Very well equipped apartment, clean and comfortable. Located in quiet area with few good restaurants in walking distance. Supermarket opposite to the hotel. Easy connection to public transportation. About 40-45 minutes walk to the city center. The hotel is located a 15 minutes walk from the Westbahnhof station, from which there is a 24-hour bus service to the airport. The main shopping street Mariahilfer Straße also short walk distance from the hotel.

WiFi connection sometimes was poor, often disappeared and had to reconnect.

Altogether a nice apartment close to the U-bahn with all the essentials. Bed a little on the hard side, but ok. Very quiet (our apartment did not face the street, but a patio). I would recommend it to other guests.

A little fuss with the check-in, but with a little help from other residents we managed to get the keys to the apartment. Only two hobs for cooking and only two boilers and a frying pan. The apartment was a little sterile and would have benefited from more pictures on the walls. An iron would also have been nice.

The property is located in a very good area, just a few minutes walk to Mariahilfer Strasse or to Westbanhoff Train Station. The neighborhood felt safe. It has three supermarkets just 2 minutes away (Penny right across the building actually). At night it is quiet. The self check-in is nice. The whole property is extremely clean, probably the cleanest place I have ever been to. The room is beautifully and modernly furnished, the kitchenette is well equipped with good quality plates, pans, cups, glasses and cutlery. Everything matches the description on Booking, but it looks even better in reality. I totally recommend this place! It is definitely worth a 10 rating.

Very spacious apartments! Perfect for longer stays in Vienna. Also very close to multiple supermarkets and different public transport routes. Quiet at night. The restaurant Bauernbräu is highly recommended for its beers and local cuisine! It is only a minute walk away.

The apartment was pretty warm due to the heating. There wasn’t really a way to set a specific temperature (we could only do cooler or warmer). So we had to open the windows a lot of times. Maybe a different thermostat would be better.

In general, I would say that Oliver Apartment is really nice and well-equipped with essential facilities suitable for both short-term and long-term travellers. The apartment is quite spacious; as a family of three, we all had our privacy. It also offers a luggage service, so you can drop off your bags, as well as a washing machine. The location is excellent and very quiet at night, with many supermarkets nearby. While there is no receptionist, the team is very responsible and willing to help.

The check-in process was a bit bad since there was no receptionist at the apartment; instead, you have to call someone to open the door for you or using your credit card to open the door. We arrived on time for our check-in, but due to the system having the wrong name, we had to wait for the porter (the staff member) to pick up the phone and correct the issue. Additionally, rather than having two or three check-in machines, there was only one available, resulting in a long line of waiting guests. Each guest was unfamiliar with the system, which added to the wait time. I would suggest having a small counter just for the check-in during busy times, so that people can complete their check-in more easily and quickly.

This is the perfect hotel! In the room u may find a small kitchen equipped with a dish washer, microwave, utensils, cups, glasses, pan and many others. A hidden door can be used to separate the bed and the kitchen (so the smell won't be everywhere). The bed is super comfy and the air conditioning is fabulous. The hotel even provides a free laundry service at the basement which turns out to be very useful for ones who travel long-term. Huge luggage lockers can be used and it only cost €1.

Only 1 self-check in device is found. Low efficiency if there's a lot of travelers wanted to use.

Thanks for the wonderful stay! We were satisfied with everything. Quiet appartment, but at the same time close to public transport. Not far from the centre and different shops and restaurants are near-by. In the appartment everything neccessary for a few day stay. Everything is clean. The hosts very welcoming, politely explain everything, quickly reply to all the questions if there are such. After checking out there is a possibility to leave luggage in the storage and collect it later if necessary. We will be happy to return some day!! And surely recommend this place to other guests! :)

Plumbing is state-of-the-art; water flow responsive to the touch; bath and kitchen, though small, practical and highly useful.

Check-in was a bit tedious and tricky; the payment system, at first, did not accept the credit card I used to register the reservation (?). Eventually, it did accept my payment. I would have liked a more conventional coffee-making device in my room (I'm not a big fan of pod/capsule coffee); the coffee vending machine downstairs in the lobby provided pretty good, strong coffee, but it was unpredictable and unreliable in that it twice (for me) neither functioned nor returned the coins I inserted into it. A short walk to the bakery every morning solved that problem for me, however.

Excellent location, close to metro stations, a grocery store just across the hotel .The apartment was super clean, beds very comfortable, big bathroom -very clean too. Clean towels, clean sheets and pillow cases.. In the kitchen there was everything you need including dishwashing machine. The apartment has a balcony with a small table and two chairs. It is a very quiet and cozy place, we slept very well, great for families with children. Wi-Fi connection is perfect, we have absolutely no complains and when we visit Vienna we will choose Oliver apartment again for sure! Thank you guys!

While the actual layout differed slightly from what we initially expected based on the photos, it was still a pleasant and functional apartment. The contactless check-in process was smooth and efficient, which was a definite plus. However, we did encounter some challenges with parking in the area. It required some patience and effort to find a spot, so be prepared for that if you're driving. Another minor point was the balcony. We noticed in the property photos that some apartments featured balconies, but unfortunately, ours did not. This was a bit disappointing, but it didn't significantly detract from our overall experience. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent, and the design was modern and comfortable. We found the apartment to be a relaxing place to return to after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we had a positive stay at Oliver Apartments. The excellent location, clean and well-designed interior, and efficient contactless check-in made it a good choice for our trip to Vienna. We would recommend this property to other travelers, especially those who prioritize a central location and comfortable accommodations.

Just be aware of the potential parking challenges and the possibility of not having a balcony, even if some apartments do.
