The staff was nice, and helpful with our bikes and giving us a fan for the room. We loved the balcony overlooking gardens and interesting buildings- quiet too. Breakfast was great, with nice staff there as well.p, and we appreciated how early it was, so we could get cycling early out of Wien.

All !!! Just amazing. The staff are super friendly and willing to help. I traveled with my 4 months old and they organized everything for me. For as requested and also a boiling milk that I did not ask for. I would highly recommend that

I stayed for one day, travelled to Budapest and stayed 2 more days. For the first night I booked an executive room, which is perfect and has Air conditioning. For the other 2 night I booked a deluxe bedroom, which does not have air conditioning. Both are the same price. It was actually my fault that did not realised that the second room did not have AC. I thought all rooms would have it. It’s just a heads up in case you wish to book a room with AC, pay attention to the description. Note: the staff were very helpful and provide me with a fan, which solved the issue. They also tried to move me to another room, but the hotel was full. I have no complaints.

Hotel Zipser can be summed up in one word “Excellent “ …… Superb location , 10 min walk max - to city centre and all the fabulous Christmas Markets. Bernhard and all his team will make you feel at home the moment you walk through the front door . Friendly helpful and courteous staff are a credit to Hotel Zipser . We had special dietary requirements which were catered for in full , which the staff went well beyond their call of duty to provide for and nothing was left out or a problem , it was done seamlessly . The Rooms , Delux Treble and single were spotlessly clean throughout. Showers immaculate , Great range of foods for breakfast, for every palate to enjoy . We all loved our stay here and will definitely be back in the future , I’d look no further for accommodation in Vienna , . The only thing in my opinion that is missing at Hotel Zipser is another Star ⭐️ definitely worthy of the 4th , Well done to everyone and thank you again for a wonderful stay .

Central yet quiet location I believe we were checked in by Bernhard Austerer, who was very helpful and polite. He gave us directions and a map which were both very useful. He genuinely wanted to check we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were impressed by the wide range of breakfast choices, hot and continental along with hot drinks, juices, water and prosecco. Very spacious rooms, with modern decor and furnishing A lovely big bathroom, with a bath, a separate shower and a double sink Plenty of bath towels We had a big balcony, along with a table and chairs There was a safe in the room Lots of restaurants within a short walk

Location was perfect for visiting numerous Christmas markets and close to many bus routes. Lovely complimentary warm fruit punch with gingerbread biscuits in the reception area of the hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast with lots of variety and good coffee. Room was a great size with balcony and view over the back garden, very quiet location. Plenty of storage space, power outlets and modern bathroom. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Zipser.

The staff were gracious and helpful, breakfast was excellent, holiday extras (Punsch und Lebkuchen) at the end of a day of exploring were especially welcoming. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many Sehenswürdigkeiten, including Christkindlmärkte. Hotel Zipser provided a lovely home base for my visit in Vienna, and I enthusiastically recommend it to anyone wishing to spend time in the Altstadt area of Vienna.

I honestly can’t think of anything that my visit lacked. My room even had more than adequate closet space. WLAN (WiFi) was included, and reliable. And, although the room temperature was appropriate for the season, it was just an extra comfort to have a heated towel rack for a cozy touch.

We were in Wien for 5 days so we spent 4 nights in the hotel at the end of January. It was the perfect choice. It is a historic spacious building with large, bright and clean rooms. We had a triple room, big enough to be considered a studio with a generous room, a hallway and a large bathroom. During the night is was quiet and relaxing. The beds were comfortable (although the pillows are quite falt, so they need a little bit of improvment). The breakfast had various choices, it was decent and good. The staff was very helpful and fiendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only minus would be the old, used furniture and the trend color of the room, which was red, (a little bit jumpy for my taste :). However, I understood that the hotel will be renovated soon and this minor issue, I would say, would be solved. What I loved the most is the fact that the location is few minutes walking from the City Hall where we had a great time ice skating. There are also great placest to eat around the hotel (doesn't matter which one, they are all good) and there is an easy acces to the center. We prefered to walk, even in January, because Wien is beautiful no matter the season. (For exp the Natural History Museum is at 15 min walking and the Haus der Meeres at 20 min walking). I would say that for a price/quality ratio, location and accesibility, this Hotel is the best choice for Wien.

Great location, just a short walk to Rathausplatz Christmas market, staff were very friendly, room was spacious + clean and there was a good selection of breads/cheeses/meats/eggs/fruits/yoghurt etc at breakfast. Close to several tram stops so convenient to get around the city from + also within a short walk to several cafes/shops/restaurants etc but room was quite. I would've felt safe walking round this location on my own. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was just perfect, walking distance/ close to bus/tram options to the city center and all the museums!! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options!!! The 24h availability of the staff was really appreciated, especially when my flight was cancelled and I needed their support. All staff from the lobby to the breakfast ladies were great!

The internet connection was not stable at all and the signal quality was bad, at least in my room, so I had to use my data constantly. It is also important to offer a variety of TV channels, especially since the room price is so high.There should be channels in other languages, especially since all programs/movies are doubled in Austria.

The location is very central to getting to most attractions. My room was small but cozy. It would have been nice to have access to a microwave even at the office. Breakfast was good.

No microwave to warm something as simple as a soup. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful and warm.
