The staff was very helpful when we had a few minor problems in our room. We don't know why the air conditioners are so high on the wall. If you are not a tall person it was impossible to reach the controls. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. We had the free breakfast once & it was satisfactory. We ate at Ricky's 2xx & the meal was tasty & substantial. The waitress offered us a smaller breakfast that was not on the menu & it was enough. Next visit we will bring our swimsuits as the pool & hot tub were mostly unoccupied. This is our 2nd visit & we highly recommend it. We actually booked an extra night. We were there 3 nights, not just 2.

We wish Wyndam would supply better quality toilet paper. We had to bring softer & thicker tissue in. The Keurig coffeemaker only would work once. It would go right away to brew & then shut off without making our coffee! We love our coffee so finally brought our instant coffee in. If the above mentioned can be improved we will be very happy! Thank you Wyndam for a very nice stay!

Furthermore, no noise from the road or surroundings, since we had a room at the rear. Just like everywhere in Canada, breakfast is rather ordinary, but you can certainly fill your tummy. Tasty waffles :)

The front end staff was very friendly. Accommodating to our early check in which made our day much smoother as we had already been on the road for a couple of days without a shower. The location was easy to find and check in was also quick and easy. The room was clean, although the filter for the AC was pretty plugged up (I cleaned it to get us some better airflow/cooling). Hot tub was lovely and the continental breakfast was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Pool was great. Breakfast: standard cold breakfast with enough choices to make it satisfy most tastes. I liked the use of paper plates and cups instead of plastic-if the utensils could not be plastic, that would be great, or if all the dishes could be washable and not disposable, that would be even better.

Rooms had a lot of chipped paint, strange smells and just looked tired. The kitchenette was very old but the dishes, pots and pans provided were sufficient for making a meal.

Overall nice hotel. Pool restaurant morning breakfast included. One of the room had a used band-aid on the floor and was missed by the cleaning person....not cool. Pretty visible for anyone to see. Otherwise good stay overall.

The thought of what else might not be clean if a used bloody band aid was missed on the floor by the bed! The stay other than that went ok. I also don't think duck tape holding cupboards and air-conditioning together spells quality!!

I liked that the staff and cleaners are more supportive than any other motel. cleaning and facilites are good . I really recommend to others to stay there

Wifi was not working properly in basement. Apart from that , I did not eat anything except apple and orange as we believe in hinduism and we do not eat onion and garlic. so you have to provide some without onion garlic food as per client's request if he/she is only one person

The people at the front desk were awesome! When we came to check in it took quite a while to get it figured out luckily, we were in a rush. However later on I needed some assistance, and they went above and beyond my expectations for helping out! The view from our room was breath taking I was so happy I could see the water and mountains. We also got upgraded from a double queen to a king room which was the cherry on top for me!

It was a bit frustrating checking in, they actually charged my card even though I explained the lady I had already paid for the hotel room online when I first booked it. However, it was sorted out and my money was refunded back for the second charge. Also, sadly the Hot Tub's jets weren't working but could still use it.

Room was nice, comfortable & we enjoyed a restful night as the patrons above us were quiet & did not stay up late. The breakfast was everything we wanted & sure beat going to McDonalds! The pool looked nice + the hot tub. We will bring our swimsuits next time. The location was handy for us as not too far from downtown. The older gentleman on the front desk who helped us out with the a/c unit was very friendly & a real people person. We believe he is a real asset to your establishment. If he is not a manager he should be!

The a/c unit was a real problem as it was placed so high on the wall. You would need to be 6'tall to reach the switches. It was in a really ridiculous high area behind the tv. We had to call the manager to turn it on. We could never get the Keurig coffee unit to work as it kept shutting off & NO coffee. We finally gave up & got our coffee from the breakfast room. We found the toilet paper to be the economical kind. Unfortunately, it was thin & rough. We expected more from a Wyndam property. We also saw only one handicap parking place & it would be nice if there were more.

The room was clean and it is worth the pay. The bed was comfortable and the room has a/c. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The door where I stayed is a little bit hard to open while the other door to the 2nd room I booked closes with a loud bang but overall not a major issue cause we were at the end of the hallway so it wasn't bothering other people.
