convenient for shops and to visit other places on the Sunshine Coast great continental breakfast included which was enough for us but if you want more they give you $5 discount

too much use of single plastic Eg plastic cups wrapped in plastic bags in the rooms. plastic lids for disposable beakers at breakfast even though you could get a proper cup and glasses. tiny portions of butter and jam in plastic please investigate alternatives as we should be reducing plastic waste and I am sure it would save you money

This is a great centrally located hotel in Powell River. Our bedroom was very comfortable, it had everything we needed for our stay and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. We also enjoyed a couple of beers in the adjoining bar and if you like indian food there's a great little restaurant, Little Hut Curry, which serves up authentic indian food.

The location was good in that the hotel is very close to the BC Ferry terminal. The pub was very good as was the continental breakfast. The staff was terrific.

The hotel is on a busy street so there was some traffic noise. The pillows on the bed were too large for me. The shower head is very low so difficult for a tall person.

Location, value, rooms.

Booking rooms for our crews and because my name was on one of the rooms you weren’t going to give them the room. Good thing I was in cell service to ok it. I’ll make sure the proper names are on each room next time.

Free continental breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice ….. muffins/pastries/bagels/toast,Yogurt and fruit , tea, coffee, juice. Lots of room in the restaurant to find a table. Rooms were very clean and beds super comfy. Small fridge and a keurig coffee machine in room too. We stayed here for our sons hockey tournament once before and came back because it’s a great hotel for the price/ location.

The outdoor hot tub was closed.

Breakfast was great. Communication between staff not so great!

we had to change rooms & staff made that SUCH a big deal!!! Also that we had booked online & kept saying "we can't do that because you booked online"!!

Building is older but in very good clean shape. Great value for the price paid. The free breakfast was very basic but still appreciated.

Pillows were so thick they were unusable. Quite a bit of noise from people outside late at night due to its location.

We planned to spend two nights here. Our sun has a terrible accident that requires a hospital stay. They made room for us and even juggled guests to keep us together as a family and in the same room. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Housekeeping made sure were were comfortable at all times. The Continental breakfast made it so much more affordable for the unexpected extra stay. So close to everything the location is excellent.

The hot tub wasn’t working but that’s about it!

It was ok, not more then a work place trip just needed a place to shower and rest. We were working 12 hour shifts so no social events. Didn't have time to do breakfast

just a bit dated but hey it is Powell River not Paris.

Comfy hotel, decent beds, good shower and staff were excellent - super friendly and welcoming. I had a cooked breakfast which was excellent and very reasonable with the $5 coupon. Free continental option looked decent. The location is perfect.

Would have been nice to have a bed and bowl for our dog. My bed was a bit sunk in the middle although reasonably comfy. Wasn't very clear how to contact reception by the phone or possibly phone wasn't working properly.
