The flat had a full kitchen and utensils etc which meant we could buy from a very close by supermarket and have the ability to have breakfast and snacks at a good value. Heating was exceptional as it was in december and the flat is close to a tram which takes you directly to main attractions and stations. We also managed to wash some clothes in the laundry room which is shared with all the rooms

The main bedroom was as big as the bed so it could get uncomfortable going around the bed etc especially since we also had a cot in the same room. The washing machine was in German so we weren't sure in which settings to use, maybe they can add a paper with common settings? When we used the thumble drier it didn't dry our clothes at all, not sure if the drier wasn't working or whether we didn't use it properly. The dishwasher also doesn't properly open as it hits the skirting which kept falling on our toes

Super clean , complete in all areas, location it’s amazing , there’s many facilities nearby , wash machine in the basement , very fast WiFi connection.

The apartment is located in a very convenient area, on the line of tram 71, and not very far from the main station. In spite of the fact that it is close to a rather trafficked road, it is quiet, both during the day and at night. There are many shops nearby, including a non stop convenience store about 5 minutes away. There is also a café on the corner- which we did not try, but it seemed popular for breakfast. The apartment was very clean, the access instructions were clear, we had no issues getting in. It is well equipped for preparing small meals at home, the fridge is spacious and clean- and above all, quiet :)

Small niggles like the shower cabin being quite cramped and with the shower placed in such a way that a bulkier person hits it every time they enter+no shelf for toiletries. The coffee machine is great, but works with E.S.E. pods, so it was basically impossible to buy refills once the complimentary ones ran out.

Good location - quiet but close enough to walk into the centre when we wanted. Had a Spar close by - handy for any food bits we wanted. All furniture was in good working order. Bed was comfortable and shower was fab. All kitchen amenities were great - only lacking in tin opener and toaster.

As I said only really needed toaster and tin opener to make it perfect. Also as we arrived late at night a small welcome pack of water, milk,sugar, tea/coffee would have been nice as we couldn’t get anything until the next morning

Great rooms, we were actually surprised since it wasn’t that expensive. The beds and the sofa are comfortable. There’s kitchen supplies and coffee for the coffee machine which is amazing, there’s a fridge and dishwasher as well. The shower has really good water pressure and the vents in the bathroom and shower work really well.

There was no air conditioning, there was a fan but there’s only so much it can do so it would get pretty hot during the night. Also the shower has no curtains which is a bit of a hassle if you’re traveling with friends

I love this apartment. Big television, great communication with personel and such a comfortable beds! After all day walking there were the best to lie on and go to sleep. Room was veery silent. Apartment is located in very nice and safe district close to Belvedere. City communication is very close so you can drive everywhere you want to. Highly recommend to book it when You want to stay in Vienna for weekend or longer

There wasn’t any tea. Only coffee. Knifes weren’t sharp. But that weren’t such a big problems for us The only thing that I didn’t like was that I needed to gave the hotel every data from my ID Card. But maybe it’s normal to hotels in Austria

It was very close to the city center and super markets. Big enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. Seemed like they had thought of everything. There is a vacuum and a washing machine in the common areas. There is a kids corner in the common area which our children loved. Extra towels, soaps, sugar etc also in the common area. Nice pizza right next door.

The room wasn't clean enough. Under the bed, over the microwave and over the cupboard nobody had cleaned for months. We even found a hairball under the kitchen table. The door to the apartment could not lock from the inside which is dangerous with small children. The same for the outlets that were near the floor. It would have been nice to have an oil for cooking.

Room, Mattresses, Location (20' from the center by tram). Well equipped kitchen with espresso coffee machine. Nice and warm. The bathroom is clean and well designed.

The bedroom was abnormally small. No way to get around the bed. The noise and vibration of the tram was strong especially during the night . The common area/living room was an enclosed space. The price is high considering the above. Finally no one informs about public car parking restrictions. In Vienna inner city you do not park anywhere for free. Very easy to get fined and there are no warnings on the street nor in the hotel.

The room is nicely, and modernly designed, there was very hot and very cold water both available in the shower. During our stay, everything we needed in the kitchen was there (pan, dishes, glasses), and there was even a dishwasher we used. The lights in the apartment are nice and soft and the bed was spacious with soft blankets. The location is nice and checking in was very comfortable due to us arriving very late in Vienna, at a time when most check-ins aren't available anymore. It was easy, as you get access codes sent through booking and to your e-mail the day of your arrival.

Really minor issues but I will mention 1. At night what I think is the heating system or the boiler (didn't pay too much attention to it) does emit some kind of a sound that might be troublesome for very shallow sleepers. What was nice though was that the fridge, that's right in front of the bed is dead silent, which is rarely the case. Also during our stay we couldn't hear anything on the streets through the windows. Despite there being a tram line nearby. We slept really well. 2. Some areas around the lamps were a bit dusty and one of the bowls wasn't washed perfectly.

It was the most convenient stay. The location was great, only a 5-min walk to the line 71 city tram (which takes you to the historical neighborhood of Vienna) and an 8-min walk to the metro station Rennweg, which you can take to go to the airport. The self check-in was hassle-free. The studio apartment design was cozy, modern, and nice, with a lot of light. I loved how equipped the kitchenette was; even utensils and dishes as well as a dishwasher was included. There are lockers in front of the residents' lounge to store bags on the day of the check-out, which are quite useful. The code to the main door works after the time of the check-out, which ensures access to the lockers. I stayed for four nights and it really felt like home.

The coffee machine in the kitchen was fancy, but unluckily it did not work (the lights kept blinking red on the machine). But fortunately (another plus), I could get my coffee from the residents' lounge, which was nice.
