Lovely big room, staff were so friendly and gave us some excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Enjoyed the "Jazz Aperitif" on the Friday. Great location within easy reach of the main sights, as well as the u-bahn and trams but room was lovely and quiet. Huge breakfast selection and serving until 11am weekdays is so civilised!

The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful at the hotel Rathaus. We stayed here in a family room as a group of three friends for a weekend break. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and choice extensive. Hot drinks were available at all times in the bar area. The location was perfect for exploring the main sights in the centre as well as lots of lovely shops and eateries just round the corner. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place in a good location for exploring the key tourist attractions in the area. Well designed, spacious and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Nice wines available in the room was a great touch.

Would have been nice to have a lobby with a bar to relax in. But there is space in the restaurant area so not a big deal.

Very friendly staff. Room is nicely designed spacious comfortable and quiet. Location is not bad. Breakfast is excellent. The wine list is endless. The neighborhood is residential and you are able to get away from the crowds. Parking nearby.

A small note: I was offered a glass of wine upon arrival and assumed it was complimentary (as is customary in many hotels nowdays). When it showed up in the bill I felt a bit uncomfortable. I would have liked to have known in advance that I will be charged for it. Still, all things considered, it is really negligible.

Beautifully furnished bedrooms, immaculately clean and very spacious. Really friendly and helpful staff. Very good continental breakfast, with eggs, bacon etc cooked to order as well. Well located for the Parliament area and a relatively easy walk of about 15 to 20 mins into the city centre. A five minute walk to the nearest Metro line station. However, there are plenty of great bars and restaurants in the nearby Spittelberg district, which had a very nice “village” atmosphere to it. Really pleased we chose this hotel for our break in Vienna.

A "bathroom section" needs a fysical wall i order to separate the room itself from the bathroom area.

Hotel located in an authentic neighborhood of Vienna, close to the Parliament, but away from the tourist crowds. Spacious room and breakfast with variety. Breakfast is recommended to be included in booking, since you will not find around the hotel such credible places to take breakfast. If you are a public transport fan, take the tram (tram line 2) and not the metro from the central train station to reach the hotel, it is much more convenient and accessible

It may be challenging for some people to take the stairs that lead to the reception level
