The staff is excellent, extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The location is right near the ski way, so it is extremely easy to get to the gondola lift. The apartment was really clean and had all the basics that we needed. The breakfast was amazing, really tasty and on time every morning. The place is pet friendly, and I felt really supported with my small dog.

The staff îs amazing, 10+ for the stuff.i Had a studio and the room was big and clean. Very close to the gondola. They find a parking place for us even IT was very crowded.

The beds were not so comfortable, the breakfast can be better, it îs the same in all days. In the last might there was a group next to my room who had a party from 1 to 2.30, when the receptionist ask threm to stop. I know this don't happend everyday and it wasn't hotels fault, but i didn't like it.

Think some staff smoke cigarettes outside but near the breakfast area - the smell of the smoke makes it way into the breakfast area, which to me is unpleasant when you’re eating.

Close to gondola, you can wear your skis across the road and ski to base lift! Exceptional breakfast! Very friendly and kind personnel helped us very much, thank you! Even though, the room wasn’t very new, everything working perfectly and it was very clean.

The WiFi connection was sometimes very slow.

The location of the Hotel was great. a couple of minutes and you are at the gondola. the hotel is near a change store and Supermarket, so everything is close. there is even a coffee shop near with great coffee. Breakfast was ok, but for the price you are paying is great that you have even that. the room we took was a studio apartment, the room was ok with all what you need.

Breakfast was ok not so great. the mattress in the room could be better. when you do ski at a ski resort, you prefer to sleep well at night, unfortunately that wasn't the case, however they did the job.

Amazing location very close to the gongola, huge rooms with a kitchenette, and a hot and powerful shower. Free underground parking was also provided. Good breakfast.

Rooms can be better cleaned and better bed sheets provided.

The staff were so lovely and very accommodating of a extremely late check in and a late check out at no extra fee. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Best location with only a short walk to the gondola. Couldn’t recommend more!

The cooking equipment was lacking - only one cooking pot and not enough cutlery for 2 people.

We've stayed here four different times and the staff make Apart Hotel Comfort our #1 choice when we come to Bansko. Having a friendly face every time you come in from skiing or go out to dinner is incredibly nice. Also, anything you need they take care of it right away.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the lift, so we really liked its location. The staff was very kind and allowed us access to the apartment three hours earlier than stipulated in the hotel policy. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff kindly provided us with the additional use of a toaster. The apartment had both city and mountain views. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The hotel is very close to the Bansko gondola. The ski area can be reached in 2 minutes from the hotel. It is close to all the attractions in the Bansko tourist area. There are 2-3 markets near the hotel. Clean rooms and very kind staff. Breakfast is good.
