Location was quite amazing considering several public transport options nearby the hotel. It's also around the corner from Vienna Wbf train station and not far from Central station. Additionally, lots of options in terms of bakeries and places you can have great breakfast, several decent restaurants around the hotel. Also present supermarkets and a shopping mall in case you'd like to do it.

Extremely well situated, on MariaHilfer street, on the straight U3 lane to Stefansplatz. Clean and stylish, staff is helpful. The breakfasts, despite for additional cost - are good, buffet with eggs, different sausages , salads an so on

The location is great. Clean room and good facilities. Kindly and helpful staff. Access to parking inside the hotel (18 euros) and you can let the car over the check-out (thanks).

For a third person in a double, the extra-bed is not such comfortable and the room become smaller.

Glass door to the bathroom in the middle if the room, really? Zero privacy, I don't like it. The cleaning of the room was tooooo light. Even the toilet paper we were forced to ask.

The room was different and very uncomfortable

The room was perfectly fine, it had all you need to store your clothes, sleep and get washed!! We had breakfast just once and there was plenty of choice both hot and cold etc. for a reasonable price. The location was great, out in a quiet suburb but minutes away from a tram and underground station - you are only 4/5 stops from the centre depending on where you are going. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the Bar is a great place to warm up and relax at night after a full day of sightseeing and it not expensive.

Better signage for the stairs - we were only on the 1st floor and felt a bit of a fraud always using the lifts - it was only on our last day that I located where they were. It may well have just been me!!! For your information, they are through a door on your right as you come in through the second sliding entrance door.

It is located in a good area, close to the metro that takes you to the historic center and near Mariahilfer Strasse. The staff was very friendly and professional. Many thanks to the young woman at the reception who, on the evening of our arrival, took into account our request regarding the room location! Cleanliness was excellent, there was underground parking, and the payment covered a full 24 hours, so we were able to leave the car even after check-out while we continued exploring the city.

The room was a bit small, but for 70-80 euros per night, it's okay.

The hotel is excellent - very conveniently located, not far from the center, which can be reached by strolling down a wide shopping street with all the famous brands. We had a wonderful view of the square and the church. We arrived early, and our room was already ready - we were allowed to check in early, which was unexpected and very pleasant. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and pristine white linens. The size is small, but very cozy and stylish. Thank you very much! If we are in Vienna again, we will definitely come back to you!

The bathroom not suit so much for travels with children .The door in bedroom made with frosted glass .So if i travel with my son 17 old,so it very not comfortable to make shower and got to toilet .Also door not close complitly and if samebody stay in spesial derection can see other sitting on toilet.YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT PARENTS WHO CAME WITH CHILDREN AND TO CHANGE DOORS IN BATHROOMS TO MAKE IT MORE INTIMITE AND ALSO DOOR TO CLOSE COMPLITLY AND NOT FOR BEATY ONLY IT HAVE TO BE FUNCIONAL ALSO.THAT VERY BIG PROBLEM FOR PARENTS TRAVELING WITH KIDS

Standard hotel. We didnt stay much in room. Reception staff were nice.

Room - we were 3. An extra folding bed was setup in front of main bed. Problem was room was too small to accommodate 2 beds so we couldn't move freely - being 3 persons we had 3 luggage too. AC - AC fan speed was too low. Even on full fan power you won't feel the cool draft. Had to leave it on 19 degree celsius to make the room temp comfy. Bathroom - Sink drain was blocked. I guess the cleaners know about this but have not reported it. No space to hang clothes to dry in the shower. A retractable device or some kind of shelf in the shower would have been useful to leave washed underwear to dry.
