Very close to the center. They have an arrengement with Otto Wagner garage so you can leave the car there for 28 eur/day and choose whether you like to walk or ride by tram/metro/train. The works for the new node on the U1/U2 metro have made us crazy, but it is ok. The girls at the reception were supporting for any kind of need. Alway available even all along 24th and 25th December.

Cleaning should be drastically improved, not only for the daily cleaning, but much more for the condition the apartment was at the check in. The toilette needs some maintenance. Among the other things, the Mixer of the sink, as we have advised, has been heavely leaking till we left.

Alexandra was really really a great and wonderful person. Super friendly staff, and the appartment itself had all the things we needed. Great location.

Please dont let people smoke in the courtyard. It goes up the appartment. Besides that it was great.

The location is very good, quite close to the center, in a quiet and very nice neighborhood, close to the City Hall. There was someone at the reception every day, until 18.00 and they were very nice and helpful. There were a few things that we needed in the room and they kindly helped the very same day, very efficient and kind service. The apartment was big and very clean and it had AC, which was useful, as it was a very hot week. The building has an elevator, useful with the luggage.

The apartments that have AC, also have stairs inside, which is trickier in the case of families with small children, but our children loved the "room" upstairs and managed the stairs very well, so it was ok for us.

Location is good for the Rathouse, Parliament, Opera, MusikVerein and all attractions on the inner ring road which is well served by the trams which are 5 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We found that the Alser Cafe which is a 5 minute walk did a very good breakfast and is on the 43/44 trams line back into Vienna. The room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The Reception Team were friendly, helpful and efficient. Communication before and during the stay was timely.

Make sure you are clear on the apartment style that you have booked. Our room wasn't air conditioned though a fan was provided. The rooms are built around a courtyard and you could be disturbed as fellow guests entered and exited the building.

The property was located very close to many amenities, and especially close to the biggest Christmas Market in Vienna. It was good value for money. It was also equipped with all necessities, including shampoo and shower gel, coffee and tea and water. Self check in and check out was also possible which made it even better especially for us who arrived and left very early and very late at night. Good wifi. Highly recommended!

We were told we were in a different block than we were in reality and so we had to figure it out ourselves - however, I am sure that was a mistake everyone can make. The wall next to the double sofa bed was of the common staircase and so it was a bit noisy when people were going up or down the stairs. Additionally, as soon as you go in, the central heating was very high, and we could not figure out how to bring it down.

Just a few minutes walk to the tram. Close by are some cozy restaurants, a supermarket and a drugstore. It's close enough to start a trip to the inner city that won't take long.

Forget bringing your own car to Vienna. They made it a hell for drivers and owners of vehicles. First: parking is around 28€ per day if you can get a slot in a garage. Parking anywhere in the city not being a citizen is a no go. Bikes: watch out for them! Especially those idiots on the little electric thingys. Traffic lights are always in favor of 'the little man'. Do NOT bring your car!

The only downside is the lack of parking spaces near the hotel. However, you can stop for a moment to unload and load your car. There is also a nearby underground parking lot that cooperates with the hotel, which offers a lower price than standard.

Very friendly and welcoming host who couldn't help enough! Good communication ahead of the stay about times to check in, when we were expecting to arrive. Very clean reception with hot drinks facilities and luggage storage.

The hot water was off the day we left so we couldn't shower. Although there were signs on the lift doors to let us know, if it was planned work it would have been better to let us know in advance so that we could decide whether to continue with our stay as our onward travel plans meant we were unable to access a shower/bath till the day after we left Levante Rathaus Apartments.

Levante Apartments good value for money, excellent location, majority of Wien sightseeing locations are in walk distance, and many tram stations are close to Levante. We stayed in 1BR apartment sufficient for 2 adults + 2 teens, small pantry kitchen with many facility are available (e.g. TV with free Netflix), coffee and tea are provided free of cost. Close to Levante many restaurants are available for breakfast and dinner. I recommend Cafe Merkur 3min walk for breakfast or dinner, they have very nice soups and different types of foods. For Parking we got the recommendation to park in Spittelau 20min away with tram from Levante, it costs only 4.3EUR per night.
