Perfect in every way! We did not want to leave after 7 nights!! - The staff were phenomenal: Andreas and Zara at the Front Desk, Metin in the dining room , and Ivana and Stella did a daily amazing cleaning job! - The location was wonderful - The interior design was gorgeous - the breakfasts were varied and fabulous - the bed and bedding were so comfortable that we slept long and deeply - The atmosphere was warm and friendly - Zara went out of her way to check us in very early after we arrived from an exhaustive cross Atlantic flight. This made all the difference bro us and we will never forget this kindness!!

The rather rude, unpleasant male member of staff on night duty. Everything seemed too much trouble, and he just had an unpleasant aire about him. He should get some lessons from the other staff members who went above and beyond!

My recent stay at ARTIST Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I was enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that extended far beyond the standard expectations. The room was comfort and style, impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast offered delicious options and the location was ideal. However, what truly elevated my stay to an unforgettable level was the friendly and attentive staff. It was a pleasant surprise to hear my mother tongue (Greek) spoken by one of the staff members, which added a special touch of warmth and connection. In the evenings, the hotel bar became a favorite spot. The bartender was a true artist, crafting exceptional cocktails in a wonderful atmospheric ambiance, making it the perfect place to unwind and socialize. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future.

The location was perfect with easy access to the centre and trams The room was extremely comfortable with excellent water pressure in the shower and the bed was a delight to sleep in Loved the little night light that came on under the bed if you had to get up Breakfast was served for a long period of time which was perfect for those not wishing to dash out in the mornings and there was heaps of choice The manager and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much

They only gave one tea bag and 2 sugars daily in the room envelope so you had to ask for more all the time

We were greeted in the room by a heart balloon with a Valentine's Day greeting and chocolates :) Thank you! The staff were very responsive Fabulous breakfast, even decaf coffee, freshly squeezed juices, freshly sliced ​​prosciutto and freshly cooked breakfasts like eggs benedict

Very thin room walls, could hear the pleasures of love in the room next door There were complimentary tea bags and a nail file in the room, but it would have been much more useful if there had been complimentary drinking water and toothpaste for guests instead.

From the warm welcome we received at late evening check-in to the moment we departed we found the Artist Boutique Hotel delightful. The rooms were small but well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds very comfortable. The location was a short walk from the centre of Vienna, we took a slightly different route each time and always found something of interest. The breakfast and the friendly and attentive staff were excellent. During our 4 night stay we found some great places to eat our evening meals nearby, less touristy and good to eat alongside locals. We always received a warm welcome and a good meal. Many thanks to all the staff at Artist 😃

Breakfast: The breakfast was great. The staff warmly welcomed us every morning, served freshly brewed delicious coffee, and prepared fresh omelets despite being busy. Location: The hotel’s central location was ideal. It was within walking distance of all major attractions, making it convenient to explore Vienna. Thanks to its proximity, Celebrating New Year’s at Rathauspark was very nice. Room: The room was clean, with luxurious toiletries and thoughtful surprise gifts waiting for us after long days of exploring. The bed, pillows, and comforter were comfortable, ensuring restful nights.

There was nothing major to dislike about the stay; it was overall great. What could have been better? The room was small. Adding a comfortable seating area would have made it more relaxing to spend time in the room beyond just sleeping. Including bathrobes and slippers would have enhanced the room’s amenities and added to the overall comfort.

The decor was wonderful, unique and very cosy. We loved the concept of the rooms being named after artists and the information was really interesting. Loved the selfie mirror in reception! The staff were fantastic - especially the bar staff, very friendly and would always make a great recommendation (for a cocktail or some local sights!). And the location was absolutely perfect for walking centrally anywhere you wanted to go, or jump on a nearby tram or underground. Also close to lots of great cafes, restaurants and shops.

Given it was below 0 temperatures, we understood the heating needed to be in but it got very hot and stuffy in the room at night and was hard to sleep.

The front desk staff was OUTSTANDING! Our best friend was Mattea (sp?) who was kind, patient, and so helpful. She helped us with clear directions to all the places we wanted to go, and arranged for an early morning taxi the morning we flew back to the States. The location was a short block from the tram stop, and we found some yummy cafes and restaurants close by. Very thoughtful and artfully decorated boutique hotel in a perfect location. It was a magical 9 days with my daughter and we can't wait to return to Vienna!

The *only* improvement would be if the air-conditioning unit was placed further into the room rather than above the door. (This was very minor, but we were there during a heat wave.)The breakfast also wasn't fantastic but there are amazing cafes nearby for a daily croissant!

Travelled to Vienna originally for Taylor swift concert which was unfortunately cancelled. Hotel manager and staff put together free champagne, friendship bracelets and Taylor swift music for all guests who were staying for the concert. This was such a nice touch to cheer everyone up and customer service was 5 stars. Hotel was very clean, beautiful decor throughout especially breakfast area and reception. Food at breakfast was 10/10 also and made to order. Staff were very helpful during check in and explained best ways to get about etc, Would recommend to anyone staying in Vienna.
