The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I did not really notice noise from other guest rooms. The shower pressure was wonderful. I really liked the large bathroom sink and how the toilet was separate from the shower/bathroom. The hotel breakfast was outstanding. We ate well and felt spoiled. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous at all times. The hotel has guest fitness and laundry rooms. The location was very good. You're right in the heart of Brussels. Grand Place is just a few blocks away. Lots of stores, restaurants, taverns, and historical sites are close by or within easy walking distance. A city metro station is right next door. Brussels Central Station is only about a 10 minute walk. We remained based at this hotel for our 6-day stay Belgium and took the Intercity trains for day trips to Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp, and Dinant. We were very pleased with this choice of hotel. By the way, if you have only 1 full day in Belgium, do see the most you can of Brussels. But if you have 2 fulls in Belgium, go to Bruges (only an hour west from Brussels by train). If you have 3 days or more in Belgium, I would recommend Ghent (45 minutes west of Brussels by train), and also Dinant (1.75 hours south of Brussels by train). Dinant was such a lovely town. Check out some videos on each of these places on YouTube to help you decide. They are all good choices.

Our room did not have a window to the outside, but rather looked into an indoor shopping center that is next to the hotel. Only rooms along this shopping mall have such windows, which isn't a terrible thing, but I would have preferred a window that faces the outside. There was also no free coffee or tea for guests in the lobby or the room. A coffee/tea machine is in the lobby, but guests must pay 3 euro for a cup. These are minor issues, however. Overall, the hotel is a good value and is clean, comfortable, in an excellent city.location, and has a friendly staff.

The apartment is well equipped and clean. Location is great, close to grand place Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby There is a washing machine and dryer that can be used for a small fee.

Most European places only have a washing machine, which includes a drying function but it does not dry the clothes completely, you will still need to air dry. Having lived in London we knew this well. But there was a separate dryer in Adagio, so we were thrilled. We wanted to do laundry on the last night of our stay thinking we'd be able to pack our clean clothes for our next destination. The dryer does not really dry much, beware. We had to stay up late night, and spent 10+ dollars on dryer (each cycle was $2.5) to dry our clothes because the dryer, even though it is a separate machine will not dry cotton/linen clothes (forget your jeans being dry), only polyester ones.

Excellent location. Staff at the reception were exceptional. They were very friendly and accommodating to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend for anyone who preferred a well equipped apartment middle of the Brussels centre!

The one & only reason what disappointed us is the cleaning staff. Bathroom sink top wasn't cleaned properly when we first checked in. And the same mistakes again during the cleaning service that we had middle of our stay, room floor wasn't vacuumed properly, furniture left all over the places and some new pillow cases smelled funny. After informing the reception, they immediately send us new pillows & covers though

Amazing comfy apartment with 24 hours front desk, free water, and coffee at the reception. The location of these apartments is absolutely stunning! You have metro access right next door, and in front, you have supermarkets, fast food chains restaurants... etc. The street where they are located is only for pedestrians, therefore no traffic noise at all. It is also very central, meaning that you can find all types of restaurants and coffee bars for brunch nearby. The apartments are tinny but enough to cook some basic meals and save money since Belgians usually cook at home, therefore it is quite expensive to eat out every day. The kitchen area is small but has everything you need, even a dishwasher! The bathroom had a proper size and the shower was very good with very warm water.

The bed was not comfortable, it was not firm at all and not even straight. You had the feeling that you were sliding and falling to one of the sides. The bed is not a "real bed", it's a trundle bed that you pull from a wooden frame. In our case, the bed was pulled out, but basically, it is almost like sleeping on a sofa bed. We didn't have sockets on one side of the bed, therefore it was annoying to leave charging the phone away. The nightstand lights were not bright enough, and one of them was broken, so actually we couldn't even see at all, we needed to use the ceiling lights. You have the feeling that the property receives many tourists but is not sure if they have the time to fix/invest in the apartments since you can see some imperfections that are important as the bed and mattress.

great location and facilities in the room.

our room was supposed to come with a couch, but there was none. it was big enough though and fit 2 work tables (they had an additional table). we also were not aware that the window in the room faced the indoor of the next door's mall, instead of outdoor. the heater in the room was also quite cold, but the staff seems to be aware of this since they immediately gave us a portable heater.

Comfortable bed, elevator to our floor . The location was great for downtown Brussels. Breakfast was good, self-serrve with lots of choices in a large room for all the people staying the hotel.

Nothing really as everything was clean, worked and the check-in the lobby was efficient with friendly people.

This is a very conveniently located hotel with reasonable facilities. It has laundry facilities and there are supermarkets close by.

It's fairly noisy and you have to keep the windows shut at night. About half the rooms face onto a shopping arcade with a light well but they don't have any external daylight. You might want to check which room you are getting.

The location is perfect!!! In the city center, a 5 minute walk to Grand Place and next to a metro station.

The bathtub is too high. Inappropriate for elderly people.

The location was amazing, right in the centre of Brussels with great coffee shops and restaurants close by.

The only thing I booked a twin room, and when I got to the hotel they gave us a double room. The staff however was very friendly and helpful and quickly fixed this mistake.
