It's a new hotel, you can see that everything is still new, it's a good feeling. We booked for 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids and we received two double rooms which had the access door between them open. It was ok, the kids had separate beds and we had a double bed king size, very comfy. The rooms are ok, not too big but not too small either. We loved the breakfast, not so many products but very good quality, you can make waffles on the spot:). Good wifi, easy access to city center by bus. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is a paid car park in 50m and a free parking at 800m, but only if you are lucky enough to get a parking place. All in all a good place to stay in Brussels

Parking not available onsite, hospital parking €2 per hour. 700m walk to station carpark which was very full. Drop off area blocked by hospital visitors.

Dirt or killed insect on the ceiling Bad locker in the bathroom Morning mistake by one of the cleaner stuff (we were sleeping, and then at 8:30 a woman entered our room without permission, talked something in French, left gifts for the next guests even though we had time to check out till 11. That was very confusing and not nice since she woke us up and disturbed the privacy)

Our accommodation at Adagio was great. The room was very clean and cosy. We had everything we needed and more than that - the whole little kitchen with the stove, fridge, microwave and all the dishes you need to cook a meal if you want. The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the public tranportation. You can choose between bus or metro. The breakfast was varied. You can also make yourself an omlet.

The hotel has no parking lot. But you can park your car for 30 minutes directly in front of the entrance to unload your baggage. Or you can park for 2€ per hour at the parking lot of the hospital that's right beside of Adagio. There is also another parking lot, that is free of charge (Parking P&R: Delta) but you should consider yourself lucky if you find a spot. It is 750m away from the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy apartment. Well presented bathroom with towels, hairdryer, and shampoo dispenser. Quiet location, and well insulated from sounds from other rooms. Close to the metro (10min walk) with a small supermarket opposite for snacks/cheap breakfast. Good sized fridge in the room, and the mini kitchen had a kettle as requested. Washing up liquid, cloth, sponge and tea towel included. Good recycling bins. They've thought of other facilities which others may find useful (small gym, laundry and place to purchase food/beer and make pizza) but we did not use.

Small amount of room to manoeuvre around the twin beds, but a double should be easier. Hopefully, the washing up cloth and sponge are reused and not fresh for each new customer, as they didn't seem to be environmentally conscious choices.

Bathroom was clean, with everything needed Good location near the metro, and bus station, so you can get to the center quite fast. Almost nothing to complain about, you receive exactly what you see on the photos They also have small gym, as we were there in the morning, nobody was using it, so it was cool :) Don't know if we were allowed to do that, but we were able to make coffee in the morning in the dining zone unless we haven't paid for breakfast. Staff let us do that so we took the opportunity:)

We had an issue with payment, our Polish card wasn't working, and they said that it is a common stuff, so it would be nice to fix that There is no salt, oil, teabags in the kitchen section, it doesn't cost a lot but you wouldn't buy a whole package for a short trip

If you are a student who needs quick access to the campus, or you need a place right near the hospital -- Adagio Access Brussels Delta is a perfect choice for you! The staff working there is very nice and friendly and is ready to help at any given moment with anything. Moreover, the kitchen in the hotel room is perfect and very comfortable with all the needed equipment. It takes three minutes to the nearest bus stop and around 10 minutes to the metro station, which makes commuting very convenient!

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, he explained everything I needed to know about the facilities, as well as giving us very useful tips.

Unfortunately the location was not suitable for what I needed. Lamentably, it was only possible to notice this after making the reservation, when the address appeared. I tried to cancel a few minutes after making the reservation and I was not authorized by the hotel. Although I understand the cancellation policy, I felt it was very inconsiderate not to make an exception for an online reservation where the cancellation request was made immediately after making the reservation.

The room was very well equipped, with a kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, microwave, sink, plates and cutlery, pots and pans, and even a small stove. There was also a private bathroom and a very comfortable bed. A lot of hotels state that they have soundproofed rooms and in most cases it isn't actually true, but the room in this hotel was really quiet, I never even heard anyone outside shoving doors or any of my neighbours.

The location is a bit far from the center, but it's accessible by metro in 15-20 minutes.

Easy to access by metro or taxi. Room was spacious and clean. It was calm and very good bed! Hot water in shower. Nearby a small carrefour for basic shopping, pharmacy and caffe. Nice coffee during breakfast, with also plant based milk.

Not properly washed glasses in the cupboard with finger prints on most of them. I would expect some basic complimentary tea and coffee and water. Breakfast place was relatively small and not big variety, but it was not also expensive to buy extra breakfast.
