The hotel is lovely. Perfect location and good facilities. Our room was excellent - Reni took very good care of us and showed exemplary customer service, giving us advice on places that are nice for children and good local restaurants. Kaloyan at the restaurant was also very helpful and understanding - as was Daria at front desk. Really brilliant staff. Delicious breakfast. Our room opened onto a garden terrace which really made our trip - without it we wouldn’t have enjoyed the place as much.

It was a bit disappointing that my son could only use the pool until 12 pm every day - maybe you could extend this in the summer or allow kids to stay longer on some days. It would be nice if there were some outdoor sun beds to allow guests to enjoy the sunny weather in the Summer.

Great hotel with great staff. Located within walking distance from several subway stations/lines and tourist attractions. The hotel was busy because of a large event in the city - the staff suggested having breakfast in the Hyatt Club instead of the regular breakfast room, which was very nice! The swimming pool in the hotel is great - although it is small, it has a adjustable water current, which allows for quite effective excercise.

The menu at the rooftop bar/restaurant is quite modest and overpriced, but I guess you pay for the view. The menu can have more options. Overall, the hotel was quite expensive for the dates I was staying.

Great location. Great room. Great service from everyone in the reception and concierge, especially from Petar: I felt that this man was there to serve and make our stay better! Room cleaning done everyday, perfectly done everyday! Very clean hotel. The lounge access is worth the payment. The spa is good. 24/7 room service.

The pool is not heated, making it hard to relax. The breakfast is of great quality, but the varied. The food in the lounge was by far more varied, the quality in both is really great. The hotel is very busy (because it is very good..) with many bussines events and business guests making it hard to feel in a vacation sometimes. These are things that won’t prevent me from coming back to the hotel, but important considerations for a vacation.

Welcoming part did not exist. So we had to park our car, figure out which entry of the two entrance doors is the right one. No one came to help us with the baggages. After the checkin also even though we told them that we are disappointed with the welcoming part which is not Hyatt like as we know other Hyatt services. We came to a front desk and the receptionist told us that we queued wrongly even though he was standing there and looking around instead of helping us. So we changed the queue and waited 5 minutes for the checkin. Club sandwich contained bacon. Unfortunately was not written in the menu in English, only in Italian as “pancetta” which we could not figure it out… we had to discuss and negotiate to get a new one, very disappointing for such a brand…

Our recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Sofia was exceptional, as always. We frequently choose Hyatt Regency hotels while traveling, but this experience still managed to exceed our expectations. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even organizing a birthday cake and surprise for our daughter, which made her day unforgettable. The food was fantastic, with a great variety and taste, and the staff were genuinely helpful at every turn. As expected, the hotel was impeccably clean and felt entirely safe, reinforcing why we consistently trust Hyatt Regency for our travels. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sofia!

The location was good, the air conditioned rooms were amazing as it was so hot outside. Plus there were always bottle of water in the room. I like to sleep with the window open, and there was definitely noise from outside. Also, the view out of the window was, well, no view really..just the hotel and other buildings, but generally we liked the room and the bed and pillows were super comfy. We had dinner on the rooftop on our first night- food was nice but being a Saturday night, there was a DJ and party vibe. That isn't my vibe so we didn't stay long or return...but if you like that sort of thing, then worth a look.

Breakfast was a bit ho-hum and it was the same every day. there weren't many vegan options and service was erratic. Also, we had booked 2 massages for the same time, and rushed back from sight-seeing to be on time, only to be told that one of the masseurs was sick so only one of us could get a massage. It would have been great if they had have telephoned me to tell me this and we wouldn't have had to change all of our daily plans to be there on time..they did offer that the 2nd massage would be complimentary, but we didn't have time to fit it in, so was quite disappointed.

One of the best options to stay in Sofia city center. Everything was organized in excellent way. Rooms are comfortable and super comfy beds. Breakfasts there are always delicious and with good variety of options. Undeground parking made me not to worry about car storage.

Everything was excellent with one exception, which i personally do not understand. Access to swimming pool with kids below 16 years is limited for 9.00-12.00. I have 7 years son who swims very well and like swimming, but after check in it is already too late to get there. Anyway, respect the rule but find it a bit strange, access could be a bit more then 3 hours during a day.

The Hyatt Regency hotel ticked nearly all the boxes for an ideal urban accommodation experience. Nestled in a perfect location, the hotel offers convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions and business hubs. One of the standout features was its stylishly furnished rooms, which combined comfort with modern aesthetics, providing a soothing retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff at this hotel were nothing short of exceptional. Their warm, attentive service made a significant impact on my stay, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. An added convenience was the underground parking. It was not only reasonably priced but also very accessible, a notable perk for anyone traveling with a car.

Just one minor oversight: the absence of shoe polish and a shoehorn in the room. While this was a small detail, it was a slight inconvenience that could be improved upon.

The people working in the hotel are lovely. I would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality. Each and everyone of them made our stay perfect. The hotel is very well equipped in terms of facilities and services. The gym is the perfect hotel gym: new and high quality equipment, clean and open 24/7. The room is spacious enough. The photos here really do not do it justice. The bathroom is also great and we really appreciated the lighting design of the room. Everything just seems to happen seamlessly. The location is also perfect. We chose for a park view room with a balcony - supper quiet.

Some of the buttons in the pool and whirlpool were not working properly. The staff is aware of this and explained to us that are working on improvements.

Very good room service menu and food!!!! And amazing terrace facing the back garden, greenery all over. Very comfortable beds, feather-like sensation. Rooms are not so big but enough, well equipped. We stayed here 2 times on our way to and back from Greece and both of them we felt amazing and got the best sleep EVER. It is indeed expensive but the parking is situated undeground, with security, which for Sofia hotels is AMAZING!!! We traveled with our 2 years old toddler and arrived quite late first time and we were soooo happy to hear that the room service is almost non stop, since he was too tired to be agitated in a restaurant. Will remain our choice of stay when traveling to Greece

The reception is almost non stop busy and you have to wait in line for a good while but the staff is amazing
