Stunning hotel and perfect location in the City Centre area. The reception staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The room was fabulous and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great shower room.

The energy of the breakfast service staff was very low, and a lack of customer focus was obvious from 2-3 of the servers. Hopefully it was just a bad day. We attended during the middle of breakfast service and clean plates and bowls were not available, we had to ask for them twice and we received a little attitude in response. We also had to ask 2 different people to replenish the milk.

The location is perfect. Beds are comfy! Maxime was very helpful. He made sure we were taken care of Jean and Andre as well as Joe were very accomodating! Breakfast is okay.

We found a cockroach but it is good if this isnt an issue to you :) The wifi connection wasnt as good as expected. Netflix or other internet stream isnt available or not very user friendly for elders.

We received a very friendly and professional welcome at the Marriott. (End of december 2024) The entire superteam was very attentive and very helpful. The breakfast is very tasty with an extensive choice of fresh products. Our room (158) was very clean, very spacious and really quiet. Furthermore, the Marriott hotel is perfectly located and central for visiting Brussels. The private parking is an absolute added value, but, as a passionate car enthusiast, it is not easy at all to drive in and out of your parking -1 and -2 without a single scratch. Please remove the high concrete edges and sharp concrete corners that damage the car and the rims far too easily. Alle the color and rubber marks and scratches prove that many Marriott clients damage their car and/or rims here.This is really bad. (1 hour with the grinder and the problem is solved) We are big fans of the Marriott hotel and we will definitely come back here. Thanks for the fantastic stay!

The location is excellent and only a 10 minute walk from central train station . It’s just off the main square and lots of activity , restaurants , shops and bars All the staff are really lovely and very helpful Rooms were very clean and bathroom also .walk-in large shower Breakfast was very good and a large choice for every taste If you are looking for some restaurants away from the crowded area , Saint Catherine’s is only a 10 min walk away and have some lovely restaurants , a French restaurant we went to on two nights La Boussole , it’s really lovely .The rugbyman we tried and wasn’t nice and they packed people in .

The staff are very helpful, everyone speaks English very very well. The hotel's location is wonderful so that we can find food and shops very easily. Locate right next to the subway station (Beurs station) and is only 3 stations from the brussels midi station. The breakfast is wonderful, especially with the waffle machines. Also thumbs up to have free water machines on each floor so that we don't need to worry about drinking water. It is a shame we need to leave without staying more nights, the hotel is one of the reasons my wife and I fall in love with the city of Brussels .

Unfortunately the wifi connection on the bed in our room is a bit weak. But connection is much better in the toilet of our room and in the restaurant. Guess one more router needs to be installed.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Brussels. It is only a short walk from Brussels Central and even closer to other forms of public transportation. If you plan to take organized tours to other Belgian cities, the location was even better. The meeting point for all of our tours were only a 14-minute walk away. Nearby, you can also find Place Sainte-Catherine, where we found a great variety of cafes and restaurants at a better price that the nearby Grand Place. The breakfast was also a very nice surprise, including a mimosa station if you felt like celebrating at all. The staff were helpful and friendly. Additionally, the fitness center was the best of the hotels I stayed at during this trip. There was more of a variety in equipment than I expected and it was very clean.

There weren't a lot of things we didn't like. The window in the room was quite small which mean the room was lacking some natural light, but there isn't a lot that can be done about that.

Perfect location, comfortable bed, clean rooms and bathrooms.

When we are checking out we left our luggage at reception and they didn't give us any card&paper even if we asked them. 5 hours later we came back to hotel and ask reception to take our luggages and they acted us like we are strangers and trying to steal someone's luggage. Thankfully a guy called Hamza, asked us 2-3 security questions about the shape-colour of our luggages and what is inside. Thanks to his help we solved the problem. The car park was full and we had to pay 29 € per day to another car park near hotel.

The complementary breakfast was nice. Would be nice to put a clear cover over the breakfast breads as there were little knats flying around them. Room was great! Loved the nice big bathtub! Nice amount of hanging space and shelving for clothes. The staff was all very accommodating and helpful, especially the concierge ! He helped us on how to get to Amsterdam for the tulip festival, all the different connections, etc. Arranged for taxis when we needed to be picked up at hotel. Wonderful location! The train station was a short walk from the hotel to take us to a different city each day. Delightful!

Management and Staff super friendly! Manager and staff goes above and beyond to help you with anything I had a hiccups in booking and the Manager Helped with no problems and always super friendly with a big smile even though it was the hotels fault it was bookings.com the hotel manager did everything they could to help us and get us what we needed! When I noticed the bedding was down feathers which I am allergic to they did the whole bed new and got me Allergie free bedding super friendly and helpful staff knew you after first day and always greeted you with a big smile and made you feel welcomed and home

Nothing to complain about I would recommend it at any time it’s in the heart of the city with everything close by and super staff

Breakfast excellent choices, The lady receiving at Entrance , is amazing person, very lively and welcoming . She have unique style of making feel comfortable , as if we are guest her place!! I must mention the person in the Kitchen at omelet counter is amazing chef . Enjoyed the special request omelet. The young staff are very enthusiastic and The lady manager is mentoring them just like Senior advise to develop confidence in them . Wonderful to see this kind of a team work. These team are asset to the organization!! Take care of them and appreciate whichever way you can to keep them motivated.
