Simple place . In 3 days I didn’t see anybody around in the whole building . There is nobody around you can ve physically in touch . There are totally 3 doors you should put the code to get in

From the property to Stephansplatz it’s 30 minutes walking distance . You can not get early checkin even not 1 minute ago and you can not checkout even not 1 minute later . There is no exception for that. Everything is automatic and there is no place for bag drops off . The number they share for connection has no Whattsapp access .

The location is very good, we didn't have to use public transportation at all. The room is very nice and has all that you need. I read that it smells really bad from the restaurant downstairs, but it really does not! And no noise!!! Even when we had our windows open in the middle of the day (keep in mind that we stayed there from Monday to Tuesday, so not in the weekend days). Also, we had a small problem with the room code, but we called them and it was solved in just a couple of minutes.

I'm not entirely sure about this, but I think that the ventilation system has a lot of dust that comes in the room.

The apartment was clean, bed comfortable and there were coffee and tea available in the room. Also some croissants waited for us when we arrived which we found very nice. The room size was okay and the bathroom, especially the shower was spacious. Air conditioning was great in the summer heat. We asked for a quiet room and heard no noise at all. The place is near Rathausplatz, it took us only about 13 minutes to walk there. Public transport is also available nearby. Communication with host was easy, we got the access code right on time and had no problem using it.

Just two small things: it would be great to have a shelf in the bathroom to put your things on. And the AC was a bit loud.

Super clean and pleasant! I was surprised how nice the rooms were and you can tell that this place is professionally managed. I also like how we used numeric codes rather than key cards. The shower was nice and hot. It's also pretty close to public transit so you can easily travel to most tourist spots.

The walls are a tad thin so I could sometimes hear neighbors if they were yelling or loudly laughing but normal volume conversation was totally fine.

Very nice rooms, I tried a couple in my several visit to the downtown hotel, never disappointed, well adjusted and decorated, comfortable beds. Good cleaning done everyday. Free Apples in floor entry everyday. Well located from tramway

The code used to unlock the floor entry and the rooms have to many digits ( 8 total) and sometimes you have to repeat many time for it to work To hotel is located in a good place but the building is kinda old and not well maintaned.

I came here with one of my friends and we loved everything about this accomodation. First of all, the location is absolutely great, 20 min walk from the city center and also very close to all the public transportation you need for visiting Vienna. Te room itself was amazing as well. Not too big, but more than enough for 2 people. Modern, very clean and has everything you need for a short stay (we stayed there for 2 nights, but could've definitely stayed for more). They also have a coffee machine and free coffee and tea, plus 2 croissants when we arrived. Easy access as well, everything is managed through a code. Over all, great value for price, would totally recommend!

The only thing i'd say it's a bit inconvenient is the shower, which has a transparent door that you can see through from the room.

We liked almost everything. One of the best rooms we have ever stayed. The room is fresh, modern, quiet, clean, very good location. The self check in was easy to use.

The bathroom was airy, spacious and minimalistic with fair trade products (we loved it) but... A) some hooks and shelves would be very useful to be added for practical reasons and b) the top windows could not be covered so we were visible to our neighbours when using the toilet or the shower 🙁

The check-in was very easy, it didn't take much time to do it. The rooms are clean with nice and new equipments. The design is beautiful and modern Fruit basket are in disposal of clients, it is a nice and clean place for a short stay whether for business or pleasure, alone or with family.

The code for unlocking the floor and the door is a 7 digits code, that you have to tape each time you go in and out.

location. very close to bus station. 5 min walk to tram and metro station. couple of restaurants/pubs close to apartment. also cleaning service on demand is much appreciated

the light in hallway is always on and very bright, and it is visible through the door during the night so you do not have full darkness in the room while you sleep. i'd suggest to put sensor activated light in the hallway

Nice clean room and good location. The coffee maker and fridge in the room was a great addition and appreciated the croissants on arrival and fruit in the hallway.

The AC didn't work when we got there. As there's no staff on site we sent them a message to which they replied super fast but just directed us to ask the cleaner for help the next day. Ended up fixing it myself by turning the main fuse off and on to reset it.
