Wonderful staff. Jordan was a warm and incredibly professional help at the front desk. He went out of his way to make our stay great. Loved the large room and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable, clean and the linens quite soft. The view room was especially nice as it overlooked a treed area. Free breakfast was nice in the morning. The coffee was hot and fresh. Easy to get in and out and accessible to everything in the area. Thanks for the great stay. Also thanks to the serving staff in the breakfast room and housekeeping. Your hard work is warmly appreciated.

Coffee in the room coffeemaker was lacklustre. Would appreciate a decent sized waste basket. A few real glasses would have been nice.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was larger then most for this type of hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with many options and the yogurt was in individual sealed cups with multiple flavors (like the good ol' days 🙂). I have been on a road trip and stayed at 6 other hotels across BC similar to this one and the Bayview is the best overall. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were clean and working. I didn't use the pool slide 😉 so can't comment but it looked to be open for use.

Very little to say here except that the Bayview is a place to sleep and have a hearty breakfast before you go out and do other fun things through the day. It's on the main road and has no scenic view from any room. The beds were squishy which I'm not a fan of but my partner loved.

The breakfast was good the first few days but not very tasty by day 4. Finally settled for cereal and yogurt. Nice to see you had almond milk. For a free breakfast it was good but if I had to pay extra I would have gone to another restaurant. Staff were very nice in the kitchen and attentive.

For first few days we never had room service but when we did looked like all that was done was make bed. A supervisor was checking what they were doing and the cleaning was much better. The housekeeping staff were too busy chatting with each other to pay attention. To what they were doing and had to be reminded to replace the shower curtain. It wAs fine didn’t need to be changed as we were leaving in 2 days. Also overheard them discussing with door open what some if the guests were doing in their rooms which was very disconcerting to me. The carpet in the hallway on 3 rdfloor needs to e shampooed

Hotel was well located on a main arterial. They honored our request for a top floor room away from the elevator. If traveling with families, there is a very nice pool, spa, and water slide available. The included breakfast was decent in terms of options and quality--not stellar, but good. The front desk staff was very nice--patient and helpful.

Some rooms have a nice view of the bay, as advertised; ours had a fractional view, mostly obscured by trees.

Staff at Bayview is very pleasant. They loaned me their personal phone charger. Upon request they provided house coats for the pool.

Breakfast was very simple, and the same since our first visit to Bayview 4 years ago... Rooms could have wireless phone chargers, or at least USB ports in their bed side lamps. Air conditioner had a mind of its own, cared nothing about thermostat setting. The only way to handle it was to unplug from wall. Room was at 26'C and it was still blasting heat.

The breakfast is always good to great. The staff are always amazingly welcoming and friendly. The pool is always a huge attraction. I’ve stayed several times and am always very happy.

There was one housekeeper who was sitting in the hallway and we had to awkwardly step over her. I said good morning and she ignored me completely. It was somewhat awkward and uncomfortable.

The location was great for going to Mt. Washington, staff are all friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The kids loved the pool, waterslide and breakfast buffet in the morning. We were able to use the extra room downstairs for a games night too :)

The pool chlorine levels are possibly too high as all the children would start coughing after being in the pool for just over 1/2 hour.

Excellent staff + value for $ (pool, hot tub + buffet breakfast with room cost)

Pool was too cold for me to swim and even cold for kids, but, still worth the effort to get used to it. Pool size is good. Has a great slide. Perfect for energetic kids/ families.

Location was good, right by the river walk and close to amenities and services. Room was a good size and beds, pillows were comfortable. Appreciated having breakfast included. Front desk staff accommodated a room change request from a ground floor unit with a view of the parking lot to top floor with a view of the river.

The bathroom floor was not clean.

We upgraded to a suite and really glad we did, the room was huge, had great Aircon and a comfy bed. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast good!

There is no bar/ restaurant in the hotel but the staff were really really helpful with giving us lots of local options. My pillows were much softer than I prefer bit I read after my nights stay that they have various other pillow options available if you ask!
