire interior is stylish and very beautiful! The staff is always smiling and ready to help! It was so nice that we could get our room at 10 am, and that they have given us the option for late check-out! The rooms are clean! The mattress and pillows are super comfy! And the breakfast was really wonderful: delicious and various!

In my opinion, they have to improve some things in the bathroom. The bath is too high, there is no any handle to hold on , and there is no curtain to prevent water from pouring onto the floor. This makes bathing unsafe.

Location is great, within walking distance we had at least 3 big Christmas markets, the nearest was literally within 3 minutes walk and it was very easy to go back and forth (e.g. to drop off the presents we purchased in the Christmas market) and continue having fun. For the rest of the year i'm sure it will be also very easy to navigate as majority of sites and museums are nearby. For the Christmas week we stayed i can say it was one of the coziest places, there was a very cute room with a nicely decorated tree and real fire chimney, evening on 24th Dec was simply magical! the bar works till midnight and they do offer some food options which was great, when we came back late after walking in the cold weather and all were keen to have a bite :) Staff is beyond words welcoming and friendly, Maxim, Yurii, and the ladies at the reception - all made us feel well looked after and if we ever come back to Vienna we will definitely stay again in this lovely hotel!

The breakfast was delicious, and there were a lot of varieties of bread. The staff was very friendly, especially Yuri. The location is great, in a quiet area with easy access to the city centre and transportation. The shower was big, and everything was clean and presentable.

I wasn't counting on staying in a room without a view, and it wasn't as beautiful as in the pictures. The room was okay for two people in terms of size but very hot, even with the heating turned off. We had to have open windows the entire time - in March! In fact, the whole hotel had an extremely high temperature the entire time, which made it a bit uncomfortable to be in.

Me and my fiancée chose this hotel in Vienna for my birthday and we couldn’t have made a better choice! We were given complimentary amenities and letters to celebrate my birthday, both upon arrival (3 days before my birthday) and also on the actual day of the birthday! The hotel and staff went above and beyond to provide us with the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff were very attentive and extremely friendly and the nice receptionist who checked us in (Zsanett) always remembered us and always greeted us. The room and the hotel facilities are all exceptionally clean, the breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had and the location of the hotel is amazing: close to a lot of sightseeing spots, as well as the metro and tram. I’m very happy I chose this hotel to stay in Vienna and to celebrate my birthday and I’ll make sure to always come back here when I visit Vienna again.
