Really helpful and friendly staff particularly reception. Great location for Christmas Market at this time of year and also transport links. Breakfast was good although quite expensive.

Bedroom was too hot at night so difficult sleeping even with the radiator turned off. Also, not the hotels fault but Vienna is building a new metro system at the .moment so there was a lot of building work close to the hotel.

The location was perfect to move around the centre. The hotel is very luxurious, they have fruit, dried fruit and water at the entrance. The size of the room was good for the two of us and there was a kettle with instant coffee/decaf coffee and tea. The bathroom was small but had everything you needed, good pressure for the shower and taps. The guest bathrooms at the entrance had tampons and feminine products in the ladies room plus shaving kits in the males room. All in all, I felt it was a bargain for what we paid!

Great location close to the city hall and short walk to the old town. The breakfast was very good, nice assortment of cheeses and other stuff.

Rooms could be much more soundproof. The noice from corridors was a little disturbing. Parking a car is not easy but at the end of the day doable.

Nice historique building, very quiet and safe area, clear rooms, comfortable furniture and beds. Good hot water and toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was not huge in terms of variety but there was still very good choice for different dietary needs. It was fresh and tasty. The hotel is 10-15 min walking from the historique centre. We could go to the Opera and Muzikverein on foot, though that takes some 20-25 min

The immediate surroundings feel a bit empty. Not much going in terms of eating establishments or shops. Need to have a walk to get to more lively areas (but that also meant the place was really quiet). There was no fridge in the room, despite there was space for one. Found it strange. We were in a triple room - the nice tall window was overlooking the internal courtyard wall, not great. As a group of friends we were not fond of the bathroom's mat glass door

Situated in a prime area of Vienna, it was incredibly convenient to explore the city's famous landmarks, cafes, and shops. I could easily walk to most of the attractions I wanted to visit, which really made the whole experience seamless. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available for any questions or requests. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Rathauspark Wien to anyone visiting Vienna. It truly made my trip memorable!

One of the highlights was the high-quality cosmetics provided in the shower and toilet—such a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Additionally, there was an occasional unpleasant smell coming from the shower drainage, though I understand this is likely due to the historic nature of the building. This could potentially be resolved by running water for a shorter duration and ensuring the ventilation is turned on to improve airflow. Lastly, I felt the room decor could use an update. While the current design feels a bit outdated, adding modern touches like fresh flowers, a more contemporary color palette, and stylish accents would really elevate the overall aesthetic and make the space more inviting.
