It was very centrally located

I wasn’t able to get an hour late check out. It would have made a difference since I had a conference call that hour

Great location in the heart of the city center. Very clean, comfortable, safe, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had booked a room by myself for the start of my trip before meeting up with another person, and we were going to be sharing a room at the same hotel, however, reservation was under the other person’s name. I thought I would have to check out of my room and then wait for my friend to arrive to check back in, but the staff gave me a room from the get go that was for both of us and let me just stay in the room, no check out / check back in required. Really good customer service.

Since you are in the middle of city center it is loud at night from the bustling clubs near by. The hotel provides ear plugs and that solved the issue. I was still able to sleep very well.

The room was very nice and in a location that made walking into Brussels very easy. Although we drove by car, the train station was very nearby too and an easy walk. The car park is also nearby but was a little hard to find when we first arrived in the city. Ask for directions! Our hosts left us a little gift of some Belgian treats which was a lovely surprise. Beds were comfortable, ample room to sit and visit when not going to bed.

You can't choose your neighbors... and right across from this lovely flat was a casino with bright lights. It was not noisy and the light could be blocked with curtains, but it wasn't much of a view. Also, there is a lift, but you will have to climb about 12 stairs to get to it. This is, of course, nothing really to do with the room or the hosts... more general knowledge for potential visitors.

Central location. We loved the style. Staff were friendly and always happy to help with directions etc. Comfortable bed. Quiet room as we were facing the back (no view but we rather the quiet!) Could leave our bags there before check in for no extra cost.

No coffee machine in room (you take the pods to level 1 to get a coffee but the machine wasn’t working properly). Couple of rips in the quilt cover but was very clean (may bother some we didn’t mind). Bathroom could do with re- grouting as looking tired. Towels could be bigger but were a good quality.

Craves was the perfect mini break hotel with my 16 year old daughter. The room with 2 single beds (pushed together) looked just like the picture and was more spacious than expected. Loved the 24 hour communal coffee and tea bar. Room faced the street which at times you could hear noise from but for us, this added atmosphere to where we were staying. The hotel did provide ear plugs on arrival in readiness. We also appreciated the welcome water and note. We didn't eat at the hotel but each morning and evening we saw guests and others eating in the restaurant. Great location. Super close (5 minute walk) to the Grand Place and other main attractions. There's a supermarket next door, bakery about 50 metres away and walking distance to Christmas 🎄 markets and cafes. I will recommend Craves to friends and family visiting Brussels.

The hotel is a couple of minutes away from the Grand Place, incredibly central. We had breakfast the first day and whilst expensive, it is delicious and with a tremendous selection of dishes. As we required twin beds and these were not available in the main hotel we were put into a family room opposite the main building. The room was very well equipped and ideal for a family with no more than 2 children. It even had a mini kitchenette. and it was quiet. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful.

We stayed mid October whilst the weather was mild and our room was stiflingly hot. The overhead fans kept it reasonably cool but I would not have liked to have been there during the summer.

It’s was a great location, very central and quiet despite it being in one of the busiest part of the city. The beds were beyond comfortable and I am inspired to get a new mattress topper after have some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Bathroom and water pressure were well equipped and we also really liked the cast feature on the smart tv letting us stream shows during the night.

Our only complaint was the smog…there was a vape like thick haze in our room, in the corridor just everywhere although it did add atmosphere…? When we reported it as we were concerned that it might be a fire, we were told it was due to next doors, which houses an immersive experience. It was slightly irritating having to try and clear and ventilate the room every day so we could breath easier!

The central location, the decor and lighting, the range of foods for breakfast, all good.

I booked a quiet room for myself and my wife. On the Friday night there was very loud music coming from a bar within the hotel on the Atrium floor - the same floor as my room, until 2.00 am. I don't mind a bit of noise until say, midnight, but 2.00am? On the Saturday morning, having only had about 5 hours sleep I went to the front desk to complain. The member of staff there moved us to a room on the third floor, which was fine. I think you should make it clear to customers that those few rooms on the Atrium floor will be noisy on Friday and Saturday night.

The hotel was very centrally located and only within a few minutes walk from Brussels Central Station. When we arrived at the hotel, we thought the hotel was very cool right away. The decor and design overall was very unique and chic. The amenities offered were very thoughtful, such as water bottles by your bed side table, free coffee & tea, and a cute note on the bed with Belgian sweets the "cuberdons". The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion in the bathroom were a nice touch and of high quality. The bed was very comfy. Too bad, we only stayed one night. We wished we could stay longer due to our tight schedule! We will definitely be back to Craves Hotel in Brussels. : )

Craves is a beautiful hotel, with its own distinct style, which we liked a lot. It's in a great location with plenty of sightseeing spots, bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is also relatively close to the central station, so it's easy to get there. The bed was very comfortable, the room seemed clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The restaurant is also worth a visit for a dinner - the food there is delicious. I normally don't go to hotel restaurants, but went there after a recommendation from a friend and absolutely loved it. There's also a fancy cocktail bar on the Atrium floor in the hotel, too. There's food and great drinks there. Definitely worth a visit.

A couple of minor things that prevented me from giving it a perfect score on all questions: - The water in the shower was basically either steaming hot or freezing cold. There was nothing in between. Or, if there was, it was really difficult to find the right spot. - The coffee machine in the room was broken and did not really work properly. It would make a mess, the coffee would basically be poured through the wrong hole, and I had to hold it together during the process to prevent it from falling apart.
