The hotel is located very close to the St Pieter station, so if you arrive by train it's very convenient. There are also several bus and tram stops to the town center nearby (although it's just a 30-min walk to the historical center). The staff was nice and welcoming. The room was very nice, with a decent size, and the shower room was small but clean and convenient. Comfy beds. Overall, convenient, clean and well located, perfect if you intend to use the hotel only for sleeping and spend the rest of the day around town.

The room was on a 2nd floor with no lift, which for us was fine, but can be challenging for elderly people. It faced the train tracks, so even with the windows closed, you can hear some trains passing. Not a dealbreaker - we still slept fine and other than that it was quite silent - but it's something to bear in mind if you're a light sleeper. The hotel is clean and convenient, but quite basic overall - for instance, a kettle in the room or some hand soap would have made it much more welcoming. Good value for money but expect only the basics.

Location right next to the railway station and still close to the historic city center, that is accessible by public transport and on foot. Huge room with comfortable mattress. Renovated bathroom. High speed internet. Heating was available, as well additional blanket if needed.

I got everything for myself. People might find a problem that there are no elevator, but it is 2* and it is mentioned in the description. There are slight noise from passing trains but it didn't disrupted my sleep with closed windows.

Excellent location near the train station and several restaurants closeby, easy checkin procedure. Good spacious room with a very nice bed, even got a personal tour of how a some things worked., very friendly personel. Convenient inroom closable bathroom, which was ok.

Any minor inconveniences are related to the bathroom. The washing sink was very small, you could barely wash your hands in it and the towel rack was hung up pretty high. Which was fine for me, but I would guess smaller guests would hardly be able to reach the big towels on top.

I liked the hospitality of the host and the location of the hotel. It was very close to the train station. The host was very kind and welcoming. He helped me warm up my home made food. Overall the experience with the host was excellent.

To go to the center needs either 35mins walk or 26 mins in bus and tram. That is bit far from my point of view. Plus the delux room was a bit small and there was no hot water kettle. It surprisingly had a small fridge to keep the food.

The hotel is very close to the main train station and tram+bus stop - only less than 5 minutes of walking. I had a room with a balkony. Staff is friendly and helpful. Much lower prices than hotels in the city center.

No breakfast was available. You could hear every train arriving/departing from the train station. A very small wash-basin is making a mess on the floor, every time you use it. If you have some heavy baggage, stairs without an elevator could be a bit uncomfortable.

The location is right next.to the train station. I was greeted by the front door by a very helpful man, who showed me how the key card worked. Without prompt he carried my suitcase to my room. The room was massive, with a double bed and incredibly clean sheets. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Big wardrobe with extra blanket if needed.

On my booking it stated that there would be a tea and coffee station, but my room did not have one, also the fridge had seen better days.

Good location (for us was important to be close to the train station) Room wasn't too loud despite the rails very close by, which we knew. Host was polite laidback and flexible. Public transport in short walking distance, but downtown is also a nice walk, with cafes and shops alongside.

Very conveniently situated hotel, a few meters from Gent Sint Pieters train station. Although the rail tracks a right behind the hotel, it did not disturb me. The rooms was quite big, has a desk and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is rather small, especially the sink. The furniture is a bit old, but it is still nice. Very friendly staff!

One morning the wifi did not work.

This hotel is just around the corner from the Gent-Sint-Pieters Train Station and tram to city centre. The owner is fantastic - friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome! He gave us directions to walk to city centre (around 30 minute walk or a quick tram ride) and highlights of Ghent to see. We loved the charm and architecture of the building. The value was good.

A little noisy with train and tram nearby.

The staff was super friendly and gave very clear instructions on how to use the door key and facilities in the room. The room itself was very clean. Although you can see the train tracks from the window, there was no noise inside the room. Location wise, very convenient for going in or out of the City center of Gent.
