Very clean and comfortable lodging. Large room with big window. Good beds, lighting and shower. Comfortable chairs and small table near the window. Hallway area had a separate sink area for preparing coffee etc. Nice location at the end of town. Quiet and walkable to town, though not as close as some.

No elevator on the third floor. For such an expensive hotel it would have been nice to have breakfast included.

The free underground parking was nice to help protect from the elements. The hotel is a little aged but everything is kept clean and well maintained. Check-in was easy. Room was a good size to fit all 4 of us. Bathroom was also spacious with good pressure even we are at the top floor. Their beds was very comfortable and we had a good night rest. There is a fireplace within the unit for anyone that wants an extra cozy room.

Location is at the north side of the town; it's good but most of the food places are at the south end (a few min drive away). So food selection comparatively speaking is not as many around the hotel. Otherwise a great stay!

Comfortable beds and clean room. Underground parking was a bonus. Only a 15 minute easy walk to the centre of town. The kitchenette area was great but a two slice toaster would have been a nice touch. It did have a small sink, coffee maker and tea kettle.

Hotel needs a general refresh. The hallway carpets, bathroom and room furniture looked like they were recently updated though. While it is clean there is only so many years you can get out of carpets in the rooms. Plus with allowing pets I think that only adds to the aging carpets.

The room was large and clean. The bed and wifi were both good. It was a twin queen room and included a tiny kitchenette. The hotel was slightly out from the centre of the action but still within walking distance and quiet.. There’s lots to do In the areas surrounding Jasper. One day we went to the Columbia Icefields. What a marvellous experience even though it’s over an hour away. The hotel has free parking including a limited underground carpark. But overall, a very good stay.

Quality was good but didn’t match price. the coffee machine didn’t work and I couldn’t get the plug to sit flush in the hand basin. The bathroom is exceptionally small compared to the spaciousness of the main room.

most of all we liked the area, further from the centre in calm corner. everything is very clean, rooms have everything needed, we had microwave, coffee pot and a tea kettle. The service is good, everyone is helpful. all the rest is just super, calm hotel))

too low underground parking. i was afraid to enter, very tight and low, on the way out scratched the roof in my place. I had a truck, people with cars are ok and more flexible. breakfast doesn’t worth the money they want. it’s better to go and get coffee outside.

1. Location was great! Very close to other restaurants and shops in downtown Jasper. 2. Ample parking and plenty of doors to enter the building from 3. The room was spacious! Bathroom was so nice and clean! Everything was nicely decorated and felt modern. 4. MICROWAVE! First hotel among 4 on my recent trip to the CAN Rockies that there was a microwave. There's even a kitchen counter, sink, and water boiler. 5. Overall, the amenities were very nice and sanitary. Plenty of outlets. Very comfortable beds. Nothing felt dated or dusty. 6. Continental breakfast was 20 CAD per person, but we did not try. 7. Staff was friendly and helpful!

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. It didn't have that je ne sais quoi, but it was perfectly fine as a national park hotel.

privacy. Has multiple entry, underground parking, pool, large rooms and you can actually open the window.

The chemical used are very strong and I had a very bad allergic reaction to it. They also said that if the booking was made thru the hotel it was way more cheaper because they offer discount for Alberta residents. That discount was not applied thru booking. Very frustrating

1. Location is good. 2. Service is good, too,. 3. The staff are very helpful.

1. Price is a little too high. 2. The luggage cart cannot be pushed directly from the lobby to the rooms on the first floor because there are several steps in between.

The super chill atmosphere… a few things that stood out.. easy online booking and helpful reception when I called to ask a few questions. The location is just far enough away from downtown but within the right amount of walking distance. Super friendly front end and housekeeping staff. Our room was very cozy, the hotel didn’t feel overly crowded. Our dog enjoyed himself too.

the bathroom walls and ceiling needed a bit of cleaning love and the tub a rinse of hairs. besides those minor things, our room was immaculate and very comfortable.

I liked how close to the mountains the hotel was. So close that when I parked there were elk right behind my vehicle. The rooms are well kept and big.

Wish I could have stayed longer and it wasn’t raining the day I was there. It was my first time in Jasper. Unfortunately it was one night stay for work and I didn’t have time to see much of Jasper. Next time I will book with this hotel when I come visit again.
